none of the products I want and after writing to the company there is no timeline as to when things will come back. A real shame, I do hope they can continue and be successful but as a customer I cannot hang in there any longer. not only are they asking me to change how I work (I would often put some of the liquid in automatic dispensers and what not (now not possible with this system) but they also can't give me the product. So now I'm going to Bondi Wash that do natural products instead. It's a shame but they've kind of shot themselves in the foot with this from my perspective.

least Zero Co should offer to have forever bottles returned so that they can be recycled into new products. I didn't find the products themselves that amazing and some had a much too strong scent but was preserving because they accepted the pouches back. Don't buy from this company.

purchasing a dispenser for the dishwashing detergent, the product has been withdrawn from the market for months. Additional orders have been incredibly slow arriving and I’m currently on what will be my last order from Zero Co.

There are other competitors producing really good quality products with natural ingredients and whose customer service is better.

I feel as though this company needed a lot more testing of their products, packaging and logistics before they went to market. The messaging resonates with all of us who care about reducing plastic use, but in reality this product doesn’t seem to offer much more than wholesome messaging.

divine! Recently had the original nozzle break on one of my cleaner bottles and was able to organise a new nozzle replacement within 24hrs (sent the email before bed last night, woke up to a response and organised the new nozzle by lunchtime!). Like others, there have been shipping delays over the year that was/is the C-virus but ZeroCo were always completely upfront, honest and on the front foot with those delays. My only complaint really is that there is no floor wash (but you can mix their bathroom cleaner with a little dish detergent in hot water and tiles come up a treat. Just dont over-do the dish soap unless you like sock skating).

I hope everyone decides to get what they need from ZeroCo! – I cannot speak highly enough about ZeroCo in every aspect. at the end of the communication. I can tell that everyone I speak to at ZeroCo loves their job and is keen on making a differnce with every customer interaction. When staff quite obviously love their job and employer, I think it speaks volumes about the company as a whole--I think most people know how hard it is to love your job if there is corruption or selfishness running up the ranks, and this is definitely not what is happening here. The entire company sounds to good to be true, but I am of the opinion that it is instead a dream come true--for us as consumers, and for the people involved on the inside.

Secondly, the mission of the company shines through their transparency when things go wrong. For example, during the crazy floods in Australia, I remember one of the top dogs of ZeroCo posting an Instagram story/post about how so many of their refillable packets were washed away and ended up in landfill. The fella who filmed himself in the update expressed his personal distress in how this had happened, and it really highlighted to me how our world's current default systems (e.g., in cleaning up after natural disasters) are not designed to support companies that want to make a change in minimising the amount of waste that ends up in landfill).

I don't just feel like a customer of ZeroCo, I feel like I am a part of a team; a team that is trying their best to go against the grain in the way the world works at present. I believe companies like ZeroCo are going to go down in history as the pioneers in shaking up the way we think about waste, and I am proud and priviliged to be involved in this movement as their customer.

By supporting companies like this, consumers and companes can join together as allies, contributing to mass-scale paradigm shifts that change our world's future and societal outlook for the better.

Great ethos and products smell great. I bought a large bulk multi cleaning pack with (mostly) good success. Standout products for me are the dishwashing liquid, body wash and multi-purpose cleaner. Buyer beware ! We're first-time purchasers of this brand and have discovered the lack of communication no reply to emails or the message system on their website. return messages left. Don't take the risk in making any purchases with this business because there is a super high chance you will be in the same boat as me. It's misleading and unacceptable to do business in this way with purchasers. I think they're too busy scrapping rubbish of beaches then fulfilling their customer orders.

We were early adopters of Zero Co products and use them for all our personal and household needs. We love Zero Co products because they are fantastic and work really well, but more importantly they reduce our single-plastic use. Please check their website out and make the change today.

there are always teething problems during start-up. I'm just really disappointed in the products I am using because they're not doing a good job. I would not recommend them. Sadly, I will not be continuing to purchase from this company. To be clear, the products I am referring to are the dishwashing liquid and laundry liquid. They do not clean effectively. To be completely truthful, I have been using the shampoo and conditioner from the original batch before the new launch, and am not happy with those either. They have damaged my hair. I do like the deodorant and have been waiting for the new release, but have decided not to repurchase this product, as it would be the only product I would use from this company. I respect Mike's ethos and applaud his continued efforts to "untrash the plant" and wish him well.

Everyone should use ZeroCo – Love the ethos and integrity of this company and the fact that their products are so good at what they do. My personal favourites - laundry liquid, handwash and shampoo!

Did you even recycle the old system? – They changed their entires system without explaining to their existing customers: 1. That there was a planned change 2. How they would recycle their existing system products. Poorly executed plan. Gave all their existing opportunity to stop buying from them and change to a different system. No sunk cost, just a company that poorly communicates. Bye!

Fantastic Products and Great for the Environment – Products were always very good, but the new paper containers that are recyclable are great and products are even better. The removal of single use plastic is a game changer.

Zero Co now and into the future – The Zero products are great! Zero Co is doing as much as they can to improve our current world and for the generations to come. I fully recommend purchasing their products.

Highly recommend – All the Zero Co products I’ve tried are very good quality, they perform as well as or better than regular supermarket brands and they smell awesome. It’s a bonus to know I’m also helping to remove plastic from our oceans!

Highly recommend – I have been using Zero Co for close to 5 years now. The original bottles lasted this whole time with no signs of wear and tear, so I imagine the new bottles will be just as good quality. I use almost every single product and can’t find fault. They smell good, they work, they don’t aggravate the skin and I’m doing my part in eliminating waste. What’s not to love!

DISHONEST COMPANY, APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE, DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY – I placed my first order in late 2022 ( delivery every 2 months) and for the first 12 months things went well and I started purchasing more and more products to supply 5 different households. generally ignored causing serious frustration. It usually took me having to repeatedly email and lodge enquiries through the website before someone would respond (up to 6 weeks after the first contact). Issues continued through 2024 with the website, incorrect packing of orders and no response to requests for customer service. Mid 2024 the company announced they were changing their products and that’s when things went from bad to worse. My most recent order (which was difficult to place due to ongoing website issues and poor responses from customer service) was supposed to be processed on 22 November 2024 but this didn’t happen. I contacted the company to find out what was happening but as usual received no response. My credit card was charged on 26 November but I did not receive notification of anything being shipped until 31 December. Nothing arrived until late January and then I received only 20 of the 70 items expected. I again reached out to the company and received no response to my first two attempts. Eventually I “reported an issue” through the website and did receive a response that was less than helpful and I was left with the belief that this company had cheated me and stolen my money. After trading a few emails with someone from customer service I made the difficult decision to request that no more products were sent and that a full refund be processed. The company representative stated they required me to send back everything already received BEFORE a refund would be issued. Unhappy with this, especially as I have invested a considerable amount of money in 2022 and 2023 buying a large number of “forever bottles” and the fact that they had money for this latest order for more than two months, I requested that a senior manager contact me. I was assured that my complaint had been escalated to the Director of Customer Satisfaction on 22 January 2025. I have yet to hear from anyone at Zero Co (senior manager or otherwise) but have received a further shipment from my November order. Unfortunately, more than 25 items are still outstanding and again no one is responding to emails or website contact. Sending more goods to a customer who has requested a full refund for an unfulfilled order is completely dishonest, as is promising to have a manager contact me and then failing to do so. This company is wasting my time and money. I can’t use most of what has been sent as I have products with no containers or container with no product to put in them.
