Very disappointing – Left feeling disappointed with this pram/stroller One of my main concerns is that I can’t mount a curb very easily and if I hit it the wrong way, the front wheels lock up and want to tip. Very dangerous!! It’s also hard to steer and feels very heavy when loaded. Another reason I don’t recommend this is because the seats are not big enough and my… Read more

3 year old is most uncomfortable in the seat and cannot use the sunshade as it is not tall enough. I would’ve tried returning this pram except I didn’t have a need to use it straight away and didn’t try it out when it arrived but waited until my second child was born. By then it was far too late to get a refund. Do yourself a favour and buy something else. I wish I did!

Absolutely love this pram – Bub is so happy in his city select. He feels secure and the pram feels super sturdy. I've actually tried a few prams as he hated the previous ones, with colic and intolerances, and this is the only pram he will sit happily in! Amazing. Show details

Great pram – Bought secondhand 2019 version and very happy with our purchase. Pram is still sturdy even though the previous family used for both of their kids. It folds small enough to keep in my RAV4 trunk. The wheels are great for rough terrains and easy to push. Bonus: the Bugaboo donkey canopy fits this pram. Mind blowing!!! Only downside is the double configuration is heavy to maneuver. Show details

Only good for display not actual use! – The fabric is nice when you first get it, but does not stand up to Australian sun at all, fades ridiculously bad example of my hood reverse side in picture. The brake is wearing through the actual frame! The brake just broke after a year of use. The basket elastic stretched out of shape quickly. For this price I'd definitely choose something else.… Read more

As there is no brake replacement for this pram as I've been told by the company you will be throwing it away! It's also quite heavy, I thought this would mean quality but I was wrong. One good point is seats fold in half for space saving. That's it

BABY RaRa LOVES IT!!! – Totally LOVING it!! It’s given me the freedom of going anywhere and everywhere with baby RaRa and she loves being out of the house!!! Living in and around Bushland I don’t need to worry about terrain when we go for walks and the suspension is perfect!! RaRa doesn’t even stir over the bumps when she is sleeping!!! Totally worth it and the fact… Read more

Terrible customer service – I purchased the Baby Jogger Lux along with all the accessories (it all cost the same as my first car lol) and was really happy at first however regret the purchase now. The best part of the pram is the under carriage but the quality stops there. The seat on its own costs $399 so you'd expect good quality (or to last at least 2 years) however over… Read more

time the canopy started to appear warped. Ive always been meticulous with my pram so emailed the company (The Amazing Baby Company) who were quick to come back that it was user error and will cost me another $120 for a new one. I know its not user error however they insisted it was and cant help me solve the issue. They said it can happen by folding the pram or putting it in the car which is a concern for such an expensive pram. The belly bar was faulty with a clip missing (Baby Bunting replaced) and the parent console isnt suitable for the Lux as the pram lock is in the way. This pram is only really suitable for a large vehicle and is quite heavy compared to other brands so you need to be quite strong for those big shopping days. The biggest thing that let this company down is their customer service.

LOVE it. after a bugaboo – I bought a bugaboo Cam 3 to start with, used for 2 years and it was just not user friendly at all. Did so much research between this and Uppababy and found this one to the be the more superior and better flexibility. LOVE this pram. Love the way i can use one hand to operate features, tilting of seat, moving handle up and down, it's just so… Read more

easy. it's smooth to push, it's not too big, there are so many options with one or two children, even the jump seat is amazing. the fact that it sits IN the frame and not behind it, the seat folds up over it and can sit on top of it at all times. Can fold the pram with 2 seats on. The seats are both the same size unlike the Vista so there is room for growth of kids. it might have been a cheaper pram but its certainly higher quality and better thought has gone into it. wish i had of bought this one when my son was being born. Basket is HUGE. shopping tote so handy, food tray is a big win and i love the peek a boo on top of the canopy. at first i thought my son was too tall for it until i realised i could move the canopy higher up in the seat frame wow... amazing. most dont allow that.

Great for use with 2 kids/twins – I got this when trying for baby number 2, as I thought it’d be handy to have a pram that could hold both kids. As it turned out, it took a little longer than expected to have another baby, so we didn’t get much use out of this as a double pram in the end. Pro’s: - super large basket, and even with 2 seats on, it is extremely accessible. -… Read more

great being able to have a second seat without the pram becoming too big.

- loved the capsule option with second seat at front (we used this for awhile when our second baby did finally come along).

- both my kids seemed to find the seats pretty comfortable.

- pretty easy to steer/push as a single pram.

Con’s:

- when you have it set up with 2 seats, it’s hard to find a suitable combo where one seat can be reclined and the other upright (for the most part, they both had to be reclined, or both upright).

- it does become very heavy and harder to push/steer when set up as a double.

- with the bassinet option, I found that it tilted down slightly, so my son would end up smooshed down one end.

- you have to remove the seat and fold frame seperately.

- the hood is small and a little flimsy. Other than providing a little shade, I found it almost useless (when compared to your extendable ones that keep it nice and dark when bubs is sleeping).

- not a fan of the rubber on the handle bar. It is very grippy, but I found that quite annoying personally..

