Not worth the hype – Very uneven cooking. Hard to clean despite the lame demo they show in store. Very expensive replacement parts Show details

Have to clean the fat away on the BBQ before cooking ,would not buy a Ziegler again – Very hard to keep the BBQ clean with the amount of fat that you have to clean around the casing before you cook each timeb Show details

Excellent Twin Burner Fast and Super EAsy – We just cooked a great tandoori in minutes and our roti puffed up perfectly with the lid down. It's so quick, easy to control heat. Zig cooled down quickly and we put the cover on. A quick clean of the tray n scrape then it cooled down quickly so we put the cover on. In to bed. Fed! Woo hoo!I love our ZiggyB !! Show details

Great BBQ – Overall this is a really cool BBQ and we love it. Technically I probably should have a bigger BBQ, I could do with more space when entertaining large gatherings, but this BBQ has slightly more space than the biggest size WeberQ. The grill is very chunky and has less bars, and bigger, than the WeberQ's. It also has large block-out pieces above the… Read more

burners which can make it uneven but you get used to this. The construction is thermoplastic and aluminium so it will never rust or fall apart, which is what put me off buying the old "Tin box" 6-burner barbecues that never last more than a few years. Natural gas is great for saving money, no more $45 for 8kg of gas!

Additional notes: I cook chicken, steak, bacon, etc on the BBQ. I've had difficulty cleaning it in the past but mainly because I wasn't using a degreaser. I don't know fully how it copes with weather because mine is undercover, but it's made of materials that will not rust. Like usual, the thermometer eventually got moisture inside it, but it works perfectly.

Hot plates deserve a 1 – I’m now on my 3rd set of hot plates in 4.5 years. I am very careful with cleaning and oiling and they just don’t last. I get the same comments from BBq galore that I need to keep oil on, which just makes me think they know about issue and are told to stay to script. After purchasing plates today I’m thinking of taking back and replacing BBQ.  Show details

Burner Bolts Dripping Oil – After using the new triple grill I noticed oil laying on the plastic cart under the BBQ area. The bolts that hold the burners in the Dome leak oil through them .The bolts don't seem to be sealed so when you start cooking the bolts drip meat and fat oil around the base. Have sent on e-mails to supplier but looks like in other product reviews these guys don't like communicating back when you have any issues.  Show details

Quality Product & exceptional performance – I swapped my Webber family Q BBQ for the Ziggy 3 burner. Far more flexible and versatile than the Webber. Opitional extras provide numerous cooking options wprks as a real outside ovan or a regular bbq with the lid up. Use 1 or more burners. BBQ a great turkey. Fantastic bbq for a rump steak or seafood even great for chips and other bbq vegetables.  Show details

Great idea but poor quality – We bought the triple grill for Christmas and I have to say it did a great job with the pork. We have used it about 4 times since. While the results have been good (pork, roast beef, snapper) each time I have been frustrated by the quality control. The plates/grills scratch really easily (and I mean really easily) - care is needed. The stand is… Read more

really not fit for purpose, the small wheels continually fall off (every 2-3 feet when wheeling it out) and the large wheels look like they will fall apart at any moment. I would not recommend buying the stand at all. The grill itself is also not very well made and feels quite flimsy compared to a traditional style bbq. Despite the claims it doesn't ignite first time every time but is on a par with your average bbq (not too bad). While the meals have been great I am concerned about the overall quality. When paying a premium price I think it is reasonable to expect high quality construction and finish and it falls short of that.

An update on this. The stand was so bad I took it back to the place of purchase and once they saw… Read more

Excellent BBQ – I went to the shops with the intention of getting a Webber and luckily got distracted. This would have to be the best BBQ i have ever owned. We have cooked everything from chops/steak etc. on the grill to pizza on a stone plate (best pizza ever) and a variety of roasts, we do lamb racks often which are just so well cooked nice and pink all the… Read more

way through.

The only problem has been the quality of the trolley/cart, it needs a bit of a quality control update (see if you find the book "Poorly Made In China", a good read). The bottom tray didn't fit as designed but I made it work but the worst was the quality of the wheels, they left black marks on the patio tiles every time it was moved. I have had to replace them with non marking wheels which cost about $70 plus some stainless bolts to fit.
