Woolworths Rewards Questions & Answers
Why am I Not receiving emails with my weekly specials and boosters ? I haven’t for the last 2 months .
My wife and I used to get email which basically pushed items - that they monitored - when they came on as discounts or to boast points. Hers stopped about a year ago and I stopped receiving emails since last Oct. The odd thing we still receive the rare email message when the CEO has something to say to the Woollies customers.
Contacting the rewards team on numerous occasions has been a futile effort…they can send me an email to conform our connection. They claim that the advertising email was sent on such and such a date but when I requested for them to resend the last advert email…apparently they can’t get access too it.
I requested to speak to Woollies technical department or the 3rd party platform provider for supplying the software for creating these email ads.
This option was avoided by the Rewards staff members.
Yes they are very good at avoiding direct contact in case they have to make a commitment. I have stopped receiving the monthly perks (as in free items) but last month got an offer of 10 x points at BWS which would be good except we don’t drink.
Every email i recieve is am unable to boost. Just times out. Been happening for months
I gave up on their reward program. For me as it doesn’t exist
I haven't received any emails since earlier this year spike to the call centre and they I should but still end of year and nothing
Open your email. Select your mailbox, Under View Settings, check Junk Mail and ensure that Woolworths are not a blocked sender. I had the same issue, and that was my problem.
I also haven't received any emails with bonus points offers for the past few months - i signed into the website to make sure it was still ticked to receive them but so far nothing.....or does this only happen now if we have the app?
Polly, my problem is not with points, it is with the provider of the fuel. I cannot help you with your problem. Sorry
i have stopped receiving boost notifications via email. I dont want to use the Woolworths App...but do i have to, to still receive the notifications? Like below, trying to get through to their call centre but am kept on hold for ages, and the web chat doesnt allow questions about the program.
Why is woolworths offering very few bonus points for products its been happening for about a month now
I had to buy a new phone due to water ingress. I have been unable to set up my loyalty card on the new phone. All seems to go well but no email arrives. I have tried using both my card number and my Email Address which were already registered on my old phone. My first two phones with this card worked fine. What is going on? I have seen quite a few dissatisfied users. An answer to this question would greatly be appreciated. I used the app to find specials and also to keep a record of my purchases.
It happened to me as you have to register your new phone as when I changed my phone to a new samsung flip it did the same ,go to settings and remove your old phone also contact woolworths mine was finally recognised hope this helps, just call customer service they will help you
How do I change my phone number and email address if you have be lock out of your app account

Agree, it has happened to me a few times now. I am in the minus on points, have tried to get it worked out but nope, not my fault it's all on them. I don't control their computers...
Hello I too have not received an email with regards to offers and specials. Is there something I need to do to rectified things so that I can receive emails from Woolworths and the Everydays Rewards program.
Why don't I recieve emails offering me specials and extra points anymore?
Please why am I not getting my booster and specials emails at Merrylands / Wentworthville area. Regards Rhön.
I am lost my reward card. What I have to do?
I have had a Woolworths reward card for several years now and would just like to find out about the Rewards parograme, thanks Fran
Coles reward is best. Woolies reward is all lies. You never get any bonus points when you buy bonus products and you only get $10 discount after months of wait.
Can you collect points for Qantas flights on the card
how do I order an additional card on my account
My account is locked out because I forgot my password
Good to know. Thanks
I have lost my card how do I get another my mobile is 0437786537
The usual way.
Like some other customers, I have not received an email from Woolworths Rewards in over 6 months, but I used to receive more than one per week. I have been in touch with customer service many times and checked all my details were correct. At first they said just wait. Then they said it was an IT error and they would pass it to their IT Dept. A month has passed and still I receive no emails.
Hi Val. My mother is experiencing this same issue. Did this ever get resolved? If so how?
After contacting Woolworths Rewards numerous times over a whole year, each time being told the problem is fixed (when it wasn't), I finally spoke to a customer service officer who actually knew what she was talking about and has fixed the problem (just by clicking one thing!)
I lost my everyday rewards card and I've got a temporary one - how do I replace my original card?
Hi there -- I would ring the Customer Service on the Website - or use the online Chat Feature they have -- they are always very helpful I am sure they will sort it out or you
I rang the Customer Service line and, as you said, the whole operation was painless and I've a new card on the way. It was lovely to deal with someone who knew exactly what to do.
