Wipers Direct

Scott was fantastic. My Ford territory is a TS model and has different size blades to the SX. Scott worked with me and after some measurements we got the purchase back on track. Rained in Brisbane for a week, blades worked like a dream. I would revoked these to anyone.

Easy ordering process, turned up quickly and in perfect condition. I needed them for my 2023 Isuzu MUX. They work really well and I'll be buying from them again for sure.

l bought some wiper blades for my car and they are terribly noisy. l have tried twice to contact them by email and have not received any response. Never again will l purchase from them. This is the link to the noisy wipers. [Content Removed]

I purchased a set of Wiper Direct blades for my FG XR6 Falcon back in May 2025, I found them very easy to fit and to be completely honest they are simply the best wiper blades I have ever fitted to any of my cars and that is saying something as I am… Read more

74 years old and have had quite a few, last week I noticed that the end cap had dislodged from the end of the driver's side blade and was not to be found, so I sent an email to Wipers Direct explaining my situation, to my surprise I received a reply the very next morning asking for a couple of Pic's of said wiper blade, the next day Scott from the company sent me an email advising me that he had sent a New pair of wiper blades as a replacement for the damaged one, they arrived 2 days later. I found that their back up service is as good as their product 5 Star all the way and would never hesitate to recommend both the product and the company.

It was easy to find and order the correct wipers for my wife’s 2006 Saab and a simple task to fit them myself.

I have complete satisfaction with the quality and service received buying from wipers direct the process is easy to use to order you can pay in multiple ways and if the correct product is not received then without hesitation the problem is… Read more

responded to and dealt with in a fast manner I can't be happier and recommend wipersdirect as the product is diy and easy application plus they look great

Excellent customer service from Scott. I ordered a full set of wipers for my Suzuki S-Cross. Unfortunately the main blade did not clear the screen properly, and after confirming the issue with Scott, he sent a replacement set, which were perfect. Great product and can’t recommend them enough. Thank you. Paul

Great customer service Altought the blades were not compatible They sent me a full refund immediately and provided insite as to were I might purchase-6 star servuce

Great service they dispatched the wiper set very quickly, unfortunately the rear blade was not correct but our vehicle can be confusing regarding the model so I forwarded that information and they dispatched the correct blade,so not necessarily their fault and they were quick to resolve the issue, the blades appear to be good and working fine time will tell.So I can definitely recommend this company their service and communication were excellent.

Sent the wrong product. Then asked to provide a million details like I was at fault. Couldn't be bothered chasing up $60 so I guess that's why they run a business like that.

I purchased these wiper blades expecting reasonable quality, but unfortunately, the performance was very poor from the beginning. They did not clear water from the windshield properly in rainy conditions, especially compared with the genuine product. After giving them a fair chance, I eventually had to replace them with genuine wiper blades,… Read more

which worked as expected. This resulted in wasted time and additional expense.

I contacted the seller about the issue, but despite the product being advertised with a 1-year warranty, they refused to provide a refund and instead offered another replacement, even though I had already explained I replaced with the genuine products.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this product or seller at all.

Site advertises fast delivery...order dispatched on 7 June and as at 21 June, still not delivered by courier. Wipers were sent by road transport from Melbourne to Perth. Will be ordering from another company after this experience. Courier delivery delayed, however site showed that all deliveries were on time?

Excellent from start to finish. Top grade product, excellent price, fast dispatch & goods well packed. Instructions on correct installation method & a video even sent to me. Follow up emails to ensure all went well also sent. Cannot fault this superb Aussie company, they really deserve our support. My thanks to all at Wipers Direct.

I always try to buy local however the price difference was substantial, so I purchased from Wipers Direct. The product is exceptionally better than the blades that were fitted when the vehicle was serviced. A very satisfied customer!

I’ve used Wipers Direct on a few different cars over the years and have always been impressed with how well they perform. I usually leave replacing my wipers until the factory ones are completely worn out, so the difference is always immediately noticeable once I fit the Wipers Direct blades. They clear the windscreen properly, are quiet, and… Read more

work far better than I expect every time. Great quality product, easy to fit (especially with the videos they send that are specific to the wipers purchased), and consistently reliable. Highly recommend.

I needed wipers for my Mercedes-Benz C Class, something that I dread buying. Reason because the first time I went to replace the genuine Mercedes ones I tried wipers from another online company (sponsored by a certain youtube channel) and they were garbage! After 2 months I took them off and threw them in the bin and replaced them with OEM Bosch… Read more

ones. They were a bit better, but again after a few months started chattering and skipping across the screen, with the only way to stop them to give the screen a quick squirt of washer fluid… I tried polishing the windscreen every 2 months with Maguires glass polish, and more new Bosch blades, and still barely any difference. Well I am genuinely shocked after I bought blades from Wipers Direct! Well priced, easy to install, and absolutely no chatter or skipping; just smooth and quiet wipers! Definitely recommend.

Helpful when asked questions, supplied me videos and reassured me I was purchasing the correct product. Wiper are great, will purchse from here when I need new ones.

The wipers I ordered for my Citroen C4 arrived in very good time. They look to be of very good quality, and very straight forward to install. In operation they were very effective and quiet. I liked them so much I bought a second pair for my other car, when there was a discount offered.

Easy to install, just clip and go. The wipers are super quite, no squeeks and spotless wipes. I am also impressed with support since I accidentally ordered the wrong item and were very prompt to respond over email and amend the order - no fuss, excellent experience.

Absolutely cannot fault them fit better than the original wipers very quite and smooth highly recommend them very impressed and the price is very reasonable the only problem I did have was there must of been a glitch in the system when I placed the order it came up with a error so I did it again second time it worked then found out later I had… Read more

placed two separate orders was a little annoying when i only wanted one pair. I gave 5 stars base on how good these wipers are truly amazing:)

Love the fact that when the wipers are stationary you can't see them at all. They sit below eye sight while you are driving. Quiet and clean really well. We live in the tropics so hoping they last. Been replacing other wipers every 3 months. Thank you, very happy so far. SUPER EASY TO INSTALL.

The wipers i order by the description on the web site were for Wiper Blades for Land Rover Defender 2020 - 2023 (L663) - Front & Rear Kit, Wiper Blades for Land Rover Defender 2020 - 2023 (L663) - Front & Rear Kit, Wiper Blades for Land Rover Defender 2020 - 2023 (L663) - Front & Rear Kit. my car is a late 2022 ,with in the date range of the description. The photo on the web site in my recollection shows the rear wipers with the washers hose which is not what I recieved. Delivery was very quick. Fitting was easy for the fronts

Was Skeptical about then but I’m actually impressed as the first time I needed to use then they were amazing. Even on auto wipes setting can’t fault them T all

Ordered a bunch of wipers based on all the promise on website, 20 days later no delivery. They use the cheapest courier service, then take no accountability to rectify( simply pointing to couriers problem). Stay away, pay the extra dollars and get keep your sanity.
