I bought a bunny rabbit toy for my little dog and she loves it! She plays tug with us all the time. Sometimes it's like she is g trying to kill it as it is so life like. We call it her baby bunny as it is small. Very happy with our purchases. We also bought her a soft toy ball that has tags on it. She loves to play with that too. Show reply
I appreciate the quick response I received when searching for the balm for my dog's skin. I had contacted the company that makes the product in America, but they don't sell to Australia now. Luckily someone from Zach's contacted me to let me know they stock the product here. It is the only thing that clears up any skin issues on my Frug, Gary. Thankyou. Show reply

I have had the most amazing experience with this pet shop. And the flutter bug toy that I bought is an absolute hit with my cat Mr Kit ! Re the Freeze Dry Australia - Chicken Breast, these treats are great, they are in small pieces and can be easily crumbled to even smaller ones for little dogs. My Chihuahuas love them. Show reply

smaller desktop fans pointed right at him, so he's difficult to care for in the summer. but he loves these! cools him down so fast and i find him sprawled out on them all day!
Follow-up · - HOW LONG DO THEY STAY COOL?: These mats stay below room or ambient temperature always. I have never felt the mats and had them be as warm as the room. Additionally, pressing down on them (or lying on them) moves the gel inside and gives more cooling relief. I purchased Hyper Fetch mini balls I was surprised at how much cheaper the balls were from Zac as normally they are way more expensive. Delivery was extremely quick which I totally appreciated. I would highly recommend Zach's Pet Shop Show reply
My 2 ginger girls (cats) LOVE the Freeze Dry Australia brand of freeze dried chicken treats and the Green Lipped Mussel treats (very healthy). The kitties went crazy when I picked up the packets to photograph them.. Great quality from Australia - that was most important to me. I ordered hypoallergenic Drool treats for my dog that I was unable to source directly. They arrived quickly which was great as we had run out and our dog was having withdrawal symptoms ( he loves them) and they are the only one's he can eat. Looked around online, as one of our two rabbits suddenly passed away..Found Zach’s pet shop. I ordered a plush Rabbit chew toy. I was hoping it would bring our remaining Rabbit some relief through the loss of her sister.. The item arrived quickly and was packaged well.. Its the balm that works – I had an issue with one of my Chihuahuas, she had lip dermatitis it was terrible and it came up so quickly, so I looked up different balms online and I chose Zachs Pet Shop , they had a balm for wrinkle folds on dogs , I bought it, it got to me very fast and it has really helped my dogs face. I still sought vet advice , and they said that balm definitely helped! Thank you Zachs Pet Store ! Show reply
