Ok I have now phoned over 23 times, and still no response, the last 2 people I spoke to Amanda and Skye, both were going to get back to me. But nah nothing yet. This is a 6 month saga and it is just pathetic, that they employ people to address your concerns but they just fob you off. Management are useless surely they are seeing these responses.
- Terrible customer service - half done job (did not complete parts of the service that was paid for) - Do not honour warranty - Terrible wait times - Overall very unreliable Show details
I recently had my car serviced at Westpoint Auto Beaudesert and was extremely disappointed with the overall experience. If you're waiting for your vehicle to be serviced, there are very limited seating options available. There was no complimentary tea or coffee service, and no Wi-Fi provided for customers. When I asked about Wi-Fi access, I was… Read more
told to go across the road to McDonald's if I needed internet access, which I found unacceptable for a dealership service centre.
What frustrated me most was the communication regarding my vehicle. I was told by the staff member at the front desk that my car had been washed as part of the service. However, when I collected it, the vehicle was still visibly dirty. When I raised this concern, I was told that the car had been washed but became dirty again during a test drive. Based on the condition of the vehicle, I found this explanation difficult to accept and left feeling misled.
The combination of poor customer facilities and an unsatisfactory customer service experience has left me very disappointed. Unfortunately, I will not be returning for future servicing and cannot recommend this service centre based on my experience.

in that day and he will have it all sorted. Well I went in that same day, the service Manager was very rude and said that my weathershields that had been put on my car were incorrect and that he would order anew set to be put on, and that they would be there within a week. When I left he told me to remove my feedback, well I didn’t and I haven’t heard from him since. That was October 2023. This place is a joke, and the manager an id*ot. Will never deal with Westpoint again.

week to find me a vehicle, then tried to charge me another $2000 because the price had gone up. When I demanded a refund they initially told me it would take up to 5 working days. Zero ethics, completely disrespectful dealership.
Follow-up · They had given me a loan car for a day while they argued with me. I ended up having to keep the loan car against their wishes to motivate them to expedite the refund. I ended up going to Gatton Autos who gave amazing service and had my exact choice delivered in 2 days. Do yourself a favour... go straight to Gatton Motors.

We recently purchased a Quasshai car at Westpoint Indooroopilly. We were looked after by Pranesh who could not have been more helpful. He was courteous, honest, caring, not pushy at all and genuinely looked after us, giving his own time out of hours to get the paperwork completed. I would thoroughly recommend anyone to see Pranesh if they are considering purchasing a new Nissan vehicle. Show details

Purchased a new Gwm Tank 300, from Max and Sami at Springwood. Both easy to deal with, and up front. Good communication messaging and ringing to keep me informed regarding delays out of their control. I purchased a new vehicle from Westpoint Autos, Indooroopilly Queensland in January 2026. As an ex Defence member, with War Service, I don’t pay Queensland Stamp Duty for a new motor vehicle. I already have “one concession” through TMR Queensland, I have no entitlement to two registration concessions, But I do have an entitlement to not having to pay Queensland Stamp Duty, because of my war service.
Westpoint Autos, Indooroopilly, handled all of the car registration details. Revenue Queensland, advised me that “car dealerships” should have given me a form to complete BEFORE they undertook registration details of the vehicle at TMR offices.
They did not. What they did however, was they phoned me up and advised me that my new car is already to go, HOWEVER before I could take possession of the vehicle, I would have to pay them $800 odd dollars for stamp duty.
As a result, I missed out on Queensland Governments “stamp duty” refund because of the ineptitude of Westpoint Autos. I will never deal with this company again.
WestPoint Auto GWM Seventeen Mile Rocks provided extremely poor service. My car was ready at 12:20 pm, yet I was left waiting a long time just to receive the key. Worst salesman you can ever encounter. 1) Unsafe and defective vehicle – immediate safety risk We purchased a 2018 LDV from [Name Removed]. following issues: • The rear window opens automatically while driving, and we are now unable to close it. This post high risk of losing stuff in the car and damage of the car (rain, sun and other weather demage) • The brakes are not functioning properly. After pressing the brake pedal, the vehicle continues to move forward. I nearly rear-ended another car recently while stopped at traffic lights. These are serious mechanical and safety defects that put road users at risk. 2) Misrepresentation during replacement / new vehicle process We decided to trade in the vehicle through Westpoint, and [Name Removed] provided a vehicle for test driving (a demo). We clearly stated we wanted a new car. [Name Removed] advised us to wait 3–4 days for new cars to arrive for inspection, noting there may be little hail damage, and that we would not have to proceed if we did not accept the condition. Yesterday, [Name Removed] messaged that the “new car” was ready. However, when we attended today, we discovered the vehicle presented as “new” was the same demo car that we had test-driven previously. We consider this conduct misleading and a waste of our time and effort and will proceed to relevant Government authorities to deal with all these nonsense and lies. They do not care customers lives

service be done at 60000km as everything as per the vehicle logbook wasn't done in previous service. They told me they never do a full service with the premium mechanical protection plan and that it is just a basic service every time. The vehicle is not serviced as per the logbook requirements. They told me if I want it to be serviced to the logbook I need to bring it to manufacturer. Do not fall for paying the extra for a protection plan
Westpoint Autos / Salters Auto – Springwood, Brisbane I am sharing my personal experience with Westpoint Autos / Salters Auto in Springwood, Brisbane. while the dealership retained possession of my vehicle.
During this time, I was forced to cut short my travel plans and return from Sydney to Brisbane, incurring significant financial losses. When I attended the dealership to resolve the matter, I was initially refused access to my vehicle keys and pressured to enter an upstairs office. I also experienced false allegations being made against me, including claims by Trevor Truss that I had threatened staff — allegations I categorically deny.
The dealership had my car for four days without payment, and when I demanded the agreed $29,000, I was treated as though I was the problem. I consider this conduct unacceptable and will be pursuing the matter through legal channels, including court action, to recover both the agreed payment and compensation for the losses I have suffered.
This review is based solely on my personal experience and is intended to inform others of the risks I encountered in dealing with this business.

They do not return calls. I have a warranty issue with a Hyundai Kona. The manager or technician will not call me. I've provided photos of the issue on the screen but they say the computer has no errors. Clearly a faulty product sold by a company that could care less about after market service. I am incredibly disappointed but I bought a car off [Name Removed] in GWM section about 6 weeks' ago. for pick up when I returned form overseas. We had lots of communication about this. I arrived (somewhat jet lagged) to find the car hadn't been cleaned, there were no roof racks and at the LAST MINUTE (after I stupidly signed paperwork to say I had received them and I assumed it was in the glove box) I was told they could not locate the 2nd key and the manuals. Half a day later after sitting around waiting I got a rushed cleaned car with roof racks. (Hooray!) I am still, 6 weeks' later waiting for him to post the spare key and log books/manual. He said that they were lost and so a fresh set of everything was ordered on the 8/7/25. I still have not heard if they've arrived. It's really bad service now. I don't believe much of what is 'promised' because much of what has been said didn't occur. Buyer beware of the hollow promises about what is being done and when - [Name Removed] seemed to blame everyone else and so it's either the whole system is bad or I'm being lied to. e.g. Are the log books all reallly kept at Browns Plains even when the car is at Indro?

Westpoint Autos Service Centre at Seventeen Mile Rocks mishandled a 20,000km service on my Suzuki Swift. Engine blew oil everywhere on the way home. Needed a tow back to the service centre.
