Solutions based, professional team of excellent removalists – We booked to move our 2 bed unit. Thomas in the office was efficient and great and used our existing records to come up with a quote. The lift broke due to the rains. John, also in the office was great in coming up with a solution and being extremely supportive. The lift was still not fixed on the day. working, so polite, so careful with items and very honest. They were well organised and looked after each other going up and down 6 flights of fire stairs on a very hot day. The team lead was running late. He and the office kept us informed and once again were totally focused on solution. The team started on time and we were not billed for the third pair of hands until he arrived. He was an excellent leader and really helped to make a nightmare move from hell into something that was bearable. I would not hesitate to use Yellow Express again, they were excellent.

Who wants to get ripped-off? Not me – $280 to move 5 boxes from Rent-a-space Ryde to the city? Whatever you do get a confirmation email with the price from these guys. Next time I'll just rent a van and pay an extra pair of hands. Show details

Special mention to Sam in the big truck who was AMAZING and kept everyone lifting correctly and literally had a spring in his step! Ben was also the real leader, ensuring everything ran efficiently and he also needs to receive a huge thanks – as they all do for being fantastic.

I will definitely be using these guys again and telling all of my friends and employer – the customer service from the moment I initially spoke to Roman, to the assistance offered by Tom re the delivery restrictions, to the moment the guys left us with a very organised 'box fort' was fantastic. Cannot fault anything!

The guy who took the call didn’t ask if there were stairs so they sent me the worst team possible and they took 4h to do a job that should have taken 2 and charged me full price. Cannot fault Yellow Express! – We used Yellow Express for a quick cross city move and they were absolutely perfect. Shelley in head office was so helpful from start to finish going above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the job.
