Poor Service – Lady in the Launceston store very rudely tried to tell me a new battery in the watch I bought from same store would take over 24 hours. There was one customer in the shop and 2 serving so it should have been done for me there and then. of stuffing around by Australia Post but nothing Watsons has control over. I just collected it and it is perfectly packaged, in perfect condition and exactly as I was expecting. Only losing a star because I ended up on their mailing list which I ALWAYS hate and say no to when it's presented as a clear option. Otherwise, the customer service is perfect and they seem to appreciate their customer. Will absolutely use again.

Outstanding service and great watch – Highly recommended. Bought a SEIKO with an excellent sales price and it arrived in Sydney (from Tasmania) the next day. Changed my mind online via live chat at the last minute, which model I wanted and they accommodated my request and automatically did all the credit card reimburse/new purchase. Make sure everything you leave is written down on your docket – I took a silver necklace in to have some links removed as it was too long and a link soldered and it cost me $20 for one link. Within a couple of weeks the necklace had broken again. When I took it back they said it wasn't in the same place so it would cost me another $20 to fix. from Thursday Island attached to it. I didn't remove the pearl and didn't check my docket at the time. When I went back in to get it, the pearl wasn't on the necklace. I asked the lady where is the pearl and she said there wasn't one. I said I am positive I didn't remove it. I went away for about an hour or so, feeling very sick and upset. I had checked the small jewellery bag that had the extra links when I was in the store and the pearl was not in there. I then rang them and said I was sure the pearl was attached. They went and checked again and said they had found it sitting on a shelf where they do repairs, so I was very lucky I got it returned. Just be very careful that you make sure everything you leave is stated on your docket as it was my word against theirs. I wouldn't go back there after this happened.
