I’m after a replacement bottle that goes at the back of the machine to put the carpet solution in. Just wondering where I can get one please?

I've been given a Wertheim SE9000 and I'm having difficulty operating the two in one water tank as as the bladder part where the instructions say to add warm water just spits the water right back out through the nozzle bit on the bottom that looks to connect to the machine
We have a Pet pro 9500 which simply does not work and never has. The brushes rotate ok but it fails to dispense cleaning solution to the floor, it leaks water and it does not pick up any water on the floor. Also, the hand held tools part does not engage or work and has never been used. The brushes and filter are clean, we are using the correct cleaning solution and filling the rinse tank to the correct level. This machine was purchased new some time ago and it's warranty which has never been exercised has now expired and Godfrey's have discontinued trading. Who will fix this thing. Are we expected to pay for it's rectification as frankly, it is a piece of expensive junk.

Wertheim SE9500 Pro intermittent fault getting worse. Fault: unit stops dispensing water/cleaning solution during operation. Troubleshooting completed: Checked and refilled clean water bladder/empty waste tank. Checked and refilled cleaning solution tank. Checked all machine filters and cleaned as required. Leave machine to sit turned off for several minutes and it seems to start working again but fails shortly afterwards within sometimes only a minute or less and other times several minutes.
If advised that this is a pump failure on this unit I will be expecting Wertheim to honour their legal obligations under Australian Consumer Law and complete all repairs at no cost to me as this unit has only been used 8 times and it is reasonable to expect much greater lifespan and reliability on a product that is marketed as a Professional grade machine which has been used for Domestic use.
The suction of the soiled water is not happening. I am getting no water back in the tank to throw out. Unit been used about 6 times

We would recommend to check the machine for blockages and also check that the collection tank is connected to the machine correctly and not damaged. I used my machine about 3 months ago, but today the brushes that roll have stopped rotating, there is no hair and debris in it, I cleaned the machine last time before putting it away, now it doesn't work, any suggestions? NZ.
This is what these machines do....take it to the tip. They are useless
This is what happened to mine, I paid nearly $1,000 cleaned completely after first use, by running clean water and getting any debris of rollers. Damn useless

I've only used it about 7 times since I bought it. I paid a lot of money for it here in NZ, surely it should last longer than 7 times usage?
Hi Maria, Belts are consumable parts and are not costly to replace. However, we can not guarantee that this is the issue without the machine being inspected, which is why we are advised for the machine to be taken into Godfreys for inspection and assistance. Regards, The Wertheim Team
Can you explain why when I use my carpet cleaner to clean the carpets it is some how staining the carpet with brown dirty marks that were not there before i started? My carpet is dirty and it is cleaning it as I can see the dirty water. But when the carpet drys there are patches of brown stain marks. Help, what is happening or what I am I doing wrong?
Hi Bill, These machines are designed to lift dirt out of the base of the carpet. If there is residual dirt the area may need another go over. Please ensure the area is also vacuumed thoroughly prior to using the shampooer. Regards, The Wertheim Team
Because mine would not suck up properly I had this problem also. Have bought a different cleaner and in using it 3 times so far this has never happened. Crap machines can't work properly. I sent mine to the tip was glad to be rid of it.
Yes I understand they are designed to lift dirt which is is doing. But it is also leaving marks on the carpet which look brown in colour that were not there previously. Is there an explanation as to why this might happen?
Hi Bill, This is the dirt that is lifting from the base of the carpet. If areas are quite dirty they may require more than 1 or 2 goes over the get all the dirt out. Vacuuming the area thoroughly prior to using the shampooer will also assist with this. Regards, The Wertheim Team
It is not from the carpet. My carpet did not have any marks on it at the beginning of cleaning it. Is there anything else that could be doing this? Can I send you a before and after photo perhaps?

I have a Wertheim SE9000. up to date I have had no problems with it. I have used it about 10-15 times and it has performed well. I went to use it today and found no flow. The flow meter works for about 20 seconds then stops. Any ideas ? Larry

Why does my machine trip my power it is a Wertheim Pet Pro SE9500 I paid $899.00 on special January 2018 I have used it 7 or 8 times there appear to be clients complaining about this item and yet Wertheim have not recalled this product is it dangerous

I have taken my machine back as advised first phone call the quote for repairs is higher then we advised funny thing is I haven’t been advised two weeks go buy still no calls so I called them was advised motor and pc board is the problem $276.00 for repairs Godfrey’s only gives 12 weeks warranty on motors will be ready next week another two weeks go by Godfrey’s still no calls I called them again now it’s the brush motor pully and board sorry Godfrey’s but to be told today they are waiting on parts I will never go back and buy anything from a Godfrey’s store I believed the salesman German made will last a life time made in China very disappointed in your company I should have read the shocking reviews dangerous items Godfrey’s is selling
I have 2 of these that have done the same thing. The brush motor gets moisture in it then breaks down. Not worth repairing in my honest opinion. Given the number of similar complaints I would consider it to be a design issue. When it was working it was great, The chunks of crap it would lift off the carpet was impressive but I give it a flat 0 for longevity and reliability.
The suction part is clogged of dog hair, after we were told that this was great for pet homes. We vacuumed the carpet 2 times before starting the shampooing process. We are 3 rows in and it won’t suck anything else up. We have tried to take it off to clean it but we can’t. How do we fix this?
Take it back and get a refund if you can. This carpet cleaner is the worst. Overpriced and difficult to use, as you continually have to clean the underneath. Mine leaves a trail of suds even when I only use water. It also pulls up the actual carpet which it spits out at the back but doesn't suck up excess water very well. I bought this 'top of the range' cleaner thinking it would be awesome, but I have to say, I've never been as disappointed in any product I've bought. Jen Canberra

Yes, I haven't used mine because last year was not a good year to do the carpet. The year before I took it to be serviced and checked out for the same reason. Started to use it today but same thing again not sucking back the water. Now I have a very wet carpet. What can I do

My wertheim is not sucking up the water
Same with mine. Not worth expense to fix.
Mine sucks up the actual carpet and leaves big blobs and doesnt suck up the water. Along with many other faults.... I would not recommend buying thos pruduct

You're answers are all the same. That's not telling us what we can do is it. But you will charge for a crap cleaner and still not fix it's problem.. Thankfully last time I took mine in it was under warranty. I like most bought it thinking it was the best like the one I had before but this is crap. I think you know it too.
Can I use my Wertheim SE9000 carpet cleaner on shag pile carpet?
Hi Lyn, Unfortunately we do not recommend using this machine on shag pile carpet. This machine does have rotating brushes and the shag can get caught and cause damage. Regards, The Wertheim Team

Thank you for your reply it is out of warranty but not used that often so a little disappointed for the money we paid for it let's hope its not to much to fix .john
Hi so today I have had the carpet cleaner look at by godferys and the say the motor and pcb parts need to replaced i think for a machine that has been used 10 times from new is really poor at a cost of just under half what I paid for is disappointing I was told it was a professional machine and only used on my house carpets I would expect to last longer than 10 times use I have to say not impressed by the quality of this machine.

Hi its not just the outcome of the repair I would of thought the motor and pcb should at least last longer than being used for 10 times dosent say much for the wertheim brand as a quality. Disappointed i have to pay $296.00 for so little use.i don't think wertheim products will be my first choice again.john