Compact and great for travel – Purchased in 2019 before a lap around Australia in a 4wd and camper. So compact with a good basket size and easy to steer. Folded up and fitted behind the seat where baby sat in car seat. Fits in overhead compartment on an airplane. Would not hesitate to recommend. Show details ·  1

Love my City Select Baby Jogger – My city select baby jogger is great, easy to assemble, great to push very smooth & comfortable. Suspension is great what I would expect with a pram. My daughters love the prams only thing I’d suggest would be some better padding / support in the toddler seats.  Show details

UNSAFE BREAK! – I have always loved the City Select Lux until recently the break cable completely snapped! The pram was on a flat surface and a one year old walked past and gave it a push and it rolled off the edge of a balcony and went face first on to the ground. I'm soooo lucky my baby wasn't in there. The pram has only been used for roughly two years and not… Read more

used all that much. After this happened I read a review of it happening to someone else too. There is only one year warranty on the pram so I had to buy the replacement break. Which I don't think I should have had to buy anything as its a faulty unsafe product. Apart from that its been a great sturdy pram but I would recommend buying a pram with a foot break instead of a hand break so there are no long cables that can snap.

Fabric Fades – At first when I purchased this pram I loved it, up until a few months ago I started to notice the fabric on the seats have faded dramatically. We don’t live in a hot city and we don’t use the pram too much if anything I’d say we walk 2-3 times a week my once charcoal seats are now red, orange and charcoal I’ve only owned this for 18 months. to the city select lux we owned a bugaboo for over 4 years and this never happened to my bugaboo. Had I have know what i know now I would not have purchased this pram or would have selected a different colour that is less likely to look the way mine now does! The leaver to fold the pram up is also very stiff since day one sometimes I find it takes a bit of fiddling to pull the leaver to get the pram folded.

Pure garbage. Do not buy. Adjusters jam up after a while and you cannot do anything with it – After a while, the circular adjusters on the seat frames will seize up entirely and will be locked in a static position. This makes the seat frame useless, so you are forced to buy a new one, as you already have the pram frame. Also, zippers on the hoods are weak and break easily. Strongly recommend you get something else. Show details

Love my Baby Jogger City Select Lux – Having 2 young children close in age and a 3rd coming any day I needed a pram that was practical and versatile. So practical for a growing family! – The Baby Jogger definitely lives up to its name. You can actually take it jogging with a baby in and it’s safe because of the large, sturdy wheels and suspension is quite good! Easily moves over grass without much effort pushing too. functions well and looks good, even after a previous family using it. We’ve used it from newborn to toddler and love how we could potentially have three kids in, or on pram (two seats and glider board!). It’s a winner for our family and can easily grow with us. Quality product!

Great pram for those that love to adventure off road – Fantastic pram from newborn to toddler years. Love the ability to expand the pram with a growing family and an extra seat. Great on dirt roads and uneven surfaces. Solid build and will last for a long time to come. Have now purchased many additions including the belly bar, tray, caddy, bassinet and spare seat. Pram is on the heavier side and was difficult to get in and out of my car post caesarean. Highly recommend.  Show details ·  1

Strong, sturdy, versatile, and looks great – We bought the city select lux for our 2 kids. It has been on long haul flights, and used on multiple surfaces and everything still works smoothly. One of the best investments – Bought this pram after massive research online and in-stores. Couldn't be happier. The basket underneath is great for holding my grocery/shopping. Good handle grip, smooth running wheels. It's been three years and it still works just perfect. I'm now using it for my second baby. Baby is always comfortable on that seat, never bought any pram liners etc. Most of the cup holders don't work with this pram, that's the only downside I could think of. Overall, excellent product!

Love this pram – Really impressed with this pram - had it fir 6 years now & it is still in good condition. It is super sturdy and very easy to push. Great size basket underneath & the option of a second seat which isn’t squished in near the wheels is great. We also had attachments for the capsule which worked very good. My kids have all loved going in it so it must be comfy & the material of the seats is easy to deattach & wash. Would recommend. Show details

Great quality pram – The lovely staff at Baby Bunting recommended this pram to me based on my intended use. So far it's doing the job well. I gave it 4 stars only because it was a little difficult to put together, but this is my first pram so perhaps they're all a bit difficult to assemble. The bassinet is also a nice addition. Everything I was looking for – I bought this pram after recommendations from friends. It has so far lived up to my expectations. Its very easy to fold, fits nicely in the back of the car and having the larger wheels means I can take it on any terrain with ease. Its very easy to push and navigate around small spaces. I bought a second seat also for two babies and I've been able to fold it up and lift the frame myself with ease. Show details

The 4WD of prams! – We needed a pram that would handle rough terrain as we live on a 70 acre bush block as well as accommodate a tall heavy baby and this pram suits us down to the ground. Okay pram it really disappointed with their warranty terms – I have found the pram quite good to handle, easy to fold and the basket is a decent size. However about a year after purchasing the pram the frame started collapsing on me when in use. I contacted the service department and was advised the it needs a new folding mechanism - which isnt covered under the Lifetime Warranty on the frame as the folding… Read more

mechanism is excluded, although this isnt explicitly stated in the manual. This means I have to pay for it (which isnt cheap) and fit it myself or travel and pay extra to have it fitted for me. I was also advised that it was accidental damage on my part when I believe it was just poorly made or poor quality parts. Overall im SUPER disappointed and wouldnt purchase again, would much rather spend $1000 on a pram with better parts and warranty.

Finding the pram great other than seat adapters – We bought a Baby Jogger City Select for our twins this year 2019 and are very happy so far. The only issue we are having is with the adapters. Best pram by a mile! – I have found this pram to be excellent! I love the versatility, and switch between using the bassinet and car capsule every day. The under storage is huge and has a great weight capacity, which is very handy for shopping! The pram pushes very smoothly and handles well off road. The canopy is very generous and stretches down so far that it completley covers all sun from getting in - it just does get quite hot in there when everything is closed up. Show details ·  1
