What impressed me most was the attention to detail in the planning with multiple visits and clarifying phone calls just to make sure they got everything perfect. The execution went exactly to plan with great tradies supporting the installation and they were in and out within five days. The cupboards are perfectly level and gaps are exactly uniform and a perfect fit in every way which was a huge priority for me. patience and ability to truly listen to his customers and their requirements was evident from the start. In our case, Jeff noted our every need, made sense of them, suggested options to improve and then designed and delivered a kitchen that far exceeded our every expectation. He and his team even assisted in helping us choose the type and shading of the porcelain tiles that had to be laid prior to the kitchen installation. This was necessary as the tiles needed to blend in with the stone. The actual kitchen was ready as per our agreed timeframe and installation was carried out by Ben and Jacob, two very friendly and super skilled craftsmen with unsurpassed attention to detail. Jeff, Darren and Luke also made a number of site visits to ensure everything was going to plan. There were absolutely no issues throughout the entire process. In summary, we are now the proud owners of a wonderful kitchen, one that continues to receive great feedback from our friends and family. One star is generous. The workmanship was poor. Bench tops not cut to the correct dimensions. Old splash back glue not sufficiently removed to accomadate new tiles. Where new electrical wiring was chased. They didn't want ro render and considered leaving exposed wiring except able. Tiling contractor not cleaning up after themselves. These are just… Read more

a few of the problems we encountered and dealing with the manager to have these reticified was a extremely stress full process. I couldn't recommend them to anyone.

Excellent quality – To me, its all about quality and the service you get. Waratah Kitchens did a great job upgrading my kitchen. They were extremely professional and most importantly they know what they were doing! I engaged them to install granite benchtop and do some cabinet works to make way for new dishwasher.
