Had to move with really short notice. These guys made the process easy. Booking process was proactive. They were able to help last minute. Packers (Moey) arrived on time and got things sorted stress free.

Actual events and cost - Couldn't get truck close enough to unit. - Parked truck with back facing away from home. This allowed for countless breaks and other 'stalling for time' tactics. - Kept complaining about stairs - Suggested to use their furniture wrap to ensure "no damage" to furniture. Extra $200 - After 6 hours we hadn't finished loading the unit or started the garage. I had to move and pack the entire garage myself. - Did not arrive to new residence until after dark. - Told that full payment was required before unloading truck as the business was closing soon. Had to estimate finish time and PAY NOW! - Based on time taken already - TOTAL COST WAS WELL OVER $2,000! - They dumped everything in the loungeroom and and continued complaining that in the end I was so fed up that I told them to just put the rest in the garage. THE WORST EXPERIENCE I'VE HAD. Learning: Never pay by the hour for a removalist. Fixed pricing or do it yourself!

Quick response time to my online enquiry for a quote. The Guys (Norman and Aojeen) were great! They moved a few items from storage to a unit and a storage cage. They were punctual; treated my belongings with respect and worked quickly. Highly recommended.

I had a booking for labour-only removals on 04/11/2025. The team was due to arrive between 0900-1000. I received no communication from the company regarding any delay. I was provided incorrect and misleading ETAs.

The team eventually arrived at 1430 with no apology or explanation for the extreme late arrival. The team were completely unaware that I had booked labour-only and tried to convince me to use their truck and pay extra to have them drive 110km to my new address.

The team failed to follow advice regarding parking and blocked the driveway to my apartment block, upsetting many of my neighbours who were arriving home from work by the time the team had arrived and started work. The team did not follow instructions without constant supervision from myself or my family member also on site. The team claimed the truck was full when there was plenty of space remaining, and after a complaint were able to load a substantial amount more items with more space to spare.

The team attempted to get me to sign paperwork and make payment before the job was completed, with multiple items still not moved from the apartment. The team damaged multiple items during the process.

The service I received was not worth the $700 I paid. Payment was demanded via bank transfer to a non-business bank account with no proof of payment or copy of invoice provided to me. I had to pay a cancellation fee and rebook my removalists at the other end of the move due to the extensive delays. The poor communication throughout the day and lack of accountability were unacceptable.

I would not use Zoom Removals again in future.

and forth from primary company to secondary sub company, highly stressful, when l arrived at new home site, confronted the driver who didn’t what to talk and answer my questions why things got so messy, refused to talk to me and deliberately drove off knowing that I was talking to him,with my feet in front of the front driver‘s tire, stepped back in amazement and watched him drive off!!!’

Norman, Evan and Aojeen had a very challenging task moving a XL (all glass) wall trophy display cabinet that weighed about 200kg at our new rugby clubhouse. They removed shelves and doors. And had to carry it up 16 steps and manoeuvre around a corner. Outstanding job with such a delicate item.

I have used Zoom Removalist for the second time as I have found them to be extremely professional. Norman, Aojeen and Evan were very polite, punctual and took extreme care with the handling and loading of all our furniture etc. I recommend them very highly.

We used Zoom Removalist (Moey & Moodi) to move. It also involved a tedious deconstruction and reconstruction of a bunk bed. Moey & Moodi were efficient and friendly with no task an issue for these solution oriented guys. I'd highly recommend them.

Zoom Removalists helped us move from Epping to Castle Hill on 28 April. The crew arrived on time, worked carefully, and were polite throughout the job. They wrapped and moved our furniture efficiently, and the final price matched the quote. I especially want to mention “Moey” and his team member for their professionalism. This is the fourth time we’ve used Zoom Removal and they have never disappointed us. I would recommend them.

Norman and Aojeen were fantastic throughout the move. They handled large and heavy items with great care, making sure everything was protected and moved safely. They worked quickly and efficiently without cutting corners, which made the whole process smooth and stress free.
