Exceptional customer service. We purchased an appliance online which turned out to be faulty, through no fault of the store. Their communication and returns processes are genuinely surprisingly good and prompt. so sad and upset that soent a lot of money on the plastic containers with self sealing lids the clip peices are very thin plastic and they 90 percent of them have broken so rendering the lids unusable etc didnt have a lot of money to start with then bought these and they break not happy

size, even checked the measurements, however on getting home and checking it was the wrong size. ALL MY FAULT. I went back this morning and the lady who helped was an absolute Saint. Got it sorted no problem. And reduced the price. I was embarrassed as it was MY fault. Yesterday I was also looking for another obscure item. They didn't have it in stock. Later when in Kmart I just checked in case of. The very pleasant lady there that I asked said they didn't stock it and suggested Kitchen Warehouse. I said I had checked there and they didn't have it. "In that case I would say you are never going to find it" was her response. To me for a virtual opposition to recommend them is very high praise. Sorry, this is long winded but I just have to try and tell how wonderful this shop truly is.

found them to be rather disinterested and they forwarded an email advising I need to send them a video of the unit.

I phoned Kitchen Warehouse to discuss the issue, the woman I spoke to took the time to advise me of the various connection points to make the unit work..........it then it finally worked. I wish to thank the kind woman who took the time to talk me through this problem, after she explained a number of things requiring connection it finally worked. I find it rather disappointing that Kenwood Support seemed to be disinterested.

I have always found the staff at KITCHEN WAREHOUSE to be extremely easy to speak with if you have an issue - most unusual in these times. I have purchased various items from them over the years and find them to be very approachable and honest.

have a 30 day money back guarantee. No asterisks, not additional T&Cs apply but if you scroll down to the bottom of their site, click on the tiny "30 day money back guarantee" it says "We’re so confident that you’ll love our products, we’re backing them up with a 30 day money back guarantee".

Just don't unseal or even dare think of using it because otherwise no refund for you. Just keep the product in it's box and use your imagination if you're satisfied with it. Otherwise they won't let you return it.

I've asked three times how a customer could know if they're satisfied with a kitchen appliance without even opening the box but they just ignore me.

They want me to waste food filming me using the device to show it's subjectively lacking in the power one would reasonably expect from how it's advertised or bring it into a store for "assessment". So what an an employee is going to make a smoothie and go "Good enough for me"? They won't clarify on that either.

Had an issued with a product purchased from Kitchen Warehouse approximately 6 months ago. I contacted them and, to my delight, this is a company that still believes in good old-fashioned customer service and they replaced the product without question. A very rare find these days.

Kitchen Warehouse does not publish negative reviews, so do not believe the reviews on their website. I recently posted several negative reviews of poor quality products and they have not been published. Having said that, their customer service is excellent and they refunded my payments for the poor quality products.

Kitchen warehouse online was almost unbelievably good service. Had a problem with an item inside the warranty period contact them via email and got a response in a good amount of time. Supplied the information they requested they assessed my claim and replaced item all in a geat amount of time. My visit concerned the return of a product purchased two days prior. Having noted that the item subsequently went on sale and confirming your "Fuss-free Returns and Exchanges" policy, I repurchased the product with the intention of returning the original.

From the beginning of our interaction, [Name Removed] demeanor was dismissive and condescending. She spoke in a raised voice and visibly rolled her eyes as I attempted to explain the situation, refusing to listen to my concerns. She immediately stated that I could not return an online purchase in-store and would need to contact Head Office if a refund wasn't processed within a week. She also incorrectly asserted that the product could not be returned simply because it had gone on sale after my initial purchase.

Her handling of the situation was entirely unhelpful, leaving me feeling disrespected and questioning the reliability of Kitchen Warehouse's stated return policy. [Name Removed] should exemplify excellent customer service; however, [Name Removed] behavior was the antithesis of this. She conveyed that my presence was an inconvenience and appeared visibly annoyed. Her rudeness was palpable, and her raised, belittling tone created an uncomfortable and unwelcoming atmosphere, not only for me but also for other customers present, and set a poor example for other team members.

While I generally value the product selection at Kitchen Warehouse, this negative experience with [Name Removed] has compelled me to reconsider shopping at your Cannington location. I believe it is imperative for management to address her approach to customer service, as it reflects poorly on the entire store and the brand. Customers are entitled to respectful and professional treatment, regardless of the nature of their inquiry.

I purchased over $100 of products to qualify for free shipping 7 days ago and I am still waiting for a dispatch notification email. I sent them an email for an update as to the whereabouts of my order and I am still waiting for a reply a day later. As a result, I am now wondering if this is legit or a scam but based on reviews, it appears legit but I still am unsure. Would not purchase from this online store again.

We have bought a few things there and recently went over to stock up on cooking pans etc and spoke with a lady there about ice cream recipes for our ice cream maker, well by the time we arrived (1 hours drive) She had researched our ice cream make, downloaded heaps of recipes and advices = we were stunned this shop not only has wonderful cooking products, but service is amazing.
