False advertising. No trial period. Buyers beware – Zero customer service. False advertising regarding their no conditional trial and refund policy. No phone number to contact them. Wont reply to emails or facebook messages. This company will take your money and run. Not to mention the mattress is also as hard as a rock. Buyers beware. Stay clear of this bed and business. Delivery was also 3 weeks wait. Just a shocking service and product with no regard for there own policies.

Don't believe the deliver hype – Hugo clearly advertised 3 days delivery to Sydney as one of their main selling features. In actual fact, it took 3 days just to leave the Hugo warehouse (as advised by the TNT delivery app) and then another 3 days before it was actually delivered. expectations that will only end in inconvenience and disappointment to their customers. No complaints about the mattress itself, just be aware of the actual delivery times so as to save you from having to sleep on the floor.

Best night's sleep ever! – I recently purchased an Emma mattress and found it very hard. I returned it and bought a Hugo which I really like .. The Mattress seems to support my body without giving me a sinking feeling - at 78 years of age and at a shameful 90 kilos - the support is very important. I love my mattress, but may not be the best for larger sleepers – I’ve had my Hugo mattress for almost 2 years now and I absolutely love it. I sleep on my side and find it comfortable and supportive. I haven’t had any issues with it being too warm either. However, when my partner stays over (larger frame) I find that he creates too much of a dent and I sink into it. than happy with it for just me though. It seems a lot heavier and sturdier than my friend’s koala mattress. I would buy it again in a heartbeat!

was fast and easy, and it arrived all compressed in a box, so it was actually really easy to move it to the bedroom.

All in all, a fantastic experience. We're considering purchasing another one for the guest room.

Fantastic mattress – Researched reviews for a good few months before deciding on the Hugo brand. Had to buy another one! – We purchased our first queen Hugo mattress in April 2017, for our daughters home interstate, so when we visited, we could have a good nights sleep! The room we normally stay in, is currently being used by a friend, who also loves the quality of sleep the mattress is giving! This mattress is good for people who sleep on their front, or for smaller folks who sleep on their sides. I wake up feeling rested and refreshed and relaxed. All the things you want from a mattress.

Not particularly impressed but not disappointed either – The mattress is quite firm and there was not any firmness option during my purchase. Also, it feels pretty warm after sleeping on it for a while, especially during summer. That being said, I noticed considerable reduction in my back, neck, and shoulder pains after using the mattress. Very Comfortable! – Our old mattress was quite firm and being a side sleeper I was waking up with a sore shoulder most days. So we looked for a mattress that was not too hard or soft. With the Hugo mattress no more shoulder problems, and my wife and I are getting a good nights sleep. flipping and adjusting of comfort etc. Something i read about Hugo seemed to stick and I was prepared to give it a go and hope to be lucky for the third time. If not, there was always the free return option. I like soft, my wife likes it a bit firmer, but even after the first night we both agreed that it was the best mattress we have had of the three. The best night's sleep and most comfortable in general. The others we have are an Ecosa (was purchased January 2017, they have sine changed their foams) and a Greywing (purchased mid 2016).

So to sum it up. I think I'm a bit of a foam mattress snob, and the Hugo is amazing.

This is perfect for the pained and aging – I bought this for my mum who is ridiculously thin and whinges all the time, mostly about being cold and aching in discomfort when she sleeps. It is fairly warm, but that is ok for now as it is winter.

It does seem like the spot where i lay may be starting to feel softer than the rest of the mattress, so I will keep an eye on that. Its ok for now.

Saved ny back from destruction – Its softness allows my body to drift into a deep sleep that I've not experienced before. Hardly notice stiffness when getting up in the morning. Now I look forward to going to bed at night and snuggling into the mattress as well as the doona. comfortable bed. I had a decent firm inner spring mattress which I didn't feel like replacing, deciding instead to concentrate on finding a topper to give me the comfort I wanted.

So, after purchasing a good hospital grade memory foam topper, then a cool gel topper, then a latex topper, then three different foam toppers, I was in despair and ready to give up. Just by chance I came across an ad for a Hugo mattress and had a look at their web site. What impressed me about their mattresses was the combination of different foams that were used, and the thickness of them. I was quite an expert on the feel and comfort of the individual types of foams by this time and the way they had combined the layers sounded as if this combination was as good as they said.

So I ordered one and am so pleased I did. It is very very comfortable without being saggy and too squishy.

Most highly recommended .

Great product, value for money! – So far, its been great!
