Blocked drain in the Bathroom created havoc, with water running down the carpeted stairs. Fortunately I had just finished showering & was able to ward off damage. Unexpected ceiling leakage fixed quickly and perfectly – An interior ceiling started leaking. I called Tim and he was out in 2 days, fixed it on the spot. Champion job. Replaced my dripping garden tap while he was at it. Excellent work. Honest, immediate and detailed quotes, photos of the work to be done.

former plumber ‘fixed’ multiple times. They fixed it properly, put in a brand-new stainless steel one, and even added lever taps to our shower & bathroom sink. We’ve had absolutely no problems since. Then they came in to do all the guttering, taking their time in the blistering heat to do a proper & thorough job. Then they came out yet again to do our grout refresh and tiling in our bathroom & kitchen, which took them a full day as there was so much to be done, and did an exceptional job in that as well. I cannot recommend them highly enough. They are such wonderful, friendly, trustworthy & incredibly hard-working men and they deserve your business. Whenever we need more work done to our home, these will be the people we will hire in future. They have turned our old house into a new one & we’re so overjoyed with the work that has been completed.

RAINWATER TANK – Ewan The service and workmanship from Waterite Plumbing was excellent from start to finish. Excellent communication, very professional, always knew what was going on, left the site tidy. A great experience!

Terrific result – Our roof was dripping and Tim found out the old solar was broken and leaking. He cut the connection to that, sealed our gutters and installed a new hot water system, which works perfectly. Tim was always quick to answer texts, to explain everything. 100% recommend him and his team.

WATER PIPE REDIRECTION – Tim was very professional and had great advice on how to fix another issue we have in our house. Fast and reliable service, looking forward to booking Tim again soon before the new year. Would recommend to friend!

TOILET REPLACEMENT – Ewan provided excellent, prompt and professional service. A job that we had been putting off for ages was done in two visits, with the worked area cleaned and all old parts and rubbish removed. All costs and charges were clearly explained before work began. Shower issues – Tc and Tim , they came to investigate a strange leak in my bathroom, they were extremely thorough and informative about the issues and I couldn’t be happier with their service , very professional ,very polite I’m very impressed with their service

SHOWER RE GROUT – Ewan and the workers are on time, proactive and down to earth. Took time to resolve the issues. Overall great team and good work practices. Highly recommended!

TOILET – Ewan went above and beyond to fix our toilet issues and as always arrived on time and tidied up afterwards. He also addressed an annoying issue in our kitchen at no cost. Once again 10 out of 10 for Waterite.

TOILET LEAKING – Ewan advised me in advance of his arrival and arrived perfectly on time. He assessed the job, provided a quote and after approval completed the job in quick fashion.
