every new one was just as clueless as the last. No one knew what was going on. We had to repeat the same basic information over and over like a broken record just to get anything done — and even then, we were met with blank stares and radio silence.

[Name Removed] is a perfect example of the dysfunction. One email from her said we wouldn’t be charged for a carpet replacement. A few days later? She sent an invoice demanding 30% of the cost. Make up your mind, [Name Removed] — or at least read your own emails before contradicting yourself.

They also tried to charge us for “items left behind” — despite having it in writing that we would collect them, and we did. That message was ignored, and they still pushed for the charge. That’s not just sloppy — that’s dishonest.

And here’s the kicker: they increased our rent twice in one week via two separate emails, tacking on an extra $30 — illegally. We later found out that not a single person at the agency knew this had happened. That’s how disjointed and reckless this place is. No oversight, no checks, no clue. They’re literally breaking tenancy law without even realising it.

This agency isn’t a business — it’s a mess in heels. No professionalism. No accountability. Just a bunch of people more concerned with looking good online than doing their actual jobs. The owners should be ashamed, but judging by how this circus is run, they probably think this is all acceptable.

We’ll be taking this disaster to NCAT — and if you’ve been mistreated too, I strongly suggest you do the same. Don’t let them get away with it.

Avoid White Rhino at all costs. I wouldn’t recommend them to my own worst enemy.

could sell at a much higher price than it was worth. Instead it sat on the market costing us money only to be sold at a much later date at a price much less than what we paid for (because the market dropped in the time we wasted with White Rhino). It was never priced accurately and we were told incorrect information throughout the process. We never felt like we were a priority and our agent constantly blamed other factors. Our north facing house was a beautiful house which should have sold within a reasonable time frame (White Rhino had it listed as facing in a different direction. We didn’t realise until our new agent pointed it out it! It certainly explained why there were always so many concerns about the light from potential buyers). We lost an incredible amount of money listing with White Rhino and the stress of the experience affected our family negatively in so many ways. We had to change agents to move our property and this is when we witnessed another unprofessional side to White Rhino. Engaging White Rhino to sell our property is up there as being one of the most disastrous decisions of our lives.

Poor communication and unauthorised expenses – Terrible communication with tenants and landlord. Multiple unauthorised expenses without approval or prior communication. Frequent turnover of staff resulting in confusion and poor management. Significantly higher fees than other agencies.

Pushy, demanding, and rude – I will never rent a property if the managing real estate agent is White Rhino Real Estate in Queanbeyan/Googong. The agent managing the property was unreasonable, placed undue demands upon my family, and was unrealistic in her expectations. Combined with the failure to repair reported faults our experience with the company was not pleasurable.

Never – My very strong advice is to steer well clear of White Rhino Property Queanbeyan.

Terrible. We will never use agaon – Lease was terminated and we were only told after the date. Released bond without providing us the opportunity to inspect or keeping us informed through the process.

Highly professional property management - I would recommend White Rhino without hesitation – Stacey Nagel has capably and diligently managed my property for over two years, always being highly professional, very responsive to any communications and always thinking and planning ahead, so I didn’t need to. Throw a global pandemic into the mix with border restrictions and added stresses, and Stacey’s exceptional standard of service has been a breath of fresh air!

Not worth one star - get what u pay for – As a property manager they leave A LOT to be desired. Visited an apartment complex they manage at Xmas and the front lawn was knee high - tenants advised last "gardener" who visited (two months ago) only laid waste to the well established shubbery which is now replaced by hyndreds of weeds growing through the stone covered garden beds. Suppose uf u pay peanuts u get monkeys :/
