Just discovered the big sale promotion is anything but. my ink cartridges were 65% the promotion prices at Officeworks. Check it out before you order in autopilot as I almost did.

I’ve been buying printing supplies, ink cartridges and just arrived… a weighing scale .. a proper weighing scale. Super fast shipping. Ordered on 14 March and arrived 19 March. Supposed to arrive 17 March but you know how delivery system in Australia is terrible. The box arrived very damaged. I highly recommend ink station to anyone.

Inkstation gives super quick service – I ordered a few ink cartridges on Tuesday 3rd Dec. They arrived in Denmark at the bottom of WA this morning. Inkstation have supplied us before and the service is very fast. The prices are as good as any on the market and the quality of the products is very good.
Have been ordering from them since 2022. The last two times I’ve ended up with faulty printer cartridges. They fixed the issue the first time but refused to the second time as the cartridge was purchased over a year ago. It hadn’t expired or been opened. So won’t be using their business again after these faulty cartridges and not taking responsibility for the last one.
Have been buying ink for my various printers and required anything ink cartridge for my Samsung CLP 315 printer. I received item a week or so later. technician who then wanted me to video me inserting the cartridge in to my printer. I took a photo of both cartridges and sent it to them, the ink station. After a month of them not accepting what I was on about they requested I send them back the ink cartridge before I could get a refund. So after 6 weeks I received a partial refund and not the postage I was charged for due to their negligence. Never again will I ever buy from this company.
Do not buy the HP W2180X-W2183X (218X) compatible high yield toner cartridges from Ink Station. The print quality is extremely poor.

They supplied a toner cartridge which turned out to have a piece missing and caused damage to the printer and the Dyson to clean it up. I have to thank INk Station, because of their bad database maintenance and they delivered an order to the wrong address and would not rectify the problem. I ordered from another supplier, half the price AND exactly the same packaging as Ink Station, SHOP around good people.

bought $80 worth of 'compatible' canon ip100 ink, it all prints greys and blacks as BLUE and unacceptably streaky. completely BOTCHED INK. don't bother with them, they should be banned for getting way with this.
TECOR INK: I do not recommend the so-called Epson-compatible ink cartridges at all. The cartridges do not fit properly and caused a huge mess. recognise any of the cartridges, not the Magenta, Cyan and Yellow. Trying to save money with these alleged compatible cartridges ended up being a complete waste of time and money. I would advise others to avoid this product.
The delivery by Ink Station itself was fast and reliable.
The printer recovered after I had removed & thrown out all Tecor ink and inserted genuine Epson ink.

I needed a new cartridge for my old Brother printer and just about gave up when I Googled the outrageous prices on offer. I then found ink station from where I purchased 2 which arrived from Sydney to Perth in just 2 days and they work perfectly. Total cost for 2 cartridges was $65 postage paid. Highly recommended

Professional user friendly website. Great range and fast delivery. The well priced Tecor cartridges all work in my printer, the print quality and XL versions last as long as the branded cartridges. I highly recommend them.

Another successful purchase. Easy to order online, browsed through their other products while online and WOW their offering certainly has grown from just ink cartridges. Delivery as usual was prompt. Have averaged next or following day delivery over the years that I have purchased. Not bad eh!

Do not buy a Tecoma shredder from these people. The shredder is NOT good quality and when you try and get it replaced their staff (one person in particular) makes it so difficult (have you checked this, have you checked that, ad infinitum) for you to get a replacement for a $64 item. particular staff member who I would sack must be on a bonus for the number of complaints he rejects. Pathetic customer service, pathetic product (their shredders are cr#p), pathetic company. You can get similar shredders from Big W or Officeworks. Ink station are simply not worth dealing with.

Purchased complete set of ink for HP officejet - 955XL. First lot of cartridges did not work - documents printed with either no ink or too much ink. Colours faded. Emailed and asked for replacement. They sent a second lot and the same happened. Waste of time and money. Customer service was good. Unfortunately products no good!
Fast delivery and good price, however the brother printer complains that the ink is empty every day, so you have to remove and reset the cartridges every day, then it reports the ink tank is full again, until a few hours later, repeat this over and over.

It took a few days to arrive (I live about as far away from Ink Station as is physically possibel), but the cartridges were well wrapped, and the prices made it worth the wait.
All response quick & simple. Only problem was with postage, which is no longer left in safe place but at PO, if not home. I understand the reasons why but not always an easy feat for the elderly to manage. Ordering online now not as easy as it used to be
I have been buying my consunables for 2 different printers from this company for many years. I have only had one cartridge that didn't work and it was replaced without question.

I never have a problem when dealing with Ink Station. But there is one thing I am not happy about! that is if you make a mistake with your order, and you do not discover it until it arrives.!!? Is the charge for the restocking on top of the return postage is bit over the top,,Sorry.
