(and boy) and they love it. I find it works better than Voltaren Emugel. Apply it outdoors the smell in very strong, but not offensive. Great for muscular strain and mild sprains, maybe helped with a few ibuprofen, if needed.

A Good Find – I stumbled across Zen Herbal Gel when looking for something to give me relief from a leg riddled with varicose veins. The relief was instant and long lasting.It is marketed as Joint & muscle pain relief. It comes in a 75g tube for $12.99 making it a tad expensive but,well worth it if you know the pain from varicose veins playing up. It is a reasonably new over the counter pharmacy product.

piece of bone attached to my rod few years ago so get extremely strong chronic pain even with strong meds doesn't quite take pain.spray small amount onto areas and well this gives me quality of life for few hrs, feeling happier again than crying constantly. OMG It is the best muscle fix i have ever used! – I had the most painful muscle issues in my thigh, i couldn't do any sport and weren't able to walk down stairs. However when i used ZEN it relived the pain straight away. I can not believe the results! Thanks ZEN

Works well – This spray works well. I have used it on many occasions & everytime it worked very well. I thoroughly recommend it. It's herbal, so it's non evasive. The only drawback is it smells a bit strong, but some people may not be bothered by this.

it up - which I thought it did and gave it and second spray....unfortunately it swelled up to the point I can't wear shoes, slippers or thongs, can't put any weight on it and it doesn't even like the sheets or blanket weight on the bed on it. After a trip to the doctors this morning it has now been strapped up. I have to rest it, keep it elevated and apply ice to it. I have no idea as to how how long it will take before it comes right. Hence to say no more Zen Spray on the toe for me. Yet it has been great for my stomach, neck, shoulder and my back. My only guess is that the Zen Spray highlighted the fact that my toe has a problem and the spray aggravated it. Liked the heat it produced. It aggravated my toe.
