I placed an order with X supplements 2 weeks ago now and I still have not received any tracking number or dispatch notification. I have emailed them twice now to follow up on the order status and have not received any reply at all. Sadly, I wouldn’t trust them.
After contacting my bank regards the goods I did not receive from X Supplements which I ordered on the 31st March ...the goods have now miraculously arrived today .

SCAMMING ALERT if you order product from them you will not receive from them. bought some item from them more than 2 weeks ago, since then no update of shipping. send them few email but no response. People avoid them at all cost
Loving the spearmint tea as it helps to balance my hormones. Great way to start or end my day busy day at work.
Rice is probably my most favourite thing to eat, but trying to cut out carbs and still enjoy rice was proving difficult, I then discovered this low carb rice from another brand and loved it, but didn't love the price tag, after a quick google search I found X supplements sells the same rice at a fraction of the price. It's super easy to prepare and can be used in many different recipes. I look forward to trying more from their range.
I was happy with the products I bought. However, I wasn't impressed with the box the goods came. I thought it was my iherb order that was arrived and I found the box partially opened and poorly taped. Looked quite cheap. Also, the flours that I ordered were warm as a result of partially opened box which then they could go rancid. The packaging of goods can be improved to leave better impression of the service.

Placed order X20197 on 14 April 2026. Two weeks later received an AusPost tracking number, but it hasn't even been sent out (just at the "Label Created" stage). Have tried emailing 3 times now with no response. I fear I've been scammed so I will take this further if I haven't heard back from them or received a refund by tomorrow.
Follow-up · Product did eventually arrive after 6 weeks. No communication or reply to my emails at all. Even though I'm glad the product arrived, wouldn't recommend buying from them

Do not order from these guys! I think they used to be a legit company a few years back, but it seems like now they have stopped functioning. Like other people here, I placed an order about 6 weeks ago and it has not arrived and they do not reply to my emails. Avoid!!!
Appalling service- item never arrived and after 7-8 emails had no response or follow up. Sought refund had zero correspondence. Do not recommend and will never shop here again.

After over a weeks and multiple new emails sent to them chasing tracking numbers, still no response. I have have attempted to have the transaction cancelled. Now my credit card provider is dealing with the issue.
People be aware you only have 20 days to cancel a transaction.
DO NOT BUY from this website. I will be reporting to the ACCC etc.
As others have said, the order just isnt being dispatched. So I suspect a scam. Now waiting on a refund but I suspect Im going to need to submit a complaint to my credit card company & get it refunded that way. DON’T BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM

I placed an order with X Supplements and, 15 days later, I still had not received a tracking number. I also received no response to my follow-up. I would be cautious dealing with this company, particularly as there is no phone number available to contact them.
I am also waiting for products ordered 17 March. Have sent emails but no response - would appreciate some contact from customer service. Think twice before ordering from this company.

service would make it right. I contacted them, and to my initial surprise, they actually AGREED with me. The representative said, and I quote, "This item shouldn't have gone faulty so quickly." They said they would arrange a return label and process a refund. Great, I thought. A company that stands by its products.
How naive I was.
That was the last communication I ever received from them. After that promising email, they have completely and utterly GHOSTED me. No response to multiple follow-up emails. Nothing. It's been radio silence.
They were lightning-fast to take my money from my account, but when it comes to honoring their own word and providing even the most basic customer service, they are nowhere to be found. They are cowards who will say anything to get you off the phone or out of the live chat, with zero intention of following through.
Save yourself the immense frustration. This company has zero integrity. The product is garbage and their customer service is a black hole. I'm out the money, but consider this review a public service announcement to steer clear of this dishonest company.

Website was user friendly and the shipping was very quick. I was impressed with the use of environmentally friendly packaging that kept my protein powder perfectly in tact, because I have received protein powders from other companies that got punctured in transit.
