Not a medium profile, uncomfortable hard high pillow – Had several medium profile latex Dunlopillo’s over many years, but decided to get a memory foam medium pillow this time. pillows even if not opened, so I decided to give it a go but it gave me awful neck aches due to the height. I think it must be the wrong height pillow put in a ‘medium’ pillow bag/package it’s actually that high and hard like a rock. Also smells bad. Myer would not let me return and refused to check the height was correct. Will be buying a different brand that has a “money back if not satisfied” guarantee from an online retailer next time so I can have some comfort guarantee!

Therapillow Memory Foam - Medium - this pillow is now smaller and lighter than the same brand/type that I already have – Very disappointed to find this pillow is noticeably smaller in size and lighter than the pillow (same brand & type) which I have had for a few years. Perfect pillow, the best memory foam I have ever purchased – I bought this pillow for my husband who's been suffering from back pain every morning he wakes up. He's been using it for a week now and loving it. It is soft and also very supportive. He now doesn't wake up with back pain anymore which is amazing. bit of time outside in the sun before being enclosed in pillowcases.

Once you get past the first few nights, this pillow is amazing. Mine now travels with me wherever I can. It offered an improvement in my neck and shoulder pain and gave me a greater quality of sleep as I wasn't waking to adjust my pillow.

The pillow does not cause you to feel hot during the night wanting you to flip it.

Bonus - my husband decided he would try my old one (each to their own) and he has noticed an improvement in his shoulder pain which he and his physio could not attribute to a specific cause- until now!

Premium Medium Profile (Red) – I owned two from two years ago. Bought another last month. New pillow is thinner, lighter and less dense feeling and more squishy. Really disappointed. Meyer has raise the price to $175 retail while the manufacturer has ruined the pillow.  Show details

Love it! – Great pillow! The missus and i both bought one (medium profile) and we both love it!! Its as comfortable as a down pillow (slightly more support i feel) and nowhere near the price - we got them on sale for $40 each. We haven't noticed any smell. I think that the people who are saying its too hard maybe ordered the wrong profile as its one of the most comfortable pillows ive used. comfortable, no neck soreness

soft, excellent quality specially the cover which is thick. Spine/neck lays straight, providing excellent alignment and support. Very comfortable and relaxing for the muscles. Price, but I guess you get what you pay for.

OK – it is a very different felling pillow aand i am sure after i got used to it it would be ak but i think i should have bought the medium pilow instead of the high profile one. better not so stiff around my shoulders etc. I bought the high profile it is to high Price, did find it hard and not sure about the feel. Did shape to the head

Good – I think this pillow is fantastic especially if you suffer with any kind of induries or strain or even migraines. Its an obvious point that you get relief from holding prssure points and the memory phone does this for you. this pillow as i have been suffering neck, shoulder and spine pain which aslso leads to headaches. As soon as i tested the pillow in the shop i instantly began to feel some relief. It was awesome. The pillows memory foam presses against the pressure points in my neck. Last night was the first night i used mine and i woke up with no headache. The first time in three weeks. YEAH I do think it is a little to high. I asked the many for a low one and somehow ended up with the medium but considering we have been sleeping on pancakes for a year ill prob get used to it.
