Great customer service – Wow Baby has been taken over by a new owner and they provide great customer service. My daughter ordered the wrong thing and they helped answer any questions and organise for the correct item to be resent to us before she had her baby. I love some of the new products they have got as well.
Please contact me!!! – I ordered on September 12. However, shipping is not starting. I have sent emails several times, but there is no reply and no phone connection. I want a refund as soon as possible. Where on company should I contact? Order # 100124488 This is KYUNGMI WOO.

No issues here – I’m glad I didn’t read some of the reviews here before shopping there. I got a BabyZen Pram off them, and it arrived pretty quickly. Nothing to complain from my side Their website was quite user-friendly, and they were helpful with inquiries. I’ve enjoyed following them on Facebook since I got pregnant. They have some good posts. Prompt replacement – I placed an order for a pram. I arrived today just as they said it would however the package was damaged. I wrote customer service and got a prompt reply. Having apologized for the damaged item and insuring me it would be replaced, I received a new confirmation and tracking number! Yes it sucks when you receive an item damaged, but the response time and care was above and beyond! We all make mistakes, will definitely be a repeat customer. Show reply
Great service received product within 48 hours!! – Monday I purchased a zen baby yoyo plus, I received it on Wednesday morning!! So quickly and packaged really well :) would definitely reccomend using wowbaby. :)

Cheated – I purchased the Nuna Leaf over 6 weeks ago, after calling 4 weeks ago we were told it will take another 2 weeks, we called again today, we were told it will take another 4 weeks, so we had to cancel the order... Dodgy – I've ordered a portacot nearly a month ago, still hasn't been delivered. Emailed them and only got one response saying it will be delivered shortly. But has not arrived for weeks!! Called customer service, no one picks up. You guys are the worse baby shop online. I'm disputing for a refund.

placed it two weeks in advance and now awaiting a refund was told would be processed immediately but I haven't got the email from PayPal notifying me yet. ☹️ Was told they moved warehouses so perhaps that's the problem and I'd love to give them the benefit of the doubt the man in the phone was lovely but when you're told it's been posted and it hasn't been that's disappointing to say the least. It will respond when my refund goes through. I would still order from here, but perhaps phone first too see if item is in stock......

I chased up this refund and opened a dispute through PayPal, phoned. Continued chasing it up, and then was told they couldn't pay me as I opened a dispute. I know this wasn't the case, spoke to a nice man that I trusted in customer service , said he can't do anything but will pass it in to accounts, a few moments later I received a notice from PayPal saying the case has been closed but no refund given because somehow they gave me (and I have the email) a credit memo for $0
Zero dollars, as you can imagine that is a dodgy thing to do, I phoned PayPal who immediately refunded me. I am extremely unimpressed!!! Will not be shopping here again, thanks to PayPal for working out my problem.

Perfect customer service – I bought a yo-yo hood at the time I thought I was buying the pram lol... when it arrived I realised my mistake! I rang customer service and spoke to very helpful chap and I sent the item back got a refund back to my account. Can not fault the company at all they were very helpful. Thanks so much.
Worst service. Didn't post item when claimed – Don't buy from this company. Extremely un helpful staff and four days after shipping notification Australia post still didn't have the parcel and a week later still waiting for item.
Happy to take your money but you have to chase your item – To keep it short I had to phone three times in regards to the where abouts of my order I was told I would be called back - which never happened. End result I was told the item isn't in stock and they're not getting anymore I explained I was not impressed as they had it advertised online and wanted to ensure they have removed this so it doesn't happen to anyone else. They did refund me as they advised so atleast I didn't have to chase that..

Good – Somewhat stupidly I placed an order with wow baby before checking the reviews here-I did so somewhat as an afterthought...then after reading the reviews thought OMG!!! However...after holding my breath for three days the sleeping bags I ordered turned up (thank god!). I didn't have a problem, so would use them again-I like the convenience of shopping from home (now with x2 kids paying a shipping fee is well worth the $9 for my sanity!).
Poor communication – Poor communication and slow to post, had to call to sort out but one employee was excellent in doing what she said she would. Thank you [name removed]
Untrustworthy – Ordered 3 items online, but only 1 ever delivered. Called numerous times but was not able to speak to anyone. Emailed numerous times but no response. After some months, I had no alternative but to make a complaint to Fair Trading. It was only after Fair Trading commenced an investigation that Wow Baby refunded monies to me for the non-delivered items.

Just like to note also to other mothers out there, they offer (afterpay) payment option which is so convienent' not many online baby shops do that at all.

Horrendous service – Worst company to deal with! Ordered a bloom coco lounger rocker which stated "in stock" on the website. 2 weeks later no delivery and unable to reach them via phone due to "technical issues" multiple times. Promised a delivery in early May with refund of freight and yet to see either one month later. All of my subsequent emails unattended and again phone line not working! Shocking service and I wish I saw all these reviews prior to ordering!

I cancelled the order that day and was told a refund would be processed in approx 4 days.
On March 7th I tried to chase up my refund by calling customer service however the call was repeated cut off after I waited on hold for a period.
I sent an email requesting a phone call but am yet to received a response (email or phone call) after 2 days.

appalling customer service. Item paid for and never received – DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I ordered an Evenflo Exersaucer online on the 19th of February and it had a status of "In Stock". Today is March 4....5 emails later following up on the status of the order and no response. This company is a joke. Happy to take your money but fail to send the item or at least send an email. The item is not even appearing on their website anymore! This company are scammers. BEWARE!!!

wrong place. I called Wow baby during business hours and it said i was 3rd in the queue - i then reached number 1 in the queue to be told by the answer phone that i had called outside business hours and they were closed... I have sent 3 emails and no response. I read the reviews here this morning and thought CRAP, i shouldn't have purchased from here and decided to call again - the line was answered by a lovely lady who was happy to assist. I mentioned i had read the reviews on this website and she said she wasn't sure as she had only started with the company. I am going to post back the items today so fingers crossed they refund the money as promised. After my experience of shopping here it is a risk, so be prepared.

Terrible, shouldn't even get 1 star – I ordered a nappy bag from wow baby. I was allowed to order it even though it was out of stock. I was advised it would be in within 7 days and dispatched to me, this time has more than passed and yet I've had no communication. NO REPLY! NO ANSWER – Don't use this company! I ordered two b box baby bottles 2 weeks ago and still don't have a tracking number from them. I emailed a week ago still no answer and when i call there phone at 10am they are closed. Absolute ridiculous service. and emailed 6+ times and have gotten the no response and if I do get through to them its always "tomorrow". I have just ended up cancelling my order as after I finally got through to them today I was told that it wasn't going to be in until the end of the month (2+ weeks aways).

So if you want good customer service & items that arrive in a timely manner, don't even bother using this company. Seriously my worst online buying experience to date!
After two weeks order still not sent – I waited two weeks to have the order sent and nothing. When I phoned up to cancel the order the man on the phone didn't apologise didn't say anything besides the refund will be processed promptly. Very rude. I at leased expected an I'm sorry about that. He should not be in customer service with an attitude like his.
Cheap and cheerful – I wanted to buy a babyhood dormire portacot. Their price was reasonable and shipping was very cheap. I called up to make sure it was in stock as I was a little worried after reading these reviews . Portacot arrived the next week which was very quick considering I'm in Perth.
My experience was good – I was skeptical about buying from WOW Baby after reading the reviews on this website, so I bought something small with free postage. My item was ordered on the 15th of January and arrived on the 25th. No real issues, I got a confirmation email and a postage tracking number. Payed through Paypal.
