PLEASE TAKE YOUR TIME TO READ THIS Brought 4x4 09/01/2020 went to cook town,Laura heading to Cape York etc road very corrugated so turned back, got home upon cleaning found tub had moved, 03/09/2020 12month service was almost up as it was first registered September 2019, told [Name Removed] tub had moved, they then tried adjusting tub found spacers in incorrect spots, found bolt on tray snapped on removal trying to rectify tray Submit to Nissan Australia, said ok to drive but not 4x4 after continuous phone calls to [Name Removed] as i never dr...ove ute as i was very concerned about there findings, [Name Removed] stated they were waiting on parts rang again spoke to [Name Removed] told me to ring Nissan Australia. Rang Nissan Australia they had never had any correspondence in regards to any of the above They then gave me a case no 1301316 Spoke with [Name Removed] stated that parts were coming from Japan. after calling in to see what was happening [Name Removed] stated still waiting told me not to come back as they will call me then rang October told parts were there drove up to aspley she left us waiting all day claimed was fixed got home tub was not aligned, rang Nissan Australia claimed they had parts. On the 13/01/2021 Take Nissan back said they had all parts found movement lhf bolt shimmed off and rubber washers squashed drill and tap out heered bolt replace bolt rubber washers now all ok, got home tub still movement in bolt rhr 14/01/2021 take back Spoke to [Name Removed] he claimed that U.C.A could have taken tub off when fitting Canopy i can honestly say i was there when [Name Removed] from U.C.A fitted canopy and for [Name Removed] to target a small business owner as U.C.A is just unbelievable [Name Removed] would be one of the most honest descend people one could meet, [Name Removed] then claimed he and his father were both in the London Police force so what if they were, they then found the rhr thread to be damaged this was from factory, sublet to thread tech to re make in tub lock tight in all ok . This was over a period of 5 months [Name Removed] would be one the most dishonest, arrogant person you could meet. I cant see how two people like [Name Removed] & [Name Removed] could hold a position as they do why would anybody treat another person like this. Since this My son in-law has just purchased a new 4x4 on the sunshine coast Dec 2020 my son also purchased a new 4x4 Jan 2021 Gold coast. Now how would i no if any of the work they claim has been DONE i never drove the ute for almost 5 months just to Nissan Aspley from gold coast and to play golf 2 kilometres from home Sundays . Went for a service they broke the regulator for thr drivers window. Rough. The window was working perfectly. When I left zupps after the service it was griding and wouldn't go back up. They accepted no responsibility.
Kia Stinger GT 2018
I purchased a Kia Stinger GT Fastback 2018 last week.
I dealt with Terry Wratten Pre - Owned Specialist.
Terry was very professional, he went over all the paperwork and contract in detail.
His understanding of the vehicle was great.
The test drive was great and I enjoyed.

had a service where they changed the spark plugs, only to find a week later that there was a problem. Took it back to see why and they said that one of the plugs had broke and needed to pay for them to fix it??
2 hour round trip to see a vehicle they didn't have
Zupps push you into complying with their time frame dictating when you can walk into their showroom with the excuse of "ensuring the car is ready". I turn up today to be told the vehicle isn't there. I ask why someone couldn't have rung and told me and the response was to blame their call centre. Its still THEIR call centre! They had my number but were to busy sitting around to pick up the phone!
This is a mixed review re. the service.
Excellent customer service from Michelle in the Holden section at Zupps, Aspley. She's a gem. Louise (?from Ireland) though stole $20 off me, as I didn't insist on getting a receipt. I brought it up with one of her male colleagues and I heard nothing back from them. Overall though, they must be good mechanics there because QAS gets the ambulances serviced there once a month. Would like to know how you can justify $895 to siphon fuel out of a tank, when a competitor only charges $500.
I am sick to death of incompetence from this dealer. I’m done. Started at the purchase of my car. Order and paid for spray in tub liner but when I arrived had the cheaper inferior drop in style. At the time of picking up was told that was all they do and if I wasn’t happy I could wait while they removed it. Do sell me something you don’t offer. Then spoke to spares about additions to the car, waited and waited for the phone call that was promised regarding price and availability, which never came. Then service make promises on customer service ...that they can’t deliver, with the throw away line of, “would like to come back or rebook”, I guess that is assuming I have nothing better to do with my time than go back and forth to the dealership due to their in mistakes. Incompetent. No other words.
Just an all round circus. Salesman, zero care given after car was delivered. Service department, less than helpful. Sales and service wench and whine about each other’s incompetency. From the outside looking in, it not only appears to be a shocking customer experience but also a toxic workplace. Will happily take my vehicles elsewhere, to be honest I would rather pay an overpriced workshop to do a good job with no dramas, than get “included” servicing with this dealership if it means I don’t have to deal with crap humans from Zupps Mt Gravatt Mitsubishi.
Disappointed to find capped price services that we have booking in for at scheduled times, are not full log book services. We were led to believe our car servicing was up to date.
Lemon second hand car
Bought a 2017 ldv g10 van.
Got noting but intermitent issues with it. Ldv warranty needs to be used first before i can use zupps. Ldv are a joke as they need to see issues. The point of this is do not but second hand cars from zupps mt gravatte second hand dealership as they are lemons as they dont check or fix the problems.

