go straight to the Philippines. Requests for a call back have not happened. I will never purchase another Whirlpool as the product is very unreliable.

 Follow-up  · No idea what caused the failure. Eventually after a few months the machine was deemed not economically repairable and money was refunded in the form of a credit voucher sent to the store where it was purchased. Different brand now purchased.

The service process is appalling. Once they make a decision it takes 3-5 business days for one department to speak to another. A service request was raised 1 month ago, I have had to push and ask for escalation and received no response. break which is why there was a delay. It was 1 week ago that he was here, he emailed them straight away that the machine had destructed itself and I would need a replacement. They emailed me to confirm a replacement, then the next day advised I would receive a store credit which was on Monday. To replace the machine is going to cost an extra $250 from what I originally paid and the cost of the laundromat washing is $120 to date. Do not buy this brand, if something goes wrong their service processing is enough to put me off. They do not care about the customer at all.

Just upgraded my old whirlpool ADP6000IX to the new Whirlpool WDFS3R4PBSAU after much research and looking at reviews I have chosen this gorgeous black dishwasher, easy to install. Very silent operation so far so good as its doing it first load now.

 Follow-up  · I absolutely love this dishwasher, everything is beautifully clean and dry. It looks amazing in Black. Have to put my glasses on to see the control panel until i remember what is where.

Get a trusted brand, don't buy WHIRLPOOL/ARISIT PTY LTD – Terrible dishwasher and Terrible service (ARISIT PTY LTD). Get a trusted brand; don't buy WHIRLPOOL. that it will go away eventually and won't hurt the machine. The error never went away. After three months the machine displayed a F9 error, this is when the problems started with ARISIT. We couldn't do anything without booking a service. Terrible service, long waiting times on the phone, technicians take weeks to come out, and with a young family living without a dishwasher for weeks, it is very inconvenient. I would NOT RECOMMEND THIS DISHWASHER, after two inspections and a NO SHOW without notice or call (taking time off work).

No action in a warranty of a rusted product just over a year old – Washing machine is 13 months old and the frame is rusted. Unbelievable My first Whirlpool washing machine survived the 20 years of washing and was still not rusted . Despite numerous calls To lodge the warranty claim no reply or next steps have been organised. No reply to any email of any action has occurred. The Next Step is to lodge independent complaints no more whirlpool for me.

Never buy Whirlpool. Buyer beware! Dangerous products and really rude customer service – My glass oven door exploded on the pyrolytic function after 3 years of having the oven. I see this as a massive safety issue, but there was no concern at all by the manufacturer (Arisit). After no luck from me or retailer in getting an email response I finally got through by phone. (crack in glass etc which I don’t see as my fault??)or that I hadn’t removed side bars (which I had) and wouldn’t let me speak to a manager because they needed to get to their Xmas party. She said I need to pay for a new door and had zero empathy for my situation or concern about the product. It was explained that this happens to ovens all the time regardless of the brand so it wasn’t their fault. If I was in the kitchen at the time there is no doubt I would have been injured. The glass went into my cats food, so I’m lucky I found that and didn’t have small children in the house! I am still finding pieces around the house 2 weeks later. I have spoken to consumer protection who confirmed that under the law an oven should last at least 3 years regardless of warranty and I feel for the retailer who may now have to cough up for a replacement if the manufacturer will not take responsibility.

It’s absolutely disgraceful that a supposedly reputable company like Whirlpool has the audacity to charge us over $1,000 for a brand new dishwasher that completely failed within 6 months of purchase. send a technician to look at the problem. Then, after finally diagnosing the fault, they took over a month to deliver the part. And guess what? Even after all that time, we were made to wait another 5 weeks just to get the technician back out to repair it.

That’s nearly two months without a working dishwasher — while Whirlpool dragged their feet and offered no urgency, no solution, no respect for the money we paid or the time we’ve wasted.

This experience has been a nightmare from start to finish. Avoid Whirlpool at all costs. You’re better off buying from a brand that actually stands behind their products and knows how to treat customers properly.

