I needed a new toilet seat. After talking to an online agent to find the correct seat, I received great service. They were very helpful and patient, checking all the options I had. Wow, the prices for a brand new seat compared to other stores were well into the hundreds. Not at GETSTUFF; it was under $100, including delivery.

I ordered a towel rail, can’t rate the product until I install it, but it arrived as ordered only a few days after I ordered. Very happy with ease of ordering and speedy delivery, thank you!

I ordered a ground mount stand for a washing line, the order was delayed by the manufacturer but Getstuff kept me in the loop the whole time and ensured everything got delivered as quickly as possible! Would recommend for sure.

I placed my order for a clothesline on Sunday night and it was delivered to country Victoria on the following Wednesday morning. Great price and fast delivery for a quality clothesline.

Great product could not source from manufacturer – Very pleased with product but feel it was expensive and freight very expensive and delay in delivery from a stock item excessive

Doesn’t fit – The product, a sink drainer was quite cheap and I thought it could be very useful especially as it could save water and we rely on rainwater . It doesn’t fit any of our sinks so is quite useless.

This review was on the delivery of the order which was normal – I cannot realistically post a review on the product because I have not used them. The order was made on the advice of my plumber who replaced the old worn out piston outlet valve and that was his last one. He asked me to stock up on this part for future replacement of my other caroma units. I have not used them hence i can only hope they work out well next time when they are installed .

It was late Thursday afternoon before the long Easter weekend and a tradie contacted me he would be at my house Tuesday-Wednesday for repairs. I telephoned Getstuff. Unlike other places, they answered! The item was in stock. It arrived Wednesday 8 am! So efficient, so reliable. The best place to use throughout my bathroom renovation. It is the go-to business. Highly recommend.

Replacement tap – Was quoted $800 by plumber, bought kitchen spray tap for under $250.. Speedy free delivery, just need to find someone to install that doesn't charge an arm and a leg.. Show reply

Exact match for what I needed – Needed a new dual flush cartridge as mine had failed and broken. Went online and these guys had one. Before ordering it I was told there would be a delay of about 8 days due to Christmas and New year holidays, so I was well aware of any delays before the fact! concern was the amount of time it took to open the package. . . They wanted to make sure that it was safe on the journey over here, that's for sure. . About 3 linear metres of bubble wrap and extra cling wrap type film over that. Not complaining, the safety of the cartridge was obviously of paramount importance, just be prepared!!!

Incredible Prices – Redoing my bathroom shower and after going to stores, looking online and comparing prices, I could not go past ' GetStuff' for the prices of the items I was looking for. Each of the items I was after (a Dorf mixer tap and a shower set) were not only a little cheaper, they were a lot cheaper. I would recommend that if you are looking for bathroom, kitchen items etc, then at least consider looking at GetStuff for a price.
