never intended to send me my books – I ordered a book from Zookal, and the website said it would be back in stock in 4 weeks. 8 weeks later I'd heard nothing from Zookal, and emailed them and was told it would be another 4 weeks. 8 weeks after that I've still heard nothing. clearly had no intention of ever sending the book. While they did allow me to cancel my order when I complained, it should not have been on me to continuously hound them for information on my order. Avoid at all costs, especially when there are reliable, reputable options out there. I ordered my book from another website and had it less than a week later.

[Content Removed] – My young daughter ordered a text book in March of this year and Zookal kept taking money out of my account!! They are very [Content Removed] as they add a Zookal Study Subscription to your cart without you actually asking for it! They have taken $140 out of my account without my permission!!! I would like a refund for the money taken out of my account.

From bad to great – Initially I posted review regarding aggressively consistent feedback requests, subsequent to what was an excellent customer experience. A Zookal representative promptly contacted me for further clarification regarding my review. They were attentive to my comments about the issue and took action. never received books. finally got a refund – They were cheaper than other places for a reason. They never showed up. Multiple emails and phone calls and I finally got a refund.

Avoid Zookal at all costs – I ordered a set of 20 books. After six weeks I still only have one volume of the set and Zookal aren't able to tell me where the rest are or when they might despatch them. Over that time excuses from customer services have included 'the order was too big' and 'the despatch department won't return our emails'. A joke of a company - avoid
