Purchased a new Gwm Tank 300, from Max and Sami at Springwood. Both easy to deal with, and up front. Good communication messaging and ringing to keep me informed regarding delays out of their control. Pricewise got a good deal, better than book trade in, few extras thrown in, overall price very competitive. No hassel at all Show details
Steer clear of this disgusting organisation. They couldn't supply the vehicle i contracted and paid a deposit for; did a bait and switch and delivered a hail damaged vehicle after i paid the balance, which i refused to accept. It took them another… Read more
week to find me a vehicle, then tried to charge me another $2000 because the price had gone up. When I demanded a refund they initially told me it would take up to 5 working days. Zero ethics, completely disrespectful dealership.
Follow-up · They had given me a loan car for a day while they argued with me. I ended up having to keep the loan car against their wishes to motivate them to expedite the refund. I ended up going to Gatton Autos who gave amazing service and had my exact choice delivered in 2 days. Do yourself a favour... go straight to Gatton Motors.

Westpoint Autos Service Centre at Seventeen Mile Rocks mishandled a 20,000km service on my Suzuki Swift. Engine blew oil everywhere on the way home. Needed a tow back to the service centre. They forgot to tighten the fuel cap apparently - very unprofessional and chewed up a day of my time sorting it all out.

when I was promised callbacks or information, it rarely happened.
To make matters worse, when I finally picked up my vehicle, it had a flat battery and still had greasy mechanic fingerprints on the doors and bonnet — showing a complete lack of care and attention to detail.
The poor customer service, lack of professionalism, and drawn-out process were unacceptable. I would not recommend Westpoint Auto to anyone looking for reliable, respectful, or timely service.
Follow-up · Westpoint Auto Seventeen Mile Rocks has never acknowledged any of emails and concerns. They are barely contactable by phone. The customer service centre even have trouble. WestPoint Auto GWM Seventeen Mile Rocks provided extremely poor service. My car was ready at 12:20 pm, yet I was left waiting a long time just to receive the key. disappointing. Overall, the customer service experience was unacceptable. I hope management genuinely reviews the negative feedback and focuses on improving service quality rather than just prioritising sales.
Worst salesman you can ever encounter. 1) Unsafe and defective vehicle – immediate safety risk We purchased a 2018 LDV from [Name Removed]. Before we sign purchase contract, [Name Removed] said “everything is fine with the car, we will look after you” . The vehicle has proven to be unsafe and unfit for use, including but not limited to the… Read more
following issues: • The rear window opens automatically while driving, and we are now unable to close it. This post high risk of losing stuff in the car and damage of the car (rain, sun and other weather demage) • The brakes are not functioning properly. After pressing the brake pedal, the vehicle continues to move forward. I nearly rear-ended another car recently while stopped at traffic lights. These are serious mechanical and safety defects that put road users at risk. 2) Misrepresentation during replacement / new vehicle process We decided to trade in the vehicle through Westpoint, and [Name Removed] provided a vehicle for test driving (a demo). We clearly stated we wanted a new car. [Name Removed] advised us to wait 3–4 days for new cars to arrive for inspection, noting there may be little hail damage, and that we would not have to proceed if we did not accept the condition. Yesterday, [Name Removed] messaged that the “new car” was ready. However, when we attended today, we discovered the vehicle presented as “new” was the same demo car that we had test-driven previously. We consider this conduct misleading and a waste of our time and effort and will proceed to relevant Government authorities to deal with all these nonsense and lies. They do not care customers lives

service be done at 60000km as everything as per the vehicle logbook wasn't done in previous service. They told me they never do a full service with the premium mechanical protection plan and that it is just a basic service every time. The vehicle is not serviced as per the logbook requirements. They told me if I want it to be serviced to the logbook I need to bring it to manufacturer. Do not fall for paying the extra for a protection plan

Westpoint Autos / Salters Auto – Springwood, Brisbane I am sharing my personal experience with Westpoint Autos / Salters Auto in Springwood, Brisbane. while the dealership retained possession of my vehicle.
During this time, I was forced to cut short my travel plans and return from Sydney to Brisbane, incurring significant financial losses. When I attended the dealership to resolve the matter, I was initially refused access to my vehicle keys and pressured to enter an upstairs office. I also experienced false allegations being made against me, including claims by Trevor Truss that I had threatened staff — allegations I categorically deny.
The dealership had my car for four days without payment, and when I demanded the agreed $29,000, I was treated as though I was the problem. I consider this conduct unacceptable and will be pursuing the matter through legal channels, including court action, to recover both the agreed payment and compensation for the losses I have suffered.
This review is based solely on my personal experience and is intended to inform others of the risks I encountered in dealing with this business.

