arrive with the original mattress also arriving the next day then the drama of them coming to pick up one of the mattresses to return back to ergoflex and believe me when I tell you they were all over it with communication trying to get their mattress back returned the next day !. with almost zero communication from ergoflex and me always chasing them for answers on when my mattress is gonna turn up as a customer it’s not how it should be. And reading all the reviews are meant to be half decent customer service they obviously delete all the bad reviews because the customer service is horrible mattress is very firm. Would probably not recommend especially after all the drama it was getting it delivered. Do better guys!.

Fast delivery, easy to open, I lofted mine for 2 days. This is by far one of the most comfortable mattress's I have ever slept on, its like a hug at the end of the days work and melts away all the stress and worries. This is my second ergo flex mattress, and I will never go back to any other brand. I have scoliosis so deal with constant back pain. been an absolute game changer for me. It has done wonders in helping me manage my pain and get a genuinely good night's sleep — something I don't take for granted. I simply wouldn't consider purchasing another brand.

My most recent mattress was just delivered and the entire experience from ordering to delivery and setup was seamless. I ordered and had my mattress within a couple of days, and setting it up couldn't have been easier. The quality is amazing, it feels incredibly luxurious and it is without question the best mattress I have ever purchased.

But what truly sets Ergoflex apart, beyond the exceptional product, is the customer service. The Ergoflex team are second to none. They are responsive, genuinely caring and go above and beyond to look after their customers every single time. That level of service is rare and it's why I keep coming back year after year.

Terrible cheap foam mattress with little support or cushioning that would cost next to nothing to make. The return and pickup process was a complete mess from start to finish. the driver refused collection because he said it was too heavy for one person, despite the mattress already being taken down 45 steps and placed on the ground floor ready for pickup.

I had provided clear instructions and photos in advance, yet it still became my problem to chase updates, coordinate with couriers and deal with failed collections. As a customer, that should not be my responsibility.

To make matters worse, I was injured at the time and was still effectively expected to assist with lifting/loading, which is unreasonable and a potential safety issue.

The product itself was not worth the time, stress and inconvenience this process caused. Easily one of the worst customer service and logistics experiences I’ve had.

Would not recommend.

ingenuity ever. In simple terms this exquisite mattress in a box is a life changer. Have lots of chronic pain & back is full of prolapsed discs. So this purchase was made as a result of the incredibly positive feedback & buyers who like me went “you must try it first”. Just an amazing mattress that I only discovered in an Airbnb I stayed in over Easter. Loved it so much I came home and upgraded from my old very expensive traditional mattress that had me sleeping in a hollow within 3 years. Even though they have a 10 year warranty, if anything goes wrong you're in trouble. My mattress sagged in the middle after less than a year of use, leaving me with an extremely sore back. they didn't know why it died on me but they'd happily replace it for only $100. I was not going to pay that and I don't think anyone should be made to when the product doesn't work. It's disgraceful. I will never buy from ergoflex and I will tell everyone I know not to.

mattress probably can't be much good anymore. Because my experience with Ergoflex was so great, decided to buy a new one from the same company, only this time to order two long singles instead of king size, which was too heavy to rotate at my age. On arrival unpacked the mattresses and let them breath overnight. Next day removed my old king size and replaced it with new long singles, expecting a good night sleep. But to my horror it was the oposite. New mattress was too soft, too hot and made my body itchy. On top of all that I am waking up every morning with sore back, which goes away after starting to move. This was definitely completely different product to my old king size, which I have foolishly already taken to the rubbish dump. So I started to blame my self, probably being too sensitive, hoping to get used to it. Hesitating if to return it or not. My hesitation took longer than 30 days so at the end it was too late to return it. Since then I tried everything to improve the mattresses. Put cooling mattress cover on, installed plywood on top of the slats, bought firm mattress topper and also pure wool mattress cover just to isolate me from the mattress. The improvements were only minimal. Even turned mattress bottom up. The firmness was good, but about 2 hours after sleeping on it I woke up and my body was on fire. Probably the chemicals in the mattress are concentrated more in the bottom section. Now, almost 2 years later I am searching for a new mattress, do not have a clue which one to buy. My biggest regret is not returning the mattresses during the trial period. But to be completely honest, my wife sleeping next to me did not have any of the problems I am describing above.

I bought it with high hopes for relieving my current pains on my degenerated neck and lower back disks and discomfort. I am a side sleeper with a broad shoulder and rather skinny frame. it did some relief on my shoulders but was too stiff on my lower back. I feel pains every day after wake up on my hips and lower back. Any side sleeper need to avoid firm mattres. Simply not suitable for such de sleepers. Show details

Amazingly, it has cured the pain in my arm (that I only got when I went to sleep) ..I have had this pain for over 1 year and was advised I needed physio to help it… Clearly a good pillow is just as important for a good nights rest as a good mattress !! back pain now and I get pain after a few nights on a different mattress. The only thing I did not like was that it comes with instructions warning warranty void with electrical blankets and that it is not recommended (which was not present on their website). However the owner reached out to say when used correctly, this is not the case and they have been trying to remove the instructions. No sagging so far.

supportive. I’m sleeping much better since I had this mattress and I am not so sore in the morning when I get up. I spend quite a lot of time lying down and so far have not noticed any sagging. The mattress does not seem to retain heat as some do, and I loved it from the very first night. It also works very well on my adjustable bed base.