Lets begin a large sales transaction with no customer service from sales staff once you sign that contract, then follow it up with extremely poor "premium" used car warranty that completely lets staff just dismiss customer complaints and not follow up on any emails or phone calls. Tried expressing concerns to upper management, however again falls on deaf ears rather than actually offering any form of compassion or empathy.
I beats me how a huge company like this actually manages to operate in a world where customers are key.
Brought a 2018 Nissan X Trail last week. Salesperson Vu was very professional when dealing with us, as we had just arrived from overseas and needed a well presented and reliable car immediately. Car was presented next day in a very good condition. Thank you
Don't Trust a car salesman!!
I recently purchased a Holden Equinox from Zupps Browns Plains. When I got there to pick it up, it wasn't the car that I had originally signed for - different rego, different VIN and 10 000 more k's on it. Then they couldn't find the spare key. They have reluctantly agreed to get me a new key, so that is good. But now, mechanics, Bob Jane, everyone is telling me that the rear tyres are unroadworthy - after 2 weeks and 1000k's. Zupps are arguing black and blue that they are 1.7mm and the legal requirement is 1.5mm, but everyone else is sayi...ng they are down to the tread indicators and are unroadworthy. So now after 2 weeks I am up for new tyres. NOT HAPPY!! I thought that if I brought a car through a car yard then I wouldn't have these problems. How wrong I was. Never trust a car salesman!!
Do not recommend this joke of a business AT ALL!! horrendous customer service, complete rip offs, imcompetence with customer care and communication and dont get anything done!! They make excuse after excuse for not doing their job and dont listen to customer requests! Will never step foot in the place again nor recommend them to anyone, take your money elsewhere and dont waste your time with these muppets
Had a 3yr service carried out on my car, dropped it off at 8am, got the bus home and was phoned at 4pm to say car is ready. 8hrs ! Probably my last bus ride Involving this place.,.
INCOMPETENCE AND POOR SERVICE
I have made three unsuccessful bookings at Zupps Mitsubishi Mt Gravatt and each time have left my vehicle there to have the glove box lock replaced under warranty. Each time my efforts have been unsuccessful owing to the incompetence of this dealer’s service department . On the third attempt today and after confirming the part was available the vehicle was taken to the dealer for the work to be done. Two hours later received a telephone call to say the replacement lock was not available. Upon picking up the vehicle was told that a part would b...e ordered and they would contact me in a few days to bring the vehicle in again or I could wait for next service in April 2021. This service department has no regard for the inconvenience and disruption it causes customers having to repeatedly return vehicles and still not complete the work. It is very concerning that if they cannot get a simple lock fixed under warranty then how could they deal with a major warranty claim. I would not recommend this dealer to anyone .
Very poor handover and after sales service.
Very little knowledge of the product. Could not answer basic questions on how things worked. Probably the worst handover of a new car I have ever experienced. General attitude and communication not good.
Excellent Customer Support at Zupps KIA Service.
Recently my 2014 KIA Rio air constopped functioning. The car was outside the original 5 year warranty so it was convenient to get a mobile Air Con guy out who informed me the compressor was faulty and needed replacement. Faced with an $1100 bill I thought I'd relay my disappointment to Zupps Kia at Mount Gravatt where I get the car regularly serviced.
I spoke with Paul their Kia service scheduler/. Paul agreed that an air con compressor should last more than 5 years 8 months/104000kms. The car was due for a service anyway at which Zupps ...could confirm the problem or otherwise. Turned out the compressor was faulty however Paul offered to put a request to Kia to have it repaired as a warranty claim. KIA AGREED !!!! This is something remarkable. My previous warranty experience with Holden was woeful - a losing battle on numerous issues. Same with Subaru for clutch shudder. Same with Honda with cooling fan failure. Peugeot was ok. My brother's experience with VW was appalling when they tried to stick him with a $14,000 bill to fix an oil leak when one month out of warranty. ACCC Involved but he waited more than 6 months to get the car back. In comparison, I have nothing but praise and respect for the level of product support given by KIA. The Rio was an inexpensive car when new yet KIA has been exemplary in replacing the Air Con free of charge. Kudos to Paul at Zupps Mount Gravatt who relayed my case to KIA. He was confident at the outset that KIA would back its product and he was proven correct. All in all KIA has shown beyond any doubt that the warranty it offers is real.
Rip off, charged $286 for a battery, stay clear of them, should be jailed
Won’t use them again, they charged us $263 for a battery! What a rip off, stay clear of the service departments, it’s cheaper to call a mobile mechanic and save money
Total lack of service
Today my wife and I went to the Zupps Mt Gravatt dealership in the hope of purchasing a new car for our daughter.
After wandering around the showroom floor and the outside the establishment for about 30 minutes looking at the various cars on display, there was not one sales person that approached us to offer any sort of help. We walked around inside I plain sight like potential purchasers and nothing. We walked out and took our business elsewhere, to another car manufacturer.

Just found out that capped price services are not log book services. Waste of money. I now find out my car has not had scheduled log book services. Has anyone else been caught out by this? Zupps Brown Plains.
