Like New Again!!!!!! – Matt did an excellent job on bringing our old carpets back to life again. He also did a fantastic job on removing some specific stains that I didn’t think would budge but Matt got them out!! Matt was also very punctual and all work was completed at great rates. minute. Based on Google reviews, I decided to go with Carpestology to clean our 3-seater lounge that had been in storage for a few years, as well as the carpets, couches, and a pest control at my old apartment.

Both times Matt turned up right on time, was super friendly and professional with great attention to detail. The couches and carpets came up extremely well!

Great job Matt! – Our two almost new navy blue couches were looking dreadful after the new puppy laid claim to them. Once we got the puppy under control we got on to Matt who promptly arrived a few days later and cleaned and sanitised them and now they look like new again. Unlike others who have turned up late - sometimes not at all after I had moved all the furniture in readiness, and with the wrong equip after having been told it was a top floor apartment, this was a completely stress free experience. Amazing Job! – Will definitely be using Carpestology again. Expert. Professional. Prompt. Excellent – I only had a small area of carpet to clean. Most places were trying to charge me for a 3/4 bedroom house. vacuuming and there was still dirt coming out of the carpet. I needed this carpet clean in time for the removalists. It was to call in the professionals! I called up and explained my situation to Rihanna, who was able to confirm the availability of a technician for me on the same day! Matt turned up exactly on time and was able to tell me all about my new carpet and how it needed to be cleaned. I said great! Before I knew it the carpets were FRESH and CLEAN. Tldr: Carpestology were able to fit my carpet cleaning in same day for a deep clean at a great price which was the same as their quote. Honest, on time and knowledgeable about how it should be done.
