Great product and great customer service. I bought boot liner and all weather floor mats through Amazon for my CRV 2026. Its perfectly fit and seems better than OEM ones. Highly recommend them.

Great service. Bought Mudflaps and Weathershields. 2026 Chery 4 Tiggo Pro Mudflaps look great. Easy to fit. Weathershields were from different model but upon sending a email this was quickly resolved with sending the correct ones. Looks like they were packed in the wrong box from the makers. Purchased moulded floor mats + dash cover for Kia Sportage 2025 (NQ5). The floor mats are awesome! The dash mat, however, is “Temu quality”. Absolute rubbish. It has stretched lengthwise approx 5cm, does not sit on dash properly nor for any length of time (see video), and the cutout doesn’t correctly fit at each end of dash.

Recently purchased a dash mat,floor mats and weather shields to suit my 2020 PXIII FORD RANGER FX4 and am totally satisfied with the results I would highly recommend these guys to deck out ya pride n joy I put a couple a pics up but not the floor mats only coz to many videos but they are awsome

They don’t honour warranty and try to blame anything but the product. I owned a type 2-1 charger adapter of theirs that lasted 2 years, it dies out of warranty, that’s all good so I buy another one, the 2nd one has lasted 3-4 months and they won’t replace it, they tell me the charging cable I use is the fault, even though the cable works perfectly… Read more

Bought a dash mat for my brand new Mazda. When it came it looked great on the car. non slip backing of the dashboard cover does not contain any adhesive or bonding material. In most cases, marks like these are surface impressions that can occur under high cabin temperatures or on softer dashboard materials, and they are not considered permanent damage." They then suggested using isopropyl alcohol or a general car interior cleaner which I had already done. The products are obviously not "quality" material as advertised and are not suitable for Australian heat and weather. They take no responsibility for their poor quality materials. Avoid!!!!!!

I bought a car mat and boot mat for my ZRV. Product is good and fit exaclty on the car. Unfortunately, there is a missing piece/item which make it not that good. Hopefully they can send the missing piece so it will be totally nice.

If I could give 0 stars I would…. B grade boot liner at best. Doesn’t fit correctly as advertised and when contacted was told to use a hairdryer to flatten it out or I can return it at my own shipping cost. Terrible experience with your company and as mentioned product is nothing like advertised on the images online. After purchase customer service was also terrible.

The window shades claim to be a perfect and seamless fit. Can confirm they are NOT. When you have a child in the backseat, you want ALL of the window shades providing protection. The edge of one of the shades doesn’t even reach the door frame so can’t be stuck on. Very disappointed will be returning. Have to return at own cost.

I really wished I read the reviews on here prior to ordering. Maybe they used to be good quality but it’s shocking quality now. Service is terrible. uses the baby bolts.

The floor mats had finger prints melted into the plastic and are missing the cut out so you can access the petrol cap. The dash mart was a really uneven cut out and didn’t fit. It also had no spot for the daylight sensor so the display would go black thinking it was night.

The centre console organiser didn’t fit and stuck up out of the centre console.

Returns are next to impossible. They deliver by courier due to the size, but won’t pick up the faulty items and expect me to take time off work to go to the post office to send a huge parcel.

white stress mark you get when material has been bent and stretched beyond what it should be. Anyone who has seen this before knows it’s only a matter of time before it cracks or tears. The corners were also misshapen and nothing like the images advertised.

When I contacted the business, their response was to blame their “shipping size limitations” and then suggest I try reshaping the corners myself with a hairdryer. Not only was this suggestion unrealistic and unprofessional it also didn’t work. I felt ridiculous even trying it, and unsurprisingly, the damage was still there.

The next challenge was trying to return the item. They refused to collect it from my doorstep, insisting I take it to the post office. I even drove to their PO Box location in Bayswater hoping for a simple face-to-face exchange, only to be told that wasn’t allowed either. Every step of the process felt like they were making things as difficult as possible.

I made it clear that the customer service had already been disappointing, and when I finally requested a refund, they still refused to make the return process reasonable. Buying the product was a headache. Trying to fix the product was a headache. And attempting to return the product was just as bad.

