quality of Nick’s workmanship is excellent and, in addition to that, he’s always friendly, on-time, and thoroughly cleans up before finishing the job - we could not be happier with the results he has achieved. The shutters look great and the price was very competitive; we would engage Wynstan without hesitation for any future work.

Following managers intervention a noticeable change occurred and dates given were real indicators of date if delivery. During this period my wife was in and out of hospital so I hope everyone sees i needed solid dates. Work was completed at a high standard ...many thanks.

installation. The handle on the first door failed after 2 days. For the thousands of dollars we paid for these doors I can only say the product and service are terrible.

At every stage the service was excellent and each stage was fully explained beforehand. The aspects of the awning I chose were fully explained in detail, also how to look after the awning was fully explained. Show details ·  1

If I could give it negative stars I would. I wish I had read more reviews before going ahead with Wynstan. I only wanted one set of curtains and only wanted to update the same design I already had (they had just gotten moldy so needed to be changed). in the warehouse, multiple errors with manufacturing (broken hooks, wrong rods ect) then they said that they wouldn't fit where I wanted them...yet it was measured and quoted by them and it was just replacing existing curtains! All throughout this I had the most appalling contact from them. I had to chase each time and then I was met with a very blunt response with zero acknowledgment for how frustrating this has been. I had someone say they were going to be my 'case manager' and provide me with updates....they did not ring me once, I rang every time. The installers do not contact you at all and give you zero notice. I had 3 attempts at install and each time I was left waiting and chasing up where they were. It took from May to end of September for the most simple job. I will be going to a different provider for my other jobs and never waste my time again with Wynstan!

Keep your money and shop around before purchasing any of Wynstans products. Find a place that respects their standards of workmanship and doesn't fob off their customers when they are asking questions about where their order is and when will it be installed? I'm really hoping a lot of people read this and go elsewhere because if I could I would that's for sure. Show details

We have now bought 3 products from Wynstan but had we known there was no after sales service we would have bought elsewhere. We recently had a security door installed but have had issues with the latch. ploy to defer service so now we have to pay for another company to fix the latch. Not good enough. We emailed the store from where the door was ordered and also head office and head office couldn’t be bothered to reply. We will never buy products from Wynstan again.

Our roller blinds are great! We had a consultant help us chose the best ones, explain how the different ones work, and compared colour samples to help.
