Thank you Moey, great service. I had stuff equal to a studio unit to move to a room in a house on 2nd floor. Few boxes were very heavy. One large table had to be assembled. Charges were reasonable. Job was done very efficiently.

Our move was from an 2 bedroom apartment building with a lift, to a 2 bedroom unit. The guys were friendly, very efficient removalists, and the move itself went smoothly. Great customer service. Would recommend.

Norman and Ivan did a great job helping me move a lot of furniture and boxes into a storage unit last week. They were fast, efficient and friendly. Would definitely recommend using Zoom for your next big or small move!

I had a booking for labour-only removals on 04/11/2025. The team was due to arrive between 0900-1000. I received no communication from the company regarding any delay. I was provided incorrect and misleading ETAs.

The team eventually arrived at 1430 with no apology or explanation for the extreme late arrival. The team were completely unaware that I had booked labour-only and tried to convince me to use their truck and pay extra to have them drive 110km to my new address.

The team failed to follow advice regarding parking and blocked the driveway to my apartment block, upsetting many of my neighbours who were arriving home from work by the time the team had arrived and started work. The team did not follow instructions without constant supervision from myself or my family member also on site. The team claimed the truck was full when there was plenty of space remaining, and after a complaint were able to load a substantial amount more items with more space to spare.

The team attempted to get me to sign paperwork and make payment before the job was completed, with multiple items still not moved from the apartment. The team damaged multiple items during the process.

The service I received was not worth the $700 I paid. Payment was demanded via bank transfer to a non-business bank account with no proof of payment or copy of invoice provided to me. I had to pay a cancellation fee and rebook my removalists at the other end of the move due to the extensive delays. The poor communication throughout the day and lack of accountability were unacceptable.

I would not use Zoom Removals again in future.

and forth from primary company to secondary sub company, highly stressful, when l arrived at new home site, confronted the driver who didn’t what to talk and answer my questions why things got so messy, refused to talk to me and deliberately drove off knowing that I was talking to him,with my feet in front of the front driver‘s tire, stepped back in amazement and watched him drive off!!!’

Small move: two units next door to one another, 5 pieces of furniture and some repositioning. Unfortunately minimum cost is 2 hours + callout (job took 47 mins) but Tuesdays have no callout fee so opt for Tues if you can. Polite and efficient. Came on time and the two movers worked well together.

Norman and Ivan helped me with my 1 Bedroom unit move over 30km within Sydney. Done in 2.5 hours. On time, efficient and professional. No surprises. Highly recommended!

The removalists, Norman and Aojeen were awesome - really nice guys and didn't waste time like other people sometimes do. The administration people wrongly estimated the size of the truck needed though, which meant we need to hire a small van as well. The removalists did all they could and they did a great job. I would recommend sizing up a truck size if you're unsure though.

Moey and the packing team arrived on time, communicated very well with us throughout the whole packing and were very kind, respectful and courteous. They handled all our belongings with care. I can’t recommend the packing service enough. Lovely experience! Thank you again to Moey and the team for your support in packing our home!
