Avoid this fridge and this company – Less than three months since purchase, this fridge started to fail to cool anything in the refrigerator section. I have spent FOUR WEEKS chasing Westinghouse/Electrolux (same company) for repairs TEN TIMES, I've had TWO TECHNICIANS visit, I've raised a NSW Fair Trading case and I STILL DO NOT HAVE A WORKING REFRIGERATOR. What's worse, Electrolux are denying my ACCC consumer law right to a refund when an appliance has "major failure" with an "unreasonable resolution timeframe".

Avoid this fridge and this company at all costs. Not only do reviews prove their products are inferior, but their customer support doesnt care about you or your rights either.

Great fridge with lots of practical elements – We have had this fridge for 3.5 months so far and we're pretty happy with it! We were quite limited due to our fridge space but we would buy this fridge again. Cons: - The freezer is quite small and because they give you about 6 little individual drawers, they take up much needed space. If you like to store meats, I wouldn't recommend this freezer. - Leaves heaps of fingerprints on the front. Absolutely not finger print resistant. - We can't seem to remove the water jug, I think it's possible however it's incredibly difficult and we aren't willing to break it so we just leave it in.

Pros: - Makes its own ice!! this has been my favourite feature throughout Summer.. it fills up the container in 24 hours and all you have to do is press a button, fridge does not need to be plumbed for this. The greatest feature of the fridge! - The fridge layout is practical - it has 4 drawers, we use 1 for veggies, 1 for fruit, 1 for cheese and 1 for meats. The doors have sufficient storage compartments and the shelves are adjustable and deep enough to store plenty of items. - Looks modern and stylish. - Great energy rating!

3 month review - Reliable fridge with useful compartments, but beware of misleading advertising – After three months of use, this fridge has proven to be reliable, maintaining a consistent temperature and offering more capacity than expected. The compartmented freezer is practical, and the wine rack serves a surprising purpose for non-chilled drinks. However, a drawback is that the right-hand side drawers can only be fully opened when both fridge doors are open. Consequently, I place frequently used items in the left drawers to avoid this issue.

The advertising was misleading as it only mentioned a non-plumbed water dispenser, failing to disclose the need to plumb the ice maker. This has led to disappointment and the inability to use the ice maker, which also occupies valuable freezer space. Additionally, I've found the water dispenser tank to be challenging to remove from the fridge to clean. Despite these considerations, I appreciate the storage capacity and the aesthetic of the matte charcoal black and would next time consider the model without the ice maker and water dispenser.