Between the poor product quality and the complete lack of customer care, I honestly cannot recommend this business to anyone. Their online policies and procedures fail customers at every stage from purchase, to support, to refund.

DO NOT BUY this roof rack from this company. Horrible product, it did rust after 5 months and never been used, and the factory doesn’t want to know anything, because they said that has been exposed to weather and I didn’t washed it and dry properly.

This has been a very disappointing experience, particularly due to the lack of customer support. Based on this experience, I would not recommend using this business.

 Follow-up  · After numerous emails and misunderstandings they have finally refunded the monies of the bad fitting part. Unfortunately i can't increase the star rating because of how draining the process was to get the refund. The floor mats that fitted are great.

I have placed multiple orders in the past twelve months. The last 2 had the incorrect items shipped. I have left multiple emails as you cannot ring. However all you get is donuts they never respond. Really poor customer service follow up.

 Follow-up  · They finally made contact after the review back in December. I sent them the relevant information, however they have not responded to date. Extremely poor service.

I requested that X-Car arrange to have the incorrect item picked up from my residence, and they agreed to do so. However, that was nearly 6 weeks ago, and the mats are still sitting on my front porch (as instructed by X-car) waiting to be picked up by a courier.

I believe X-Car have no intention of refunding me. In fact, I checked the website immediately after receiving the incorrect item and discovered the item I purchased was no longer in stock. I believe X-Car knowingly shipped the incorrect item, because they knew they couldn't fulfill the order, with the intention of keeping my money. I made a claim for a refund through PayPal which was refused because X-Car provided a tracking number for the incorrect item. They also sent me a message via PayPal that was worded as if it had been sent from PayPal, trying to placate me; they tried to trick me into thinking I had received a message from PayPal. Their conduct throughout this process has been deceitful and egregious.

Regarding the item itself, I cannot speak to the item I paid for. The Floor mats appear to be very cheap. I made the purchase after my partner bought some sunshades from X-Car. I gave X-Car a try because she said X-Car was a reputable Australian company. I am not sure how they managed to give this impression, but X-Car is clearly a company selling cheap products imported from China, and their customer service suits.

Additionally, I wrote this review on their website which is mysteriously missing.

easy to clean! The floor mats scoop up the sides keeping the dirt in, they fold nicely so I can tip the dirt out if I am not at home with my vacuum, they don’t slide around! I have kids & if you know you know! Slips are easy to clean because it sits there no extra work having to get the water out! They feel like I got them custom made! I love them!!! + so affordable

Window shades: The window shades are so great! They block out so much sun & I can still have the windows down! I looked everywhere for affordable window shades & finally got my hands on some!

Sunvisa: Again it’s like it’s custom fit to my window no suction cups they don’t actually suck, has a Velcro bit that hangs on to the mirror which I thought was handy

Overall I am extremely happy with my product have went back for more! The quality is amazing & I can’t get over how affordable it is & broken record saying this but it’s like it was custom made for my car! I will never stop boating about this company because you’ve got me for life as a customer!

The difference is night and day. Their mats are built to last, offer far superior protection, and come at a fraction of the cost compared to the genuine ones. I’ve even gone as far as laying the genuine mats on top of X-CAR’s mats just to visually highlight the difference. Simply put, pictures don’t do it justice!

I have bought a few things for my GWM Tank 300 and have been very happy with prompt delivery and product. I did need to return something because it wasn’t really what I wanted and I can only give best report for their customer service. I will buy from them again. Note GWM installed the Window shields. I changed my mind on the racks but believe GWM would install.

Purchased a full set of floor mats and boot liners for my ford Everest. Postage was quick, arriving within a week. The fit is perfect and easy to install. The mats cover the floor and back up the edge to the door - providing better coverage/ protection than the standard carpet mats that came with the car. Definitely happy!

10 minutes and they are all, a great fit, as good as it gets! The kit came with alcohol swabs, written instructions and a link to video instructions. They are a perfect fit on my 2026 GWM Canon Alpha Ultra. I'm very happy with all my purchases from X-car and I will buy from here again if the opportunity presents itself.