I am incredibly disappointed but I bought a car off [Name Removed] in GWM section about 6 weeks' ago. for pick up when I returned form overseas. We had lots of communication about this. I arrived (somewhat jet lagged) to find the car hadn't been cleaned, there were no roof racks and at the LAST MINUTE (after I stupidly signed paperwork to say I had received them and I assumed it was in the glove box) I was told they could not locate the 2nd key and the manuals. Half a day later after sitting around waiting I got a rushed cleaned car with roof racks. (Hooray!) I am still, 6 weeks' later waiting for him to post the spare key and log books/manual. He said that they were lost and so a fresh set of everything was ordered on the 8/7/25. I still have not heard if they've arrived. It's really bad service now. I don't believe much of what is 'promised' because much of what has been said didn't occur. Buyer beware of the hollow promises about what is being done and when - [Name Removed] seemed to blame everyone else and so it's either the whole system is bad or I'm being lied to. e.g. Are the log books all reallly kept at Browns Plains even when the car is at Indro?

Also booked vehicle in at the Hilcrest service centre to fit a towbar. You have to have a lot of patience. They told me the vehicle will be ready to collect at 13:00 then postpone it to 14:00. Stay away from Westpoint Autos at all cost – I’m really disappointed with my experience at Westpoint Autos. I brought my Haval H9 in to fix a tire pressure warning light and a faulty headlight. be hit with a $450 bill at 4 PM on a Friday. No one told me about the cost beforehand, and they claimed I’d been emailed (I wasn’t). The headlight repair was done without my approval, and when I asked to have the old part put back, they said I’d have to pay labour for it. The manager was rude and unhelpful. I have emailed their customer care but never heard back. I had no choice but to pay, but this was handled so poorly. Customer care/service has no value in this company, and as you can see with every complain here, they just respond saying how sorry we are and call us to discuss, the usual run around.
If you retired then come here ,, bcoz they waste lot of time – I have very long story but don’t wanna waste time so long story short If you value your time and expect decent customer service, I’d recommend going elsewhere. anything, through to incompetent sales staff who, when handing the car over, new nothing about the car and said "you can read the manual can't you"!' The latest experience has been trying to get warranty repairs done. It has been eight weeks since I visited the most inconveniently situated service centre at 17 Mile Rocks with two warranty issues. Depsite phone calls and emails I have heard nothing back. It seems to me that this is a delioberate ploy to have customers go elsewhere for servicing (overpriced and inconvenient) or to frustrate warranty repairs to such an extent that people give up. I would recommend going elsewhere - particualalry for Ssang Yong. There are other alternatives.
Poor servicing – Car keep losing Power on take off after coming to a full stop. Took Nissan Pulsar to W A Indooroopilly and they couldn't find anything wrong. their incompetence. My husband bought a new Hyundai 4 years ago from Browns Plains and it started playing up before Xmas. A sit was still under warranty, wanted to take it back there. Couldn't get it looked at till today. When we arrived a huge line up of cars and told 80 cars had been booked in today and told to hear about 3.00p.m today. Have had info about a sensor replaced under warranty but told need new battery. Was told this over the phone and asked to give payment details for battery. Have never heard of giving payment details on car repairs at any repairer before the job is finished. Questions, why do we have to wait three weeks, why have they booked in 80 cars in one day, why are we paying before it's fixed and why do they need a car for this long for just 2 items? Also the RACQ could have replaced a battery in an hour or less. For me, I will never buy a car from Westpoint as their after care is just AWFUL!
