garbage – was so good first 2 years but when things go wrong the 15 year warranty is joke, mattress collapsed and you cant contact by email or phone its disconnected. they say customer service will contact in 24hrs its been a week. Reasonable for the price – Mattress was not very comfortable until we added a memory foam topper - now it is good. It is hard to handle (no handles for lifting to change sheets etc.) It was cheap so I think it is well worth what we paid for it. Show details

very happy with it. The mattress is firm enough to support my back, but not firm as a floor which would hurt me. For this price I think it worth every value and will be happy to recommend this to anybody who are after a firm mattress.

The best mattress I have ordered online – I ordered a queen sized firm mattress on Thursday night at around 11pm and the mattress was delivered Friday evening!! (Is this real!!?!!! WOW!) Well I am not disappointed at all for my penny spend. I ordered it from eBay and in very good price. The next day the delivery was made at my home. I must say this mattress is exactly what I have imagined. It's Super firm.

Ready to use after 24 hours of un-packing. Till date, there is no complaint from my parents and I have decided to purchase 1 more for me.

'firm' aspect in their advertising. This one is truly comfortable for my bad back. What surprised me more is the price of the mattress. They are truly operating close to the cost price. This shows that other mattress companies are a rort when it comes to selling their so-called 'quality' mattress over $1k price range.

Anyway, I was so happy with this product so I showed to my parents. They also placed 2 orders to replace all the old mattress in their place with ZzzAteliers.

Very firm, everything that was advertised about the mattress was definitely delivered. Could've ended up spending over 1k to get something similar but price competitiveness asides, the willingness to assist with finding me the best shipping price is what put them over the bar in terms of customer service.
