Installers Roy, James, Magnus and Martii came round to ours to have our system installed. They were courteous and efficient had my 13.2 ke system installed by midday. This was on the back of Mark the sales rep we went through and Summer who organise the install date, bringing the install forward to for us as my partner and I were due a baby arriving. All in all 100% would reccomend Yuma for a solar install their service has been spectacular.

old solar system with one that had more than twice the generation with a net cost was $0. I was approved for a 0% interest loan with the system being paid off over 5 years. The repayments on the loan would be 100% offset by the savings I made on the solar generation, so the monthly cost would essentially be the same as my existing monthly electricity bills. On the day of installation the electricians doing the work were very polite and respectful, and efficient in their work. The quality for work was excellent and they helped me set up the app on my phone and how to understand the data within it. After sales support is outstanding. David Bishop from Yuma called me to explain their ongoing support, where they can monitor the performance of the systems they install and inform customers when there is a problem and help when required. Very happy with my new PV system and I highly recommend Yuma Energy.

accountability from consultation, installation and post customer support. It was reassuring to know the installers worked for Yuma direct and that installation issues were included in the warranty. We have a great app to track the performance in our system and received a phone call from David introducing himself as our contact person ongoing if we have any issues or concerns. Great experience all round!

Very good experience – For the 40plus panels, it was expected to take 2 days. But the 2 installers worked flatout and done in only 1 day. Impressed. Supervisor Mike Varehov was very good in explaining the whole process. System working well to-date.

My 5 Star Experience – Have to agree with the POSITIVE reviews. Never had a problem with any part of the process. Quote (Vincent), Communication (Summer), Installer (Gus), Electrician (Mike) and Follow up (Dave) were very professional. Alot simpler than I thought – The process of solar panels can't be any easier. No pushy salesman. Just honest and simple explanation of the whole process. Advised location of panels and moving of TV aerial prior to installation. Even when a faulty panel was detected on installation, replaced within a week. Now just adjusting how and when we use electricity to match the solar generation of electricity with the use of the app to get the best benefits. Show reply

very special thanks to the two installers, they were at all times professional and had a tremendous can-do attitude, everyone of my requests was received with a "no problem, too easy".

I was particularly impressed when I requested that the power be off for a minimum amount of time during the connection of the inverter in my switch board, due to my invalid wife's need for her oxygen concentrator to be not powered for as short a time as possible.

The result was that power was off for a total of 7 whole minutes. Absolutely outstanding service.

The day of installation, the installers knew what to do and did everything as quickly as possible, as well as cleaning up any mess they made & took all rubbish with them, including our old solar panels & inverter.
