Arrived on time and were great help moving. Everything was packed well or protected during travel. All arrived undamaged. We're patient with putting things in place.

Moey and Moodi helped me move my things into storage today and I was so happy with the care they took loading and wrapping my furniture, and then the brilliant way they restocked contents of my storage unit so that everything fit perfectly. They are Tetris masters!! I would Highly them to anyone!

I have moved house with Zoom several times now and Moey and Moodi have been fantastic. Always on time , organised, speedy and careful . I have no hesitation in recommending Moey & Moodi. Excellent service .

Norman and Evan were excellent!!! They worked hard, were very careful with our items throughout, and they were such pleasant guys to deal with, very well-mannered, I couldn't have asked for a better team to help me move during this stressful time. I don't ever want to move again, but if I had to move again, I'll be calling these guys!

Junior and Sam showed up exactly on time. Polite and smiling with good chat and manners. They were efficient and careful with our stuff and it all got moved in with no issues. I had a booking for labour-only removals on 04/11/2025. The team was due to arrive between 0900-1000. I received no communication from the company regarding any delay. I was provided incorrect and misleading ETAs.

The team eventually arrived at 1430 with no apology or explanation for the extreme late arrival. The team were completely unaware that I had booked labour-only and tried to convince me to use their truck and pay extra to have them drive 110km to my new address.

The team failed to follow advice regarding parking and blocked the driveway to my apartment block, upsetting many of my neighbours who were arriving home from work by the time the team had arrived and started work. The team did not follow instructions without constant supervision from myself or my family member also on site. The team claimed the truck was full when there was plenty of space remaining, and after a complaint were able to load a substantial amount more items with more space to spare.

The team attempted to get me to sign paperwork and make payment before the job was completed, with multiple items still not moved from the apartment. The team damaged multiple items during the process.

The service I received was not worth the $700 I paid. Payment was demanded via bank transfer to a non-business bank account with no proof of payment or copy of invoice provided to me. I had to pay a cancellation fee and rebook my removalists at the other end of the move due to the extensive delays. The poor communication throughout the day and lack of accountability were unacceptable.

I would not use Zoom Removals again in future.

and forth from primary company to secondary sub company, highly stressful, when l arrived at new home site, confronted the driver who didn’t what to talk and answer my questions why things got so messy, refused to talk to me and deliberately drove off knowing that I was talking to him,with my feet in front of the front driver‘s tire, stepped back in amazement and watched him drive off!!!’

We used zoom removals for our house move last week. We had Nahro and team move for us, and were impressed by there speed, professionalism and the sheer hard work they put in! They were very helpful in dismantling furniture, navigating stairs and tricky access, and were friendly. Would recommend.

Just had Nahro and his team from Zoom Removals shift furniture etc from the back of my apartment to the front of my apartment. They worked very diligently and efficiently to get the job done. Then it came to the price, which was less than others had been quoting! So, I naturally chose Zoom to do my removal. And it lived up to the expectation, the items were picked up on time, and delivered in Melbourne next day, also at the time specified. Everything was in good order with no sign of any shipping damage. I would not hesitate to use Zoom again, and highly recommend them.

Horrible Experience - Beware of bullying and pressure tactics! – I felt intimidated and harassed due to the unprofessional behaviour of the Zoom Removalists' crew. for additional money for a ‘long walk’ and what they estimated as additional cubic before even loading the truck. Zoom had already been paid a hefty fixed price. To my shock, they began insisting that the payment was insufficient and demanded additional money on the spot.

Feeling cornered and uneasy, I tried to reason with them and show them the receipt for the total payment I had already made. Instead of listening, they resorted to bullying tactics. It was an utterly distressing experience.

I contacted my partner, who subsequently reached out to the Zoom office directly. He stated that this behaviour was unacceptable. Afterwards, the men came back and informed me I did not need to make any further payments.

The behaviour exhibited by the Zoom Removalists' crew was deplorable. The fact they targeted a lone female speaks volumes about their ethics and principles as a company.

I want to caution anyone considering using Zoom Removalists for their moving needs.

Professional Removals – I hired Zoom Removals Roban and Sam to help me move from local area last month and I was very impressed with their service. They arrived on time, packed everything carefully, and transported everything safely to my new home. They were very professional and courteous throughout the whole process. Interstate Relocation – Booking process accurate and professional. Pickup and packing process smooth. Delivery slightly delayed due to minor truck issues. Unpacking process smooth. Overall experience very good. No issues.
