Over the past few years, the cracks have worsened significantly, despite my efforts to protect the table—including purchasing a custom glass top. When I recently reached out to request a refund due to the worsening defect, YNDÉ Interiors refused, claiming too much time had passed. Instead, they offered yet another replacement, which I do not trust given their track record of poor quality.
A well-made piece of furniture should last far longer than three years without falling apart, yet this company refuses to stand behind its product. Any reputable retailer understands that furniture is a long-term investment, not something that should be replaced every few years due to defects.
Their refusal to take responsibility has left me with no choice but to escalate this matter through Consumer Affairs. I strongly advise against purchasing from YNDÉ Interiors unless you are willing to take a risk on poor craftsmanship and a company that does not honor quality expectations.

Great product, terrible customer service – The desk itself is great, however delivery instructions were not acted on appropriately. The customer service was a major let down. Item never arrived but YNDE fixes the issue – Purchased a table for $1,600 in September, it was sent out but has never arrived. YNDE organised for another table to be shipped out overnight. Good customer support – I'm yet to open and fit the light I purchased so can't comment on that but the pre-sale support I received was very good and delivery was fast. Well done.

Love the furniture! – Received our armchair, sideboard and iron lampshade. The armchair and sideboard are heavier than I expected but that goes to show it is solidly made. Very happy! Eyeing some of the pre-order furniture for the future which seems like good value.
