purchase, not when it arrives. I realise this is probably not legal but what can we do about it? Avoid this company is what.

Ordered a pair of underwear from this company on February 9th,heard NOTHING until February 26th,when the claim that theyve FINALLY SENT THEM.DO NOT HAVE A GREAT DEAL OF FAITH IN PRODUCT,IF THIS IS LEVEL OF SERVICE! Supposed to be shipped within THREE DAYS after ordering,taken SEVENTEEN,then tracking DOESNT WORK. DONT DO IT!!

Winx motor cycle shorts, absolute rubbish. Poor quality, months to arrive and uncomfortable. The padding is ok but the spandex is very uncomfortable don’t get deceived by the marketing.

Pleased – I ordered the riding pants and they had a slight blemish in them that did not affect the performance of the pants. I contacted Winx Wheels and they offered a return or partial refund option. Since I do like the pants, they fit nicely and are comfortable to wear when riding; I took the refund option. Addressing some of the negative reviews here regarding communication .. yes my comments were deleted from Facebook, but the issues I had with delivery were addressed by Winx not long after those comments were posted, they reached out to me and communication was excellent, professional and received a full refund for the express delivery which turned out to be not so much of an express delivery lol. From the time the issue was raised to delivery was 4 days. All in all a positive experience.

Credit card scam – My elderly father who rides a motorcycle ordered from this company and 2 days later a mysterious charge appeared on his credit card. Buyer beware when dealing with them

Don't buy from Winx. BEWARE – I recently ordered ridingnpants from winx wheels and never received an order number. I followed up and was communicating with their support team and suddenly I was ghosted. I provided all the information they asked for to locate my order but they have stopped communicating with me. Very poor service and this company is a scam

never delivered – I never received my order (2 pants) I raise a reclamation, it's very very slow although i received a certificate of loss from the carrier.. reclamation has been raise the 23th of November at Paypal level... a lot of exchange... i am still waiting the Winx wheels answer for refund.. Finally, the courrier sent me a report as a proof of lost, i raised a claim to Paypal to be refund....although Winxwheels wanted to refund only 50 %...

I don't think this product even exists – Ordered the padded shorts 3 weeks ago, still no proof of dispatch or if the product even exists, despite several emails. It's a scam! If an actual shop treated customers this way they would be arrested for fraud.

Do not buy anything from this company. The two items I purchased/ordered in July received one item wrong size and sent back cancelled the other and ask for a full refund. The company since that request just a couple days ago now shipped the other item which I will defuse they only refunding 20% of original order. Scam company and not fair at all in their refunds

Do not buy this inferior product – A pair of standard jeans have more protection than these. Their customer service is non existent with a different name person contacting you every time and offering an apology and a refund that never eventuates. would not have ordered and paid extra for express shipping if I new it was going to be a mess like this. Winx Wheels customer service is a joke, you cannot talk to a person when you call you leave your order number and phone number and they will call you back. Zero customer service – I have months of email trails thanking me for my patience ref a refund for an amended order. Empty words, no action and no info provided that i have requested. Don't buy the motorcycle gear – The moto gear from Winx is outright dangerous. All their gear would be illegal to sell in the UK and Europe. The owner of Winx clearly doesn't have a conscience. If you value your skin don't buy it.

my husband he could like pants over his calves. I don’t know any other large men who ride motorcycles with skinny calves. I returned pants last year and it’s been going on this long.

No kelvar protection – I received my order of Winx motorcycle cargo pants to find that although they have knee and hip pads but no kevlar slide protection. I have never seen marketed motorcycle pants that don't have this fundamental safety feature. I have written to Winx to return them under their 90 day return policy...but at this stage only crickets. Hopefully I get a response shortly.

Cheap made crap – Ordered my size pants the knee pads are below my knees they are made from some chinsy stretchy material an the knee an hip pads are made of foam there is no way they would stand up to a motorcycle crash an they look like skinny jeans an they won't pay for return shipping not real happy with the product I will never order from them again an I will not recommend them to anyone

same canned empty promise responses that you get every single time you reach out to them. They are "concerned" and they have "assigned a personal customer service rep" to your issue to make sure things get "resolved." It's all hooey.

First time around, they took so long to get me the bicycle pants I ordered that I went ahead and bought a pair from a local store. When I tried to return the pair that eventually showed up, they made it so INCREDIBLY DIFFICULT and expensive that it wasn't worth returning. Second time around they told me the product shipped even though the USPS said they NEVER got the package. A week of back and forth with Winx and I get a "personal message from the CEO" indicating that their product is so popular that they are out of stock of what I ordered. This is AFTER they sent me the tracking number that never actually worked and AFTER I traded emails with "customer service" multiple times where they confirmed that they didn't have the product in stock and hadn't actually shipped it (despite having charged my card) and weren't sure when it would ship. I told them to cancel the order. The response from "customer service" was that they had already shipped the item and i'd have to go through their return process to get a refund. This was AFTER they told me they didn't have any stock and that it HAD NOT shipped. THEY REALLY REALLY DO NOT HAVE A GRASP OF WHAT THEY ARE DOING.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY unless you are willing to deal with incompetent customer service, delayed shipments, a pretty much untenable return policy and outright lies.

Don't be in a hurry to receive your items – Ordered my pants on the 13th of March and on the 30th they are still not here. Initially told it was a courier issue, now it is a low product issue due to high demand. Site says 7 to 10 business days don't hold your breath.

Buy a recognised brand – Jeans just arrived at the door. They are nothing more than a lightweight stretch fabric with no more abrasion resistance than normal jeans and thinner than some. They are comfortable being stretch fabric but they don't even come close to neo jeans or draggin jeans for quality and more importantly safety. Look elsewhere or save money by buying the exact same jeans on Aliexpress for $35 to $47 dollars, likewise aramid jeans available.

Bad customer return experience – I bought a hand lock for my husbands bike for Christmas. He never opened the package because he already had something similar. I contacted Winx Wheels almost immediately to get a return. They wanted photos of the packaging, the product and the receipt. All sent. Took them a week to even get a response on where to send the return. Then it took about 7 weeks to get the $33.00 refund. Just ridiculous!

Bought these Winx pants a while back – Finally wore them today (10/2/24) on my motorbike for roughly 7 hrs with breaks. Sorry to say absolutely rubbish. I preserved all day but nothing like the add. Pain in the monkey butt. Pity seemed like a good idea. Back to the drawing board....buy a better seat. Triumph T100 2017

reading through the product description again, I saw that the CE rating is only for the knee pads, not the actual pants themselves. Being mostly cotton mixed with spandex, these pants will provide you with no protection in a slide scenario. It's unfortunate that the company uses the marketing term "best gear on the market" when in reality, it offers no actual protection apart from the knee pads. After trying to leave this review on the company website, it seems the would not approve the post to potentially protect their image.
