Not only is the product aesthetically stunning, it is highly functional and everyone who sleeps on it can’t believe how comfortable it is. It has truly transformed our space and has allowed us to enjoy having guests stay. Great bed but poor follow up service – We had our wall bed installed in December 2017 by [name removed] in Brisbane. [name removed] & his wife [name removed] are the operators of the Wall Bed Australia business in Brisbane. great & everyone that sleeps on it says it’s wonderful. We ran into minor issues when [name removed] didn’t do what had been discussed though - install a slim side cabinet to finish the job off on the day of installation. This had been discussed throughout the whole process but on the day of installation we were told by [name removed] that the cabinet was easy & quick to do but he would do it early in the new year as he was just trying to get everyone’s bed in for Christmas. We were expecting to pay extra for the slim cabinet as it was never included in the wall bed invoice. 2 months have passed since installation & I have had to chase our job up. I was told that we will receive a quote for the additional work in March (after [name removed] return from personal leave overseas). We got the feeling that the Brisbane base of the company don’t care for follow up service & were only interested in a high turnover of the beds. We were also told that if March didn’t suit then we could engage another cabinetmaker! Terrible follow up service. I hope that we never have any problems with the bed... This review has also been sent to Wall Beds Australia.

Dangerous product - be careful. Caused broken collar bone to my child – Dangerous product - be careful....The wall bed was installed at my home. The website says that it's safe for children to operate. My son went to use the bed. It came down with such force, it broke his collar bone and knocked him to the ground. No instruction was given about how to use the bed. No warning was given that the bed could operate… Read more

in such a dangerous manner. There are no safety latches to prevent the bed from coming down!!! The company has been at my house 3 times to try and get this right. Once to install it, another to add more springs to try and get the bed to come down more gently, and a third time (after the injury occurred) to add even more springs. My son spent his entire Christmas holidays with his arm in a sling and in pain. Both Wall Beds Brisbane and Wall Beds Australia have denied responsibility for this injury. It's clearly stated on the website "The system is so easy to use that even kids can handle it". This is not true....Be careful when deciding to buy this product!! If you do buy it, consider installing safety latches.
