done, quote, and install the new meter box, which happened by 15 May. Since then, we haven't been provided with an install date, despite following up 7 times by email and escalating a formal complaint to their support team. Have been completed ghosted since 6 June (16 days and counting). About to lodge a formal complaint with the Office of Fair Trading.

Consumers be very aware of arise solar.I had Fox ess batteries installed 13th of January 2026 and extra panels, I had a quote including blackout protection for essential circuit, also in my tax invoice , and has not been installed 6 months later. On day of installation, I get the contracted installer tell me that arise solar wants to speak to me on installers phone,and said arise solar tried to call my phone ( checked my phone zero missed calls) . They said I had to pay extra $1155 for extra wiring. On my tax invoice the $1155 just says plus additional charges. I checked the law on this, them not stating exactly what the $1155 was for on a tax invoice is illegal.Rang Arise solar on April 16th 2026 , as what this $1155 was for to be told , it's for the blackout protection for essential circuit. So yep they have charged twice for it and still not installed. Warning to anyone, do not trust this company at all .

feel like we got a good deal. Especially compared to another quote that we got from a very well-known supplier in North Queensland. The app that comes with the unit is also great, and displayed that one of our solar panels/strings had not been connected for some time, after we went back and checked previous bills. That's even after we had the previous solar company out to move the inverter due to renovations. Actually getting the batteries and new inverter install date took about 2 months from first enquiry to install, but I guess that just comes back to the time we tried to get the install done, just before the rebate expired. The installer and his team got the job done over two visits - due to our switch board needing something. I believe that if our switchboard had been newer this would have been sorted in one visit. the entire process was highly professional and executed flawlessly. A massive thanks to the installer, Ali Issa and his teams. They did a outstanding job with the physical installation. Ali was incredibly knowledgeable, making sure every component was set up correctly, re-check the wiring and walk me through the monitoring app so I knew exactly how the battery and panels were interacting. All wiring around inverter and Switchboard is incredibly tidy, and they took great care not to damage my roof tiles. Ali set up app on multi devices before leaving, allowing me to view immediate generation results. The company also handled all the grid connection paperwork, saving me a massive headache. tiles and I needed to claim on that at a future date they told under no circumstances do installers go on the roof. How that can say that when they were not there I don't know.
I was happy that Arise sent me the Fox warrenty certs, and CCEW with out having to be asked.
At the time of install I provided a cover that goes on the battery to protect the cables. I became aware from other peoples installation's pictures etc on social media that there is also a cover available that protects the high voltage cables etc at the base of the inverter and that these covers had been provided by their installers. This cover was not provided by Arise. I wrote to them on 27 April and received no response and again on 16 May. This time they called me and I was put through to a lady who I think was on the installation side. She said she would find out about the cover and get back to me. As of early June I am still waiting.
Follow-up · UPDATE I saw a post on Facebook that in order to comply with AS5139 battery installation standard FoxESS Australia are supplying inverter covers to those people who did not have installed. Follow-up · I would be reluctant to recommend arise to anyone now after the very drawn out process of problem resolution which required a lot of my time calling a series of phone numbers ending with a call to head office in the Gold Coast where the matter was resolved

I do that, then he processes to tell me I shouldn’t have done that. The installation manager told me he still wanted to work with me but no follow up to his words.

The installation contractor was good but everything from after paying deposit was terrible. They lie and if you see a good review it’s obviously written by themselves. Never again I got a 6.6 KW system from Arise Solar installed in 2021. After some delays to get the system installed because we live rural and they couldn’t find an installer, the system works. produced goes straight into the grid ( for 8 cents per KW) instead of powering the appliances in my house first. I contacted the Service Department with the request to change the current setting on my inverter to feed my house first and then into the grid. I assumed that wouldn’t be a big deal. After 20 or so E- mails with the Service Department the issue is still not resolved. They promised me to call me back, nothing. They promised me to reply to my E-mails , nothing. The System works fine , all what I want is to change the setting on the inverter. Can’t be that hard. Now they are saying the inverter is out of warranty, even I have the paperwork to prove that they are wrong. The inverter has a warranty of 12 years which the system installed in 2021. In my opinion they are incompetent and giving me the feeling not taken this matter serious. Now I think I have to take it further to the fair trading QLD or the energy Ombudsman. It’s now July, issue still not resolved. They ignore my e mails or phone calls. Would not recommend this company to anyone, family or friends.
