I bought this fridge a couple of months ago. We chose this one as it included a filtered water and ice dispenser, and we had a Westinghouse fridge before that we were happy with that was also a French Door design. I really like the middle draw, which can be used as a fridge or freezer. I've use it once to change from fridge temp to a freezer temp… Read more

when entertaining, was easy to do and worked really well. Love there are no door handles that stick out in this model, the doors are handleless and instead built in to the door. This gives the fridge a modern minimalistic appearance. Very happy with it so far.

Extremely poor customer service from Westinghouse – If I could give a zero I would. Paid Westinghouse to Deliver and plumb a Westinghouse Fridge and despite assurances from the Westinghouse representative that the Fridge would be plumbed the Fridge was delivered and not plumbed. The Westinghouse "Customercare" representatives were aggressive and required proof that delivery included the fridge to… Read more

be Plumbed. They stated that Westinghouse do not Plumb fridges which differed from their onsite representative. I would certainly reconsider any purchase from this organisation based on their lack of customer service and not honoring what was promised and paid for.

Great fridge. Just noisy – The fridge stores plenty and has lots of storage options. The only down side is the noise. It's not excessive but the loudest fridge we have owned. Bought from appliances online which were brilliant. Great service, fast delivery and removed the old fridge for us. Show details

Thumbs down – We purchased this fridge from Appliances Online where we had bought appliances in the past and been very happy with both the product and the service. The fridge was delivered and installed. I wasn't home at the time but my husband was, his eyesight is not very good. As soon as I walked in I could see several dints in the front of the fridge. I… Read more

contacted the company and they were great and organised an exchange for the following week. In the meantime we could use the first fridge. I found it noisy and the doors tended to bang shut. The 2 snack drawers are pretty useless and very difficult to clean. The configuration of the shelves in the doors was a bit odd as some weren't acessible until we moved them around and removed one. The freezer drawers seemed a flimsy and it was a bit awkward to open the top sliding drawer inside the bottom freezer drawer. I did like the variable temperature drawer although it took some time for the temperature to change. We had chosen this fridge as we needed one in stainless steel with a plumbed water and ice dispenser and there was a limited choice for this type of fridge in the stainless steel colour and the size we required. Most fridges are now dark stainless or black. Fridge no 2 arrived and also had dents on the front so fridge 1 and 2 were taken back by the delivery guys and a third fridge was to be delivered the next day. Fridge no 3 arrives and unfortunately it was also dinted on the front. All 3 fridges were the same model and arrived in their factory packaging. No 3 went back also. As to how all 3 fridges got damaged no one knows. They may have come out of the factory dinted or it happened during transit or at a wharehouse along the way. Through all this the delivery guys were fantastic as were the staff at Appliances online. They couldn't offer us another fridge of the same model for another month when new stock was expected. By now we had been totally put of this brand and model and decided on another brand which we found cheaper at another company's store. I requested a refund from Appliances online which they gave me without any issues. We purchased an Electrolux 609 litre and although the westinghouse and electrolux fridges are made by the same company the electrolux is a far better fridge.

Fantastic fridge – This is a great fridge. I love the French door design and the dual drawer at the bottom with the customisable top drawer that can be a fridge or freezer. It has a nice slim design and works efficient with plumbed water and ice. Worth every cent. Show details

Could be improved – As other reviewers of many of these fridge/freezers I find it noisy. Apart from the motor noise itself, unfortunately the placement of my fridge has my bed on the other side of the wall and it did wake me a few times when the pump activates to fill the ice tray. The pump noise is probably more in line with plumbed fridges rather than specific… Read more

to Westinghouse.

Weirdly, I also find both the fridge and freezer, for lack of better descriptors, juicy. It appears to have a lot of condensation, especially the freezer where everything ices very quickly, but also the fridge where everything appears with a film of condensation. The snack storage as well the left door storage is a clever attempt at increasing volume size but really, both should be ignored as hardly of any decent size to be called storage.

I chose this model as with the wide upper level, you are able to store wide platters and the like with ease. The draw which allows variable storage types is great. I personally would have preferred the model with the two side doors at the lower, but whom ever designed it stupidly didn't have a face on the pull out drawers, so I could see items sliding right off. The other preference would be to have handles on the upper doors, as per earlier models - They are somewhat heavy and awkward upon closing, having the "handle" being a lip at the bottom of the door.

That aside, so far so good and I'm hoping the lifespan of this fridge matches my previous Westinghouse of nearly 20 years.
