Reasonable drying times (for heat pump) and no tangles – Only had this for a month, but so far so good. 5 year warranty made me more comfortable to buy from Whirlpool for the first time. I was worried about heat pump stories of tangled sheets that end up in a ball but I can report that I have not seen this issue. It reverses the drum every now and then which I think helps. I have dried queen size duvets in this thing which is great. Drying times seem reasonable and having no mouldy humid air in the laundry is a blessing. It adjusts times as it goes. The unit is also quieter than my old hot air based tumble dryer.
