Arise and worked with me through the entire process of around 3 months. It was a hard sell but I was a tough customer who had many, many questions, which Jacob was only too happy to promptly respond to. Through numerous emails, phone calls & text messages I eventually felt relatively comfortable that we were on the right tract.

But the best laid plans, as so often do, frayed at the seams on installation day. Fortunately, between the five of us (and Hanna in particular), a consensus was eventually agreed to and a solution to the issue sorted. This took a number of days over a weekend, and with a new install date set the process went ahead and I am extremely happy with the result.

The install occurred over an afternoon and following morning and Charlie from HNA Energy worked like a Trojan. He was happy to answer any questions we had and did an awesome job at making the new system neat and tidy.

Our PV array and Sungrow inverter was installed by Arise a number of years ago and the success of that install prompted us to include Arise in quotes for the new BESS. Because of the high demand, due to the government rebate, it was quite difficult getting quotes but Arise were by far the most eager to get our business and Jacob easily the keenest to please us.

Because of this we will be more then happy to look to Arise if/when we feel the need to add more PVs and/or an EV charger to our new mini home power plant in the future.

Thanks again to Jacob, Hanna, Charlie and Marcus for initiating, educating, guiding, negotiating and finally installing such a wonder system.

While they're was an initial delay in installation and perhaps a small miscommunication, the installation process was very good. The technicians were friendly, knowledgeable and even came back the next morning to ensure connectivity etc was good Maria. This was because they eye working until 8.30 pm the night before. and I deside to deal with some company for solar battery and I made big mistake , this is going on since June 2025 solar battery given quote for FoxEss battery and been changed to Growatt solar battery , deliver by courier company, when installer come over to fit the solar battery there 2 batery was already damaged in the box need to wait for new battery, on meantime money paid for solar battery 15kWh $7751.00. The solar battery Growatt is very bad quality has problems from day one and after 1.5 month 2 battery is dead and since 8th of December waiting on update , with every second day I am sending emails and calling but get transfer to deferent department and still in the January nothing been done but I got answer from Growatt manufacture on WhatsApp chat that solar battery will be maybe delivery in the late February , so all summer no batteries when you need them most. Arise solar customer service shocking and frustrating , I rang to find out on update and as always there put you onhold and few minute after there telling you , we will call you back to get rid off you of the phone , still waiting on the phone call 2 days later ????

explanation, he demanded some extra payment for switching the inverter to a 3-phase one (I always knew I needed a 3-phase inverted but was not aware the last quotation was quoted for single-phase inverter). Given the overall cost still lower than most retailers, I decided to stick to Arise and agreed with extra cost to seal the deal. The waiting time for installation fortunately was fast and I had someone contacted me 2-3 weeks after for it. The installation day was smooth and the installer did a good job. The system was installed next to my pre-existing 6.6kW solar panels with a Sungrow SG5KTL-MT_001_001 PV system. However, the system seemed to be acting strangely after, and I have been hit with large electricity usage, so much that it cost more than before I installed this system, though same household usage rate. I quickly escalated to Arise and Sasha had been very helpful to re-contact the installer for me. I had to look up the issues on FoxESS community and realised that it could be CT clamp issue which my installer agreed and rectified it. Luckily, there isn't any call out fees. Now the system is back to normal function. Kudos to Sasha for helping coordinate things between me and the installer, as well as pushing hard for the installer to attend as soon as possible to have my problem fixed. The overall experience is satisfactory but I certainly think there's still room to improve e.g. better communication especially I was left 'hanging' without knowing the progress of my application. Perhaps, Arise Solar could consider some financial compensation for the loss I suffered first two weeks after the system installation, only for them to reject my request. I will still recommend Arise for its' best value for money ESS.