Our washing machine broke almost 2 weeks now,no direct number to whirlpool, Arisit is hopeless!! They said parts already sent but its been 4 days,is the part on Perth? Should they use fastest shipping? We bought the washing machine around 1400aud around 4 months ago. We are family of 7, a baby , toddler,2 school kids. Does Whirlpool have a warranty service? I have submitted a warranty claim for my costly Whirlpool fridge which is giving up only halfway through its warranty period. I have received an automated message that most claims will be resolved within 3 days, yet 10 days later no contact and no reply to 2 follow up emails.

Unreliable warranty – I have a fridge broken down under warranty not even 12 months old. The service department came and inspected and stated it’s irreparable. I ring whirlpool daily it’s been 3 weeks and still they say awaiting management decision On what to do next! What a joke! I have no fridge, no resolve! Nothing!

replacement costs of a new machine, my last 2 machines lasted 20 years each, not whirlpool. I strongly do NOT recommend whirlpool, 4 years is horrendous value for such an expensive item. I am beyond words for how I feel right now, care factor from whirlpool, zero...

EDIT: I do hope the internal meeting actually happens and helps future consumers, I however still have had no response apart from what is written below, and am still out a washing machine :-( so I am still disillusioned and feeling like nothing has been or will be changed

Woeful design – We have a Whirlpool Front Load Washing Machine. Model FDLR80210. The clothes, especially t-shirts smell after a wash. Cleaning the water filter is difficult because of the worst design I have seen in a household appliance. You have to get on your knees and use a screwdriver to ply open the plastic plinth. Of course that breaks some of the plinth. It is an absolutely terrible design. Do not buy this machine.

No after-sales customer service – I placed an order for a replacement part on the 17th of June and was told it would take a week. After repeated non-returned phone calls, I was told last night it hadn’t even been dispatched. This part is for my elderly neigbours oven and it's his main source of cooking. Taken my money but provided no proof of purchase or invoice Do not buy Whirlpool products as their after-sales customer service is non-existent. And they just don't care.

timer as opposed to a digital one on my original purchase and it also has a turntable. I was told I would receive a confirmation email - there was no email. I rang again on Friday and lo and behold the notes relating to the replacement I had agreed to had "disappeared '. The staff refuse point blank to escalate a call and say they'll email the area that handles escalation issues. I advised I wanted the email to be flagged as urgent and a return phone call within the hour. No response. I have no alternative now but to place the matter into the hands of The Department of Fair Trading.

an Ariston dishwasher which rusted out on the inside after 4 years so they were going to replace it and after calling for 4 plus weeks to find out where it is they finally tell me that model is no longer available and would I accept a whirlpool and I agreed, it’s taken over 30 days to arrive from QLD and that was express and when the tech unwrapped it it was damaged and smashed. I called arisit and guess what the lady transferred me to the loop that no one answers. I have wasted so many hours on chasing this and they have no customer service skills what so ever!!!

I would steer clear from all their products as if you have a problem you could be without you appliance for months, we’re lucky it’s just a dishwasher but imagine if it was your oven or cooktop.

Appalling product and customer service – Bought a washer dryer that completely destroyed my clothes. Although I am getting a refund - only had the thing 2 weeks - they refuse to refund my ruined clothes - 2 jumpers - stating it's "not their problem, talk to Whirlpool in America". Insane. The ACCC are onto it for me, but seriously? This used to be a trusted brand - product absolute rubbish, customer service combative and zero responsibility. Never buy whirlpool.

Great Brand, Great Product, Great Results – Purchased a FWEB9002IW and I can't be happier with the results. CUSTOMER SERVICE – After a recent problem with my great Whirlpool washing machine, I have to say I was blown away with the fantastic customer service provided by Whirlpool staff. They were efficient in finding a solution to my problem as a priority, knowing I was without a machine. Their friendly team were exceptional, could not fault the service provided. Backup service – Only 2 years old and water sensor malfunction causingan error3. So far its been 7 weeks and still no part . Through further investigation I have found that daewoo have brought whirlpool and all parts are ordered and shipped from china and parts replacement of these parts is not a priority as I've been told this could be part of a phase out. Be very careful. No care or concern re slow to nil backup.
