Woolworths Saver Travel Insurance

Great travel insurance – much cheaper policy, the cover is the same if not better than others. I did have issues at the start but they did everything they could to sort my problems out and get me an alternate solution. I will be using them for all my travel insurance in the future

Never again – Regrettably chose Woolworth's travel insurance after being fooled by false advertisement. Their policy options page on their website clearly states "We already cover a number of your valuables up to a value of $5,000 such as: Mobile phone" however only AFTER purchasing the policy, I read the fine print that was emailed to me which stated the 'saver option' does not cover mobile phones. How can you make such a direct statement on your policy page which included the saver option yet defend yourself with a fine print? I don't appreciate Woolworth's intention of purposely misleading it's clients for 'quick money' as we will NOT be returning. If you want to be strategic Woolworth's then try being honest. A well informed client would have spent more money to get the right cover rather than spending less and leaving with a bad review.
