I was kept informed the whole journey and everything went smoothly, boat arrived in perth roughly a week of after the predicted date but that was more to do with the Fremantle unloading side that made it late. can't recommend these guys highly enough and will be sending anyone that I know looking to move stuff around Australia or oversees their way.

The delivery was completed exactly as promised and the driver was equally professional and accommodating. He took the time to position my caravan precisely where I requested on the verge, making the whole process stress-free and far easier than I had anticipated.
This was a true door-to-door service, and nothing ever seemed too much trouble for the McPhee team. From booking through to delivery, everything was handled professionally, efficiently and with great attention to customer service.

We went out to tender, and although some of the other providers were cheaper, what impressed me about McPhee’s was the quality of the service and that the there were no hidden costs. Follow-up · Drop off was fairly straight forward, picked up my Camper from just outside fremantle port area, I found the costs to be quite good consider it was coming from Victoria, was shipped across rather than road transport. No damage at all and they took care with it.

kept me updated the whole way and was very responsive to all communications even though I wasn't her direct customer. We had issues with it being stuck at port but she provided necessary information that the caravan manufacturer was poor at. Would definitely recommend McPhees based on just my interaction with Sue alone. Highly recommend.

you get Professional company with customer focus service. January 2026 ,We had an horrific interaction with another company, where our car did not move in 4 weeks, poor communication, horrible customer servic, fobbed off constantly, could not get any information on.our car and then found out it had not moved from drop off point, we had to retrieve our vehicle, argue to get SOME of our funds returned and wait nearly 4 weeks for part payment. We were VERY weary in choosing another freight company but McPhee were very accomadating and gave us total confidence in giving our car to them for door to door service , we were informed all the way. phone calls and emails were answered efficient and timely. We would recommend and again use McPhee freight for any vehicle transport.

Wollongong as opposed to having the car picked up from our home. After that, it boarded the ship at the scheduled time. Tracking was available throughout and the car was delivered to my daughter's home as scheduled. One small issue that arose was that the driver wished to deliver the car to my daughter on a Friday, but she would only be available at home on the following Tuesday (Monday was a Public Holiday). The driver said that he would call back to check on a Tuesday delivery. I was also able to ring up and speak to Sue there on the Tuesday morning and she assured me that a driver would be calling her soon to advise the delivery of the car that day. The car arrived in good order on the Tuesday , early afternoon. I would certainly recommend this company . Very professional.
We had sought a number of quotes for delivering a Ford Mustang from country NSW to Perth. and updates throughout the whole process. We were very impressed with Sue’s friendly, professional, and engaging communication. Her organisation of the pickup of the Mustang, transport to port and loading was perfectly timed. Not an easy feat when it had to be collected from a country town outside of Sydney. However, Sue was very confident she would deliver the vehicle on time (or earlier) and in the same condition as collected.
I’m pleased to say (as we expected from our in transit dealings with Sue and tracking support) that the delivery was perfect in every way. Firstly, the Mustang arrived earlier than we had expected - which was a huge bonus. And it was unloaded from the ship incredibly fast. Secondly, the port management (Brett) liaised closely with Sue to ensure the Mustang was made available for collection as soon as possible. Brett was an amazing help. He was very informative about how to get to the area of the wharf he was on, he was also accomodating with times and even waited around for us to arrive when we were held up, and he kept in touch with messages throughout. He had the car ready and everything organised as soon as we arrived. All in all Brett was excellent. Thirdly, the car arrived undamaged and in fantastic condition - not one mark or spot of dirt on the vehicle. It was just as it was when it was collected. It was a great feeling to pick up a clean, unmarked car that had just travelled the length of Australia. It looked good and had been well taken care of in transport. We are extremely happy with the service we received from McPhee. We will definitely use McPhee again. But most of all - we wanted to thank Sue! She was amazing and made the transport of the Mustang an absolute delight rather than a frightening chore. Her correspondence and calls and advice helped keep our son calm about his new Mustang. And Sue somehow managed to get the vehicle to us earlier than expected. We really can’t thank Sue and McPhee enough. Thank you Sue!

and vessels and to be driven around Port lay down areas..unquote, successfully managed to do all that was required until it arrived at Fremantle port. It was there that Mcphees management decided to organise the services of another transport company who intern organised two old retired couple to DRIVE (not Tilttray) my Motorhome nearly 100kms on a 110km freeway to my home address! Nearly at the end of that negligent journey it broke down. It was then TOWED ( not tilttrayed, automatic vehicles shouldn’t be towed because of damage to transmission) to a holding yard without my knowledge. I have sent several emails to Mcphees asking for details of Mcphees employees in WA who were involved with horrendous decision of lack of care and negligence and also for the insurance company but have had no reply.
