I checked the tracking number with Australia post, it was in transit from the day I ordered it. Don’t buy from here.

I received a perfume that was the wrong colour and scent. After raising the issue with Zeina Perfume World, no replacement or refund was provided. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this retailer, as they supplied a defective product and did not take steps to resolve the issue when it was brought to their attention. I ordered from Zeina Perfume World just recently and my experience was actually pretty good. The perfume arrived quickly, was well packed, and looked genuine. Prices were cheaper than other sites too, which was a bonus. That said, I’ve seen mixed reviews online, so I was a bit unsure at first but everything went smoothly for me. I’d probably order again, just maybe stick to well-known brands to be safe.

Normal'no no stranno – Bought Guerlain Mon Guerlain edt Bloom of rose via Amazon. The store wrote me a letter asking to cancel the order because they don't have the product. November via Aramex. Parcel was not received. My call to Aramex confirmed the tracking number was delivered to Dural (outer Sydney) to a different address/person. I contacted Catch immediately that day and filed a complaint. 3. Zeina emailed 21 November advising I apparently had the wrong tracking number and provided a new tracking number. I duly contacted Aramex who said again that tracking number was going to a different person/address, this time in Merrylands (suburban Sydney). 4. On 21 November Zeina then emailed a screenshot of another third tracking number - photo was illegible/unreadable. 5. On 21 Nov, after I complained about the illegible third tracking number Zeina then emailed advising me that redelivery (on the second tracking number) had been reactivated. 6. At one stage an indication on the Aramex tracker estimated a 26 Nov delivery- this turned out not to be accurate- the tracker has said "Delivery Delayed" since then with no explanation nor estimate of delivery or where the parcel is. 8. It is now Friday 29 November 2024 and still no delivery since my 13 November order. This is despite multiple emails to Catch/Zeina and me calling Aramex almost every day requesting an update- each time I was told it was with the courier for delivery or we will get back to you. No estimate of delivery date could be given. 9. I have now requested a full refund from CATCH and also advised American Express. I believe I have given ample time for a simple CBD delivery which should not take 2.5 weeks.

My purchase of simple perfume was on 14th November. Its now 26th November and I have no idea where goods are! – If I could write minus 5 stars I would. Terrible delivery time frames.

the same tracking number as the 1st perfume received stating that it is the tracking number for 2nd perfume and awaiting pick up at Australia Post. I never received any such notification. Back and forth email with them replying the same **** the whole time. Am going to escalate this problem. DISGUSTING THAT CATCH AUSTRALIA IS STILL DEALING WITH THIS SCAMMER!!!

MISTAKE!! The Fragrance (Bad Boy Gold Fantasy) arrived, and it is FAKE FAKE FAKE. Lasts literally 2 minutes on the skin, and then nothing. I own the authentic Bad Boy Gold Fantasy, and it lasts for easily 7 hours strong on the skin. ABSOLUTE SCAMMING &^#%$! Also it had a letter inside the packaging saying "no returns or refunds as per the seller marketplace's terms and conditions" ... so WHY would that be in there unless they knew it was fake. I'm taking these %^$#s to ACCC, and I'll make sure they're prosecuted. Scammy #&^%s!! FAKE FAKE DO NOT BUY!!! A TOTAL waste of money. Excellent company to deal with – I have purchased from this company twice now and each time have found them to be FABULOUS to deal with! Their products, professionalism, communications, speed in posting and the delivery of the perfumes is second to none. Thank you again for your wonderful perfumes!

a fine, delicate, elegant version, which will be getting plenty of use. I will definitely consider buying from here in future. I find it amazing that there were some oddly critical reviews and personally couldn't be happier.

Anyway Zeiner Perfume world would not even respond to my polite emails. So unfortunately I have to classify them as a scam perfume supplier. Be warned. I certainly would not purchase perfume from this company again.

Best online perfume shop I've ever dealt with – I bought a couple of perfumes online for me and my partner. This shop had pretty big selections and most of all they were sold at a very reasonable price. I was happy that it was fast and free delivery. The lady I spoke to was very friendly and professional.
