15minutes after that another staff said dress already sold to another customer. I complain to them they did not care just give me another store number that is no stock. Absolutely discrimination. At least they should call me or told me that they will not hold the item for me.
Bought a dress for my daughter to wear to a wedding overseas last year, colour ran, on her return took back to shop I had tried to wash colour run off slip that went with dress, could still see where the colours had run from the dress onto undergarment. told it would take weeks to send to nsw and have tested, heard nothing rang store to find out what was happening, said would have to wait longer for dress to be returned from nsw and that didn't find problem with dye. Daughter wanted to wear again to another wedding, however dress not in adelaide and had to wait longer for return. Company was to replace or refund for the slip which was damaged. Total joke, waited for weeks, and then another couple of weeks to eventually find out on collection of the dress that it never went anywhere, fabric wasn't tested, aparantly staff member said there were no other complaints about that dress so therefore nothing was wrong. Absolutely rubbish customer service, why the story about the dress being sent to nsw for testing which never happened, why wait even longer for return, when it never left the shop in the first place. No refund for slip, have purchased another, as I worked out the the recycled fabric used for the slip that came with the dress was the problem with dye running from the dress into the slip. Suspect recycled fabric is rubbish. Overall really unhappy with very bad customer service. For what was supposed to be a quality designer dress, really poor, slip fabric rubbish and damaged actual dress, ties and beading on dress also poor quality. Thought it was a good idea to buy a 'quality' dress for special occassion, won't make the mistake of thinking this is what Zimmerman supplies again.

garment bag, simply wrapping the dress in paper. When I raised my concerns, the manager not only refused to take responsibility but falsely claimed that I had worn it to a wedding—something I never mentioned nor did. As well as gaslighting me to believe that I was in fact offered a garment bag, when this did not happen.
The lack of accountability, unreliable customer service, and difficulty in reaching support have made this experience incredibly frustrating. Zimmermann has lost me as a customer for good.
Disappointed in Quality for the Price – I expected more from a brand like Zimmermann, especially after paying $750 for a shirt. Disappointingly, two buttons fell off the very first time I wore it. For a high-end brand, attention to quality should be a given. I’d hope they invest more in durability to match the premium price tag.

assisting her sales associate going to and from their stock room grabbing us many Wonderful outfits while serving us Champagne and making the shopping experience VIP. We were placed in an amazing spacious private fitting room and not to mention it is one of the nicest stores in the Hamptons- we believe it is an old bank. Very elegant and very well restored! Staff customer service – Veronika and Lisa were the girls working at the miranda store when I went in and they were rude and not helpful. Whilst I was trying on my items they were talking about other staff members which is just very unprofessional. I chose not to spend my money there as it was disgusting behaviour. Tone deaf privileged niche no longer in touch with the ordinary affluent – Used to be a good quality brand. I think they have taken the brand in the direction of trying to be so discerning and elite that they have priced the everyday well off woman with disposable income out of the picture. These are the women who will / would have supported your brand from their 20’s through to their 60’s. Clothing cheap quality from china – Selling dresses for thousands of dollars like other Italian brands except their brands are the made in the same country so hence why partial of the money go to locals. to even support China when they used to be an Australian local company... Don't support them as they are other Australian labels that are still made in Australia. Do your research. Shame on zinnermann after making all that money and success they go cheap and now make things not local anymore. For those similar prices Miu Miu use all European made gear.

Purple butterfly shorts – Beautiful and comfy shorts but alas not lined even with a $495 price tag! Over priced in my view especially given it's made in china. Unfortunately, the hem stitching has come undone, something that should not be happening at that price tag because I would expect a quality made garment. I would rerun. Tried to ring head office twice but phone did not answer 1st time and 2nd time told to press 2 which I did - went nowhere. I think this constitutes mwsileadi g behaviour to get a sale and would like to speak to someone but can't.
James Street, very poor customer service – Went into James st shop looking rather shabby needing to buy a dress. Not only did I receive snotty looks from staff but not one came to assist me. experience in this store and also online for that matter. Returns policies are always explained to me and they are very transparent and clear. I keep reading in other reviews that they weren’t told by staff that the clothes need to be dry cleaned ? It’s on the labels always and pretty much common sense to me so I’m surprised people would complain about this. Well done Zimmermann for providing such a high standard of customer service and clothing.
Staff dont tell you important information about the clothes – I got a linen dress from Zimmerman on Rundle St., it cost $690.00, on Feb 2020. my dress once, and had to wash it. I washed it by hand with cold water and put it to dry on the shade, like I always do with my linen clothes. Even with all that care the fabric is al stained and looks horrible. I am not satisfied at all with the quality of the product and with the lack of information received on the purchased moment.
Refund policies – Dont buy from Doncaster Zimmerman boutique store. They have different rules and regulations for boutiques, David Jones & online stores. Very very confusing. Zimmerman try and keep it with same rules. Certainly lost my business. Show details
Terrible quality and poor customer service – Very unhappy with the quality of the product. I bought a very simple linen sundress for $600 and wasn’t aware this item would need dry cleaning. I washed it by hand with cold water in a bucket using a very mild detergent. The dye from the print ran everywhere. Zimmerman were unable to give me a refund stating that the care instructions were not followed. I feel as though I should have been advised in store that this very simple dress would need dry cleaning.
Customer service – I recently bought a top from Zimmerman David Jones. staff at the desk kept telling me that I was not able to get a refund or exchange and after I asked her a number of times, she told me that the manager will say the same thing. I have evidence of the top after washing and I told her about this. The staff did not accept my photos. She said to me at the moment that top look good condition. I told her that because of I ironing. Next morning I received a phone call from Zimmermann department from our conversation I understood I would get a new top to replace the damaged one. When I came to the store the staff member gave me the same damaged top and said she could not replace it. She told me to wait for her manager to call me. No one called me back from Zimmerman department.
