to complete, so I am confident the setup was done correctly. Within the first four months of use, the machine started developing significant noise, which progressively worsened. After continued use, it became clear that the issue was related to the rollers, and now—just 14 months after purchase—the ball bearings in the rollers have completely failed. I reported the issue to World Fitness, provided a video as requested, and followed up via phone. I was advised that my only options were either to transport the entire machine back to the store myself or to have a technician attend at my cost. I was also informed that the replacement rollers would be chargeable. Given the price paid and the expectation of durability for a commercial-style leg press, this outcome is extremely disappointing. A major mechanical failure such as worn-out ball bearings within such a short timeframe raises concerns about product quality and longevity. The lack of practical support or goodwill resolution from World Fitness further adds to the frustration. Overall, while the machine looks solid on purchase, my experience has been poor in terms of durability and after-sales support. I would strongly recommend prospective buyers carefully consider long-term reliability and warranty support before investing in this product.

replacement on the Friday. They even allowed me to upgrade and only pay the difference. It did take a bit of communicating between both parties but considering lockdowns and delivery delays and availability, they did an awesome job to turn it around so quickly.

I have made several calls and have sent emails trying to get an outcome, however, I continue to get delayed responses that communicate the same runaround with a complete lack of ownership from World Fitness. It does not seem fair at all that I am out of pocket for goods that cannot be used, however, they are happy to retain my money and not offer a refund or alternative solution. At the end of the day, this was a birthday present for my son back in October, it is now November! I understand that at times faulty goods and delivery mishaps can occur, however, the lack of care, follow-up and solution from World Fitness indicates the incredibly low level of customer service that this company provides. Home gym return policy – I ordered a product for my husband unfortunately it was the wrong home gym and I asked to return and they said we needed to pay for original shipping and pay to return it. Secondly, as one of the products I had purchased sold out, and would not be available for another 4-6wks, I was sent a substitute free-of-charge and advised that I will still receive the original plates I had paid for when they arrive back in stock.
