Used to be quite quick deliveries but now we pay mote freight and get slower service – We pay excessive freight and delivery is so slow. China is a more viable option

Very fast online service – Ordered boat tie downs and accessories late on Tues 10.10.23, they arrived in rural NSW via Australia Post ( standard delivery) on the morning of Fri 13.10.23. Couldn't believe how efficient this all was. Full marks to Whitworths and Australia Post.
Sell products they dont have in stock – Made an order for a replacement part online. After 2 days sent an email, trying to get a tracking number, or any information on if the item had been sent. bad attitude when i asked why i hadnt been notified, and told i should have called the store to check. Nah mate, you shouldn't have something listed on your website you don't actually have, customer service bloke needs a bit of retraining i think,
Mona Vale is great – Numerous Times I have visited and purchased from the Mona Vale store the staff are always helpful. I understand that I am waking into a general hardware type of store I do not expect that the staff are experts ... but they are a lot more knowledgeable than me ...... to quote someone else 20 out of 10
Customer service is not the best – Ordered a electric winch, it came with a cracked casing from manufacture, they just put a sticker over it at the factory, a month on and I am still waiting for them to contact me back after calling them to chase it up. no idea when they plan to sort this out for me. Have a new winch sitting in a box doing nothing still.
Don't respond – They never reply to emails I send to them about products. Or from there contact forms. I've been waiting 3 weeks for a answer, and still nothing. How hard is it to reply.
disaster costing me time and money – I ordered a product with my contact details. I was in the back yard and I was left a card no body attempted to call be. I'm just in the back yard. have never experienced such inefficiency . My advise to customers, You buy a product of this company they are accountable for the delivery, I ended up on a wild goose chase dealing with people with limited English. Disgraceful service.
