Follow-up · She was very friendly and knowledgeable All the staff are helpful and wizard always had good discounts Prescriptions and nail polish
Excellent service. Had a problem with my Prescription after being discharged from Hospital and the Pharmacist Michelle sorted it out with the Doctor at the Hospital. Always good service. Show details
Biggest rip off in Australian retail, went to fill a script, price $28.73. Chemist warehouse $14.99, joke.
Avoid at all cost! Prescription medicines are way too overpriced! Minipress tablets only costed me 11 bucks at Blooms pharmacy, but this Wizard Pharmacy charged me more than double!!! Show details
Absolutely shocking service. Communication none at all. Postage terrible one week later still not even sent nothing no email no confirmation. Just so unreliable. I hope i still get my parcel
Incompetent and unfriendly. My husband went to fill my script and I got a phone call at home to tell me to come back as THEIR payment system had not worked. No apology, no explanation, just ‘come back’ from someone who had the customer service skills of a 12 year old on PMS. When my husband went all the way back, again no apology explanation, no… Read more
apology for the inconvenience just a “it didn’t go through”. If you’re going to get your grumpy teenagers to work in your store at least teach them some customer service skills. With so much choice around, will NEVER EVER go back. By the way, some of the other pharmacy’s out there are providing the 4 needle tips for free as an extra to the cost of the prescription. Thank you
Went to Wizard Pharmacy Innaloo 16/05/25 whilst in Perth, visiting from a country town.(re-located over 12mths prior.); to fulfil three prescriptions "long standing" prior to moving away from Perth. After the drive home, realised that for both continued repeats, my current address had "returned" to my previous address! Not the Service Lady's… Read more
error, even though should have double checked @ the time ..... you wouldn't think the actual pharmacist created the issue! GoodBye WIZARD.
Not Happy. Overcharged to the Max! – I bought a packet of Relpax ( Eletriptan) today from Wizard Pharmacy. It was $21 for a two-tablet pack. Later, I compared it with Chemist Warehouse and discovered, to my horror, that I could've purchased it for $10.99 —virtually half the price. I'm very upset.
Terrible – What a rip off. Script coat $18.99 yet same thing at a competitor is under $5. Show details
Great Service – Excellent service from a friendly and competent staff, who are always ready to help with advice about my medication. The store is well laid out with products clearly marked. It has all the pharmacy items I need and they are of high standard. Show details
Incompetent pharmacy – I ordered a prescription 2 weeks ago. They said they had to confirm the prescription with my doctor. Can you imagine, they claim they have not been able to reach him for 2 weeks? The doctor returns all my calls within 2 hours. I have called over there 4 times already, each time they say it is my doctors fault, not theirs. This has to be the worst… Read more
customer service ever. They are not selling books or CD's. They are selling medicine. If someone has a prescription for medication, the company should do whatever they have to in order to fill the prescription. If they can't reach the doctor the first time, they have to try again and again, until they reach him. They need to take this more seriously. Can anyone tell me who licenses a company like this? Jeremiah (509) 542-7608 got in contact with my doctor and am finally in possession with my medications.I will urge everyone.
The worst experience at a Pharmacy ever – went in today at the wizard pharmacy in warwick and tried to get some info from the pharmicist he was so rude to the girl who was helping me and myself he freaked out when I tried to show him a picture on my phone of what I was looking for. I think its a total disgrace the way he treated and spoke to his staff member, let alone a customer. I will never go back
No 5% off if you don't have RAC card – What the, they give you points towards your next purchase instead if you don't have your RAC card with you!!!! What the,,,, not happy and cost of lorazepam 1mg tablets 50 of is $28.99:::: thats alot of dollars so won't be purchasing any more scripts from this pharmacy.... and this price is for generic brand. Know better, choose better.
Terrible service – I have come a few times to Wizard in Innaloo, and every time most of the people working over the counter are so rude and condescending to say the least. Never coming back to this place. I agree with the other comments regarding this pharmacy chain, they sale every thing a few dollars more than in other places, even with discount you end up paying a few dollars more. Show details
Rip off – I bought 30 tablets of coloxyl/senna. Wizard charged me $9.99 well above the RRP. Chemist warehouse only charge $4.99. Should I report them? Show details
Made the mistake – Wasn't thinking clearly and paid $16 for a product available in Woolworths next door for $9.70 (and chemist warehouse $6.99) - my fault but be warned - they always seem to be very expensive Show details
Rip off!! – I bought Otadex 8ml ear drops today from Wizard at Belmont. Was charged $21.63. I knew Wizard is a bit more expensive but not by over 3 times !! Same product in Chemist Warehouse is only $6.90. How is that price in Wizard justified???? Show details
Rip off city – How do the justify more than 50per cent price hike ? Sanofi hydrogen. Peroxide $3.99 to $4.10 other chemists and supermarkets. Their price $8.53. Disgraceful.
Slow and unresponsive – Two weeks delivery time for a small order. No response by email. No helpful responses at all.
Muggles – Inefficient service culminated with refusal to supply a medication — which was not even in stock anyway — claiming there had already been too many repeats and that a new appointment with doctor would be required. But the backing slip and reprint actually referred to separate prescriptions, which it turns out, differed on every data point except my name. It might not even be possible to be more wrong. 3 Times the Price of Chemist Warehouse – Their selling price was 3 times of what was sold at chemistwarehouse for glycoprepC (generic drug for colonoscopy) Look at their Google review and you can see that their prices are exorbitant. Show details
Healthcare Professionals (??) – You would think in the pharmacy industry the health and well being of a patron is something treated with compassion and care. Not in this place. Your money is the only thing that matters here. The management of the patron/patients personal details is paramount to the management of medicine dispensed. Hopefully they will not kill anyone through… Read more
this mismanagement. The staff have set the level of care they will receive in their future. (Being mostly staffed by newly self entitled generations) Who will they turn to for assistance, when that assistance which should be afforded naturally has been eradicated by attrition through their own actions? Who cares. Certainly not any of the staff at Kalgoorlie Wizard Pharmacy.
