centre representative was hard to communicate with, and could have shown some respect as far as my time having been wasted. I am leaving this review as well, for the online community.

Engaged Jim’s Diggers because they promised to take care of “everything” (required for site clearance). They certainly lived up to that!!! They were prompt with a quote and arranged it all; our residential site was a bit complex, but they overcame all obstacles. I would absolutely recommend them. (Burwood, SE Melbourne)

The guys from Jim's Diggers Clyde North far exceeded my expectations for the work they said they would do, and then did. It was done so well and promptly and was a lot of work but affordable. They have completely changed the look of my property - for the better - and I cannot recommend this team of hard working guys more highly.

Saturday} with the right equipment and dug our 9 holes in about the time it would've taken us to dig 1! Fantastic service from a lovely man and his offsider! Highly recommend.

I hired Aidan from jam's expecting a professional job, but the experience was very disappointing. At the beginning, he talked a lot about how skilled and experienced he was, but in the end the work was rushed and done carelessly. The quality was far below what he promised, and details were left unfinished. Unfortunately, he is not someone I would trust or recommend.

Gave Quote Then Ghosted Me – I had Jim's Diggers Rouse Hill "Blake" come out to give quote on removal of overgrown garden beds and green waste disposal. Gave quote including soil which I shortly after called the number on the text I received & clarified with his partner as we just wanted to lay down turf in the newly cleared area. Disappointed – Hi hire Jim's digger to fill my containment walls and divert water from my property. The work was completed in one and half day but they have charged me for three days. travel home. While I will pay a decent wage for a decent work I thought that $4,950.00 was a bit rich. Obviously they like to take advantage of window pensions who they think has money because of the size of their house etc. I was disgusted with their action even though they did a fair job. Just make sure you get a firm quote from these people and don't allow them to add any extra. I was told they usually charge $1,100 a day for work. I knew I would need to pay accommodation on top of this but fair is fair but this company certainty doesn't believe in being fair, so beware.

Wonderful Customer Service! – I had Ben come to my place today! His communications beforehand were quick and friendly. He came when he said he would. He did other little bits'n'bobs regarding moving earth which he didn't have to do but was so appreciated by me. He was super pleasant to work with and accomplished what was needed. Great work, healthy lawn (Epping East Branch) – I’m very happy with the site preparation and lawn laying by Tony from Jim’s Diggers Epping East branch. Disappointing and waste of time – Their contact centre referred us to their local franchise. He took a week to come and look at our backyard and it’s been more than a week and he hasn’t provided a quote. They guy was not interested in the job at all and only visited because of the call made from their contact centre. Instead of wasting our time should have been honest upfront. Will never hire anyone from Jim’s again.

Great job would recommend – Hired Jim’s Diggers Campbelltown to redo backyard. Couldn’t be happier with the way it turned out great suggestions on different aspects of the job and the professionalism of Geoff and the guys.

Disappointed – I hired Jim's Diggers thinking they would be knowledgeable about how to prep a backyard for new paving and new roll on grass. I advised this was the plan and that my backyard needed to be leveled properly. dug up to do this. Basically he talked me out of it. I really had no idea how to properly prep my yard. The rest of my yard had the sand the same level as pavers I had left in the ground. I had to pay minimum 4 hours and with just over an hour to go, he pretty much skipped away happy as larry. So a few days or so pass and a landscaper comes over. I was told all my existing lawn had to be dug up and much more soil had to go. I told them I already paid $500 to have a guy from Jims Diggers prep my yard, but they laughed saying there is no way it was prepared for new pavers or lawn and that it will have to be done again properly. I called Jims Diggers and was advised they will notify the franchise I used and that someone will be in touch. I'm still waiting for that call! Not impressed! I don't have a tree in my backyard that grows money. What a waste of my money and time. And to think the guy would be more knowledgeable than me. What a mistake in judgement on my behalf!

Glenn from Jim's Diggers in Penrith – Glenn was friendly and professional; quote was perfectly reasonable, no 'hidden charges', he was open and honest about any potential additional costs. In terms of the job, Glenn was excellent; worked very quickly and efficiently, minimum of fuss, quality of workmanship was first class. Would happily recommend his services, and also we would happily reuse him should we relocate in the future.

jim's diggers has no control of their tradies – tradie walked away for the job, left the dirt on the pathway of our house. contacted the mebourne regional manager, was told i need to pay $484 if I want my front yard reinstate to what it originally was. why would i pay $ to fix the issue caused by their franchisee?

Best work ethic – Professional, reliable and honest is the best way for me to describe my recent experience. The appointed times to meet up for a quote and rubbish removal were punctual and the after cleanup of paths and surrounding areas was done well

No Stress - with Jims Diggers Stafford, Brisbane – Flexible, ethical, helpful, efficient and reliable totalled up to low stress for my project. Some unseen hurdles had to be jumped and Mick quickly & calmly adjusted the plan, securing the team needed to resolve the issues with minimum of fuss and less cost than initially specified. Mick clearly enjoys what he does and is customer focussed and that outlook flows through the project.
