Do not trust the reviews – they are fake. That is why this business does not have a proper Google listing or location. Dodgy operation, overcharges, and delivers poor service. Be careful – I would not recommend them to anyone.

Terrible prices – Hot water storage tank stopped working, plumber came out and told me element and thermostat needed changing and bill would be over $1900. I pointed out I could buy a new tank installed for about that. Got another plumber in who said the element is fine, just the thermostat needs doing, charged less than $400 for the job. Scam of a job, preying on issues. WORST ever (and I would rank them NEGATIVE STARS if I could) – I had a blocked sewer. The only good thing Willsons (really PlumCorp) did was come close to the time they said. They charged 2200 for putting a camera down the pipes to see the blockage. Tthen quoted me 19,000 (yes thats right 19 THOUSAND dollars) to lift pavers, dig up pipe, cut out issue, refit and re-excavate the site.... to add to the insult,… Read more

they told me if i signed now, they would put the 2200 towards the 19k bill. when i hesitated, here came the Big pressure sale....i said i needed to think it over.....the they left BUT 10 minutes later they actually came back to my house, got the boss on the phone so as to remind me of the deal and if i didnt say "yes" now, the deal was over as "their systems closed the job". I refused, got another plumber who diagnosed and fixed everything they should have done for $1500. This was the biggest scam I have ever seem and they should be shamed for their predatory practices. Nothing they did was honorable it was the Plumcrp team too. This is a scam

Over Priced – Outdoor tap broke Called Willsons didn’t mind paying call out fee on credit before plumber was dispatched- this is $85 plus GST. Plumber came Quoted $798 to reattach new tap supplied by us. polishing the inside of the tap ??!!! We didn’t go ahead. We called a plumber shortly afterwards who welded on a new tap that he supplied himself and charged us $180 including call out fee. Still having problems comprehending the quote !

Hot water system replacement – Mario from Wilson's Plumbing replaced my hot water system and waste plug for the basin. Mario (and Danny) was professional with great customer service and have kept the place was kept clean and tidy.
