Disappointing sparkling water – We opted for the All-in-One version due to the sparkling water feature. However, we found it quite disappointing as it tastes flat (similar to a bottle of soda water left open for a couple of days). discussion with Zip support and they said that there have been many complaints about sparkling water, however, they blamed it on buyers' expectations, saying that we shouldn't have expected the same level of carbonation as Sodastream or bottled sparkling water. Although, considering how many people have been mislead and unhappy with their purchase, it looks more like false advertising is the problem here.

There was no option to return or exchange the unit. If you are after sparkling water - don't go for Zip or you will be disappointed.

Works Great and looks great! – Unit makes hot, cold and sparkling water reliably. My family uses everyday. (We have 4 kids) The service and warranty is excellent. The hot water is piping hot. Ready for teas, cup-o-soup etc..

The sparkling is a bit weaker than Perrier - but its actually more drinkable on a daily basis...we actually like it better. The only concession is you probably can't substitute this sparkling for club soda you might put in a cocktail for example.

The cold tap water is crystal fresh, icy cold and stays cold.

Everything adjustable. The temps, the dispensing amount, amount of time its on...etc.

Its a very reliable unit considering how much we use it and the service is great in the US so far.

Disappointing Carbonation Ability – Even after service and with the valve turned fully up I find the carbonation ability to be quite poor. It doesn't deliver sufficient carbonation just water with that acid sweet flavour of minimal CO2. I bought this assuming that it would replace my Sodastream and that was a mistake. Great Product! Easy to use & very convenient – The Zip HydroTap Celsius All-In-One Arc is brilliant! While not cheap, the Filtered Chilled, Boiling and Sparkling water features are brilliant. one on display for you to try if you don't believe me! It almost has a sweet taste even though it is just carbonated water. Just the right amount of fizz. If you are willing to splurge a little this great looking HydroTap is well worth the investment
