Every time I press the tablet selection button on the dishwasher followed by pressing the program button things do not seem to work. The timer on the clock changes to 2:23 and does not even start with that time.

WSF6606X

We have just purchased a WSF6608 Dishwasher. We have not been able to use it as every time we’d turn it on it comes up with the F5 error. Very disappointed. This is despite checking every hose and making sure of everything it says in the manual. Help please?

My dishwasher has glass in it - how do I clean it out?

i have F5 error code coming up on my machine what does this mean?

Ronikins

F5 is a water supply problem. Check the tap is on or if there is an inlet filter after the tap that is blocked.

Hi Vanessa, Did you get this sorted? I have the same prob, wouldn't start a cycle , then i repositioned the inlet hose and it worked again for about 3 washes, but then again F5, plenty of pressure. Rang Electrolux, they suggested I contact the service centre.

H23 error code on my 606x dishwasher . Not in manual. How do we fix this error?

Can I disconnect the heating elements and just have the dishwasher use the hot water......my reason is ...the dishwasher is on a houseboat and we run our power with an inverter or generator...but once it gets to drying dishes the power fails.

Our previous dishwasher was a dishlex and the electrician disconnected the heating element and it worked fine for 16 years.

Hi Minyaka . You could try to remove the wiring to the heater element (the grey box). Though my guess is it may throw an error message about a fault with the heater element then - probably F6 (faulty heater sensor)

Where can I get a full set of water pipes (part numbers) for this dishwater> A bloody mouse got into the machine and chewed holes in them. The machine is just over a week old.

Hi , now have an F9 error soon after starting cycle to eco wash. no previous issues with machine. Have remove filter and cleaned it and also cleaned small holes in bottom of machine where filter sits. Also checked inlet filter but all good. Someone mentioned an outlet hose filter may need unblocking ? Any help much appreciated . Thx

Dishwasher shows 1.5p and progresses through to 9.5p. Tried turning the power off. Can't grt it to complete a cycle. We cleaned out the drain. If we start a cycle it goes to 1 minute and then finishes. Any suggestions?

Hi. I just had the same problem. It initially showed F5 then that sequence 1.5P-9.5P. I cleaned the inlet water filter then let the dishwasher go through the same sequence. It then went back to normal. The P sequence must be a diagnostic reset perhaps? Good luck I hope you’re back on track. I bought an extended warranty, still got 4 years to go.

Do I need a qualified plumber to instal this machine?

Johnno
Johnno

Hi. I always install my own dishwashers . There isn't too much to it , just need a little common sense and strong hand to connect the hoses. Probally a bit tricky for a lady so if you don't know anyone who can help you. I'd call a plumber for sure. Cheers John.

How loud is 6606 when working? Is it quiet? Thanks guys.

It is very quiet. The only noises I hear are when the pump sucks the water out, there is a gurgling noise, but very brief.
